The delivery issues have been escalated to our distribution team. The credits are applied to the account and reflect on the next bill. Ms*** is on annual billing so only sees those credits once a year

The requested stop in late April is missing from the account. We did provide full credit for Mr*** and returned his payment of $91.00. I spoke to Mr*** today and he did receive his refund check
