I left a voicemail for the customer and am awaiting a call back to resolve this complaint

I am rejecting this response because: I informed Datasphere that I wanted all communications to be by e-mail only since it was the only way for me to have documentation regarding my issueThey sent me an e-mail stating that my policy would be terminated on 2/26/I would like to keep this file open until after that dateMy payment to them gave them automatic withdrawel from my company checking accountI just want to be sure that there are no further withdrawls from this account

I am rejecting this response because the company has multiple complaints of the same nature. They are scamming people out of their money. They are deceitful with their sales tactics and I deserve a refund. I have logged onto my datasphere account online and notice that they have now gone back days in February and posted additional activity for dates that were not there previously. They appear to be able to manipulate the website to look as if actions are happening and stating that an advertisement was displayed. I will be taking my matter to the Attorney General if they are not able to resolve this and issue a refund

summarize my experience: I was approached by a woman claiming to be from my local news station (Kim E***) offering me exclusive advertising on both the local news webpages as well as social media pagesI was promised traffic to my website and sales for signing upAfter signing up I found discrepancies in the information provided and began to investigateAfter researching Datasphere Technologies further I realized that this company doesn't represent my local news station at all, doesn't have any affiliation to them and definitely doesn't have the authority to representing themelves as suchI specifically asked the individual how they heard about me and she stated that she was a local and saw my business’ Grand OpeningI have also come to realize that Datashpere Technologies “cold called” me even though I am on the “Do Not Call Registry” breaking the law and violating my rights.Furthermore, they are reporting inaccurate and inflated "data" of traffic being funneled to my business website as I can compare to my *** ***Datasphere Technologies unethically deceived me about who they were, what the services were that they offered to get me locked into a year contract totaling $per month ($total with $already paid)I have reached out to Datasphere technologies in an attempt to cancel services and am being threatened with more charges and a management team who continues unethical scare tactics and threatsBottom line is this business needs to be investigated for breaking numerous protection laws and have hundreds of "customers" with identical storiesThere are past employees who have readily acknowledged publicly that the practices of Datatsphere Technologies are unethical, immoral and illegal.This matter will not be settles as far as I am concerned until I am refunded ALL monies spent ($206) AND the contractual obligation terminated.

I have been a customer with
Datasphere, since 2/16.
I was promised good communication with supportI was promised leads, and my company would be viewed by thousands of Viewers.
I was promised follow up with support..
I explained I run a business, it's difficult for me to leave my clients and make it convenient for Datesphere.
I was promised easy accessibility to support and staff would help me make changes in my advertising.
I tried to update my advertising and was locked out.
I reached out to them by email and left several voicemails..
There was a schedule where I could speck to a specialist, but it was weeks from the date in which I needed help.
All I got back was a link to change password.
I left several voicemails that I wanted to have a person call me, but again you have to get on their schedule!
I have never reached a person, when I called back, always a voicemail.
I realize I signed a month agreement, however they did not achieve their end of the bargain!!
I never got follow up call, from this company after the first month.
My biggest complaint is that their is never a person to talk to, when you need help..
For example, on Nov 16, I stayed on the line for several -3- hours, called back numerous times..
left voicemails to have them call me back they promise they will call you back within business daysI never got a voicemail
- callback from Datasphere until 1-days ago, after I made a complaint to Revdex.com
I feel this company is under staffed, promises the small business person the CustomerService they cannot deliver
Example: if you want an account review, it takes about weeks to get in their schedule.
They are in a different time zone, so that cuts several hours off the business day.
In June I took many hours to put together the changes I desired, I emailed support the changes.
I specifically asked the salesperson when I signed up, if I would get help in editing and changing my ads, she assured it would be easy and would allow my business a lot of exposure.
I was assured quick response and accessibility to help with my account.
After countless emails and voicemails I only received a link and a brief explanation of basically how to do it yourself.
But as I explained in my emails and voicemails, I was locked out of my sign on!
Realized I am running a business, this was definitely not what I signed up for.
I went on their website and their were some of the same concerns, I have.
I dispute the changes of $since June because you did not hold up your end of the deal.
I feel you have misrepresented your selves, and could not achieve what you promised
Totally amazing now that I filed a complaint, you are reaching out to me by phone.
I was with a client yesterday and the day before when Ruth and Kyle called me.
When I called Kyle back at the number he left: message said we are experiencing a high volume of calls.
When I called Ruth back, 2xs, just a few minutes after she left a message, I got a message that she would be out of the office on Thanksgiving, which it was 3, business days after Thanksgiving.
I did not hear back from her, last pm.
I was available until pm, CST.
So this morning, I get an email that they will let me out of contact in November.
This is not acceptable.
I have been in business for years, I have done business with many companies, advertising
I have never had this situation and feel like I have been mislead.
This is why I have reached out to The Revdex.com.
So no I don't feel like I should be made to pay since June, just because I was emailed an agreement in February.

DataSphere continues to LIE The horrible and consistent Revdex.com and Yelp reviews speak for themselves
Now, as of May 17, 2016, Susan C*** is reneging her offer of a month refund for stolen money She is also a LIAR, stating that DataSphere would be sending a check for $1, -- which is only 1/of what they owe us by the way
1) I never signed any contract regarding an auto-renewing agreement My name was placed on the digital contract by DataSphere in the signature area on the
invoice...that I hadn't even seen until May The only thing I agreed to was paying for months upfront with *** *** credit card
I NEVER would have agreed to an auto-renewal policy I never knew about it because it was not disclosed by the sales rep Why is it not? Because they don't want customers to know about it The only agreement I knew about and paid for
in full was a 12-month advertising agreement, which itself was a regrettable choice because DatSphere is a SCAM I was told there were ZERO other fees or costs LIES There are MANY (80-200) other complaints on Revdex.com
and YELP stating how others were tricked by this sneaky, non-disclosed auto-renewal policy, where they discover that DataSphere had been charging people's credit cards WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION The only thing DataSPhere is good at is charging people's credit card and then refusing a refund, which is the only right thing to do This company is stealing and lying to people and needs to be shut down
- I HAVE NEVER received any phone calls or emails, and certainly most recently NOT on 1/24/ This is a LIEI was IGNORED repeatedly regarding (as have many other customers) the followthrough with my request to see or change my ad, back in Susan C*** is LYING about DataSphere trying to contact me This is completely FALSE You can see other's complaints about being ignored on YELP and Revdex.com
- In no way was I obligated to, nor did I ever feel a need to cancel with DataSphere when my business closed: not only had I been repeatedly ignored as a customer, and I had moved on with my employment, but I knew the agreement was ONLY for months....AND I was told there are 'ZERO other costs or fees.' DataSphere is made up of LYING employees.
- I have accepted at least times the offer of a month refund, verbally and in emails At no point did I ever refuse this offerWhy would I say no to money that is owed to us? Susan C*** is LYING months is simply not the full amount owed to us Susan C*** is now reneging that offer I have PROOF that I accepted it I even confirmed that she sent the check out today, and no surprise there was no response This is only PARTIAL payback for their 'settlement.' DataSphere STOLE months of money from *** *** We are owed $from this lying cheating company
