I reached out to Mr*** and discussed the missed deliveries and opportunities for improved customer service. We are extending his service for an additional days. He is satisfied with this resolution and has my contact information. He will let me know if he has any
additional concerns

When I spoke with Wil *** after several conversations, he verbally told me that the whole Obituary would be refunded not just $$was NEVER discussed! Full refund of my placed obituary was what I was told not just a portion

We contacted Mary and offered to correct the label being printed on the newspaper. She preferred that we cancel the subscription and provide a full refund. We have that in place

I have NOT received anything in writing regarding the 30% increase in my rateI received a call from a woman who was rude, condescending, and completely unhelpful, but have nothing in writing regarding the complaint

Spoke with Mr***We have resolved with an adjustment and a refund request for 10.50. He has my number should he need anything further

We spoke with both parties and have a better understanding of the situation It's a duplex and if the paper is not put in the tube mounted to her mailbox, the downstairs neighbor will take it The customer's main entrance is at the back but it is beneficial for the carrier to follow
delivery instructions and deliver in the front tube As far as the behavior and driving reckless, we have spoken to both Father and Son The customer has our contact information should she have any further issues

A full refund of $was processed 8/16/16. A check for that amount was sent to the *** *** address

Regards,
*** *** I have not received any communication detailing why my bill increased by over 30%. The "apology" I received was very insincere and the person was combative with me for filing the complaint

I apologize. We failed to give the customer the correct info related to her refundThe refund amount was greater than the last credit card charge so a check was issuedThe refund was processed and should be received this week via mail

(a) They did not apologize; (b) They have not adopted a policy of publicly providing their complete address, with both PO box office and streetaddresss; (c) they should offer to reimburse $we wasted on postagetrying to get a piece of mail to them

Mr*** decided that he preferred to cancel the subscription, rather than consider any additional offers to off-set the cost of his subscription. The account was cancelled 1/23/

We put the account back on the $rate and applied credit for the overcharge

The account was stopped and balance refunded on December 21st

The printed bill process will resolve any confusion about the continued billing. There are no additional changes to be made

Regrettably the original refund was sent to the address in *** ** and returned with no forwarding address on fileAt the time of this complaint, the funds were still awaiting disbursementA new refund has been issued and a refund check has been printed and sent via Fed Ex as of 10/27/to
the new address listed in this complaintThere is no excuse for the lack of follow up by the customer care agent after the call in August and will be addressed with the individual Sincerely, *** ***k***@jrn.comVP Circulation Audience & Customer Care

I finally got a call back just now from a supervisor. It was a very civil, explanatory call with many apologies for the failures of good customer service at the call centers. I accepted a good rate offered to me in this call to continue receiving the paper on Wednesdays and Sundays. I really don't think I would have received the attention I did if I hadn't turned to The Revdex.com for help. If it's necessary for me to say it----you can close this complaint. Joanne ***

After my initial complaint with the Revdex.com regarding the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel's print subscription policies, I had an exchange with a representative of the newspaperThe matter remains unresolved and the business practice is abusive to its print edition customersI remain firm that I should not have to pay for the print product if temporarily suspending my subscription (while out of town) and not requesting the missed papers to be delivered upon returnThe newspaper's position is that it will not credit my account because I'm able to access its content onlineHowever, I don't access the content online when out of townTherefore, they are unfarily charging me each day for a service not being received or used
