BE WARNED!!! So far I have not taken my trip with them but my credit card put me on the phone with them to get this FREE trip for dollarsAfter booking they say it only requires a hours presentation attendanceI am now booking and they say that taxes and fees are chargedSo NOT FREE I have the chance to UPGRADE to their specific resort instead of a partner hotelIf I do that its dollars a night instead of the dollars a night in taxes and fees at a partner hotelBUT WAIT THERES MOREThey will take 5-days!!!!!! to get a response from the partner hotels AND the taxes and fees can go up or downI also have to cancel at least days in advance or I get a dollar cancellation fee or a dollar no-show feeBy the time they give me my response, I will be in the day window I am considering calling my credit card and having them stop this payment and any future charges from this company because of the deception, traps and complete B.Sabout taking a week to discover if the hotels have any rooms available I have a very ugly feeling dealing with this type of business that traps you instead of trying to earn your patronage So either I've paid dollars for NOTHING if I choose not to goOr I'm paying for nights and a mandatory hour meeting, which is not a deal in any wayI don't see why I wouldn't cancel this because I'm walking into a room of people who have already tricked me into spending and threatening me with cancellation fees and tell lies about 5-days to discover if a hotel has an open room

Horrible customer service-doesn't answer emails or pushes you to someone else that knows nothing I have been trying to get unlinked from my in-laws since June with no luck and absolutely no help from Bluegreen...just the usually run aroundI have called and emailed pretty much every week since June with no resolveI finally told them we were not going to pay anymore until this situation gets solvedI emailed corporate times with no answerFinally I made the hour drive to the nearest Bluegreen location to get the paperwork they said I needed, which still took an hour to get even though they were emailed the information from the customer service line stating if I didn't receive it in the next hours I would be there bright and early to get it in personThey have repeatedly lied and told us that we were buying an investment property and that maintenance fees would never go upwell in a year and a half they have doubled if not more than thatThey said they would buy

We purchased in December 2017 an upgrade to our vacation timeshare ownership with Blue Green Vacations while on vacation at their resort at Falls Village, in B Missouri. Blue Green scheduled a meeting with their staff at Falls Village so we could receive important updates about our ownership. My wife and I met with their sales staff, who immediately launched into a sales pitch to upgrade our membership. We were not impressed with the resort at Falls Village and did not get the vacation property in the area that we really wanted when we booked this vacation. The sales staff solution was to purchase an upgrade, which would provide us with a concierge service that would guarantee us being able to book a vacation at our preferred property in the area. They also told us that by purchasing the upgrade that not only would we be able to expand our vacation options and membership benefits, but that we would also be able to apply all of our unused points to pay for our annual maintenance fe

On 3/3/18 I purchased a vacation via Bass Pro Shops. 6/21/18 I was told I no longer qualify. Account# XXXXXXXX. Travel date 7/9/18. I was convinced to buy a trip when I was at Bass Pro Shop. I meet all the qualifications and they went over them with me. I paid my money and received my confirmation letter. I received a phone call and they went over qualifications with me and told me everything was set and I was arriving on 7/6/18. Today I called just to find out when my preview would be on the 10th. I was told I needed to answer all the questions again. I was asked if I was Single, Married or living with a partner. I stated partner because I was going to have a roommate as of today, 6/21/18. It was never stated to me that they were referring to a significant other or romantic partner. I was then told I no longer qualified for this vacation. I was confused and tried to explain to the woman that I didn't mean that I had a romantic partner. It was a roommate and if that was a problem

In April I was making a telephone reservation with Choice Hotels, and at the end, I was switched to BlueGreen but had no idea what they were and I thought I was still with Choice I was immediately pressured into making a reservation which at the time seemed like a good deal but in fact was a bait and switch scam I wasn't advised about attending the required presentation until after the reservation was made I was told there were a number of locations available and looked at the website and found a couple of nearby locations which I thought I could travel to When I tried to make reservations, those places were not available I tried to cancel my reservation but they would not let me Due to family healthcare responsibilities, I do not have the funds or the freedom of time to travel to some of the few available locations I regret any association with this scammer and recommend everyone else avoid them as well

I won a vacation package and received a call from Larry, employee ID 3623, in regards to setting up my vacation We talk a bit, and he's very friendly at first, until he asks for my credit card information I explain that I'm not providing that without paperwork first to ensure everything is in order He then puts me on hold, and his director takes over Instead of providing any paperwork, she offers more vacation packages and lowers the cost of what they want me to pay for over the phoneI become more weary- I've worked in sales long enough to spot a misdirect and stay the course- I won't hand my card information over without some documentation to substantiate what she's saying and give me a little more time to process it She then insists that this is an amazing offer and that it won't last- I need to sign up now I again refuse, because I'm not going to agree to something within a half hour if I can't be given more thorough answers Then she hung up on me

We've been Bluegreen owner's for over years now and we LOVE Bluegreen! We love it so much that of our family members are now owners because they saw us using our timeshare so often and they saw the places that we'd been to! We've been able to maximize our vacations with Bluegreen through using our points, our bonus time, our hot weeks getaways and have even exchanged through RCI once when needed to! We are silver owners and love that we can book months in advance Our mortgage on it was paid off a year after we bought it and so we only pay our maintenance fees now We love the fact that we can send and take our families and friends on vacations, we've been able to book numerous units at one time to hold family reunions too We have no complaints We love that Bluegreen have made booking so much easier because all available units are live and to to the minute accurate We share our positive experiences with our friends and families all the time

On 11/22/15, we attended a timeshare presentation at Williamsburg, VAWe were made promises by both the sales rep and the sales mgr in regards to the timeshare, which induced us to purchase 35,points We believed that both the sales rep and mgr were truthful and that the purchase of timeshare would benefit our family with quality time and quality vacations However, the timeshare has become a financial burden, which we cannot afford and has put us in financial hardship We can no longer make payments on this timeshare purchase as we do not have the money to do so The purchase price of $44,with a monthly payment of $770.08/month with maintenance fees of $1300./yr is way beyond our means and ability to pay We have depleted our savings and there is no more extra income to pay for the timeshare We cannot refinance it as we

My husband and I bought a vacation package from a Bass Pro Shop and the guys at the shop were very nicethe first couple of representatives that I spoke to were also very pleasantMy problem was with the representative that my husband spoke toWhen I called to confirm my vacation the girl I spoke to told me that since the reservation was under my husband's name, he either had to add me on to the account, or call himself to confirm the reservationWhen he called to add me on, he asked to speak to someone in Spanish since he understands it better than EnglishOnce he got someone they told him that if he didn't speak English he couldn't go on the vacation to the location we had originally picked and needed to either pick another location or he had to get a refund because the whole point of the vacation was to sell us the time share, and because of the way this person approached the situation my husband chose to get a refund for what we paid for the packageI will never be recommending them to any of my family or friendsI think the guy that sold us the package would have told us we couldn't choose that location if he thought my husband wouldn't understand english...in fact he probably wouldn't have even bothered with him if he didn't speak english

I got the sales pitch phone call this morning The sales rep, ***, was sketchy - sales pitch was super long, I could hardly interrupt him to ask questions After several attempts at asking him to repeat the main point of his call, I learned that the offer was:

While in Bass Pro, Vacation Tour & Travel was allowed to approach me regarding a two stay in various locations, with a four day cruise, and a Bass Pro gift cardI purchased the package on last yearI called in today to take the trip, and the telephone rep, ***, told me I was not allowed to go because my husband would not be able to attendHe and I are no longer together, but I was interested in purchasing another timeshareI have previously purchased oneI then requested a refund, and she told me that I forfeited my refund and my trip since we would not be able to travel togetherWhen I purchased the package, Vacation Tour & Travel did not specify that my ex-husband and I would have to travel togetherHowever, when the agreement came in the mail, it did mention spouses and co-habitants should travel togetherSince I no longer have a spouse, I intended to travel with a friend who as I am is perfectly capable of making financial decisions
