Bluegreen sales reps indicated additional resorts had been added to their inventory, but they were only available to us under the new plan
On 3/18/Shenandoah Crossing in Gordonsville, VA, a Bluegreen Vacation Resort invited us down for a free weekend (food & lodging) with the stipulation that we must son a sales presentation while we were thereOur presentation was scheduled for the day of arrival, and upon walking into the presentation room we noticed all of the tables/desks were covered with a map of the U.Swith colored dots all over itOne color represented the existing Bluegreen Vacation Resorts, and the other color represented the additional resorts that were added to their inventoryWe noticed this right away, because several resorts in TX were shown (via the dots) as additional resorts added to the inventoryThis was great news to us because, we have family all over the State of TX and Bluegreen's current inventory didn't have any resorts in TXThe sales reps

The sales persons at Bluegreen pressured and bullied my husband and I into signing a contract with themWe were subjected to high pressure sales
*** and I are writing this letter to demand cancellation of our contract and a full refund of the Bluegreen TimeshareWe are making this demand based on misrepresentation, deceptive practices and bait and switch tactics used by your sales people
Our contract number is: XXXXXXXWe are demanding that you not only cancel our contract, but you refund all monies we have paid toward this timeshare to include payments, interest, maintenance fees and taxesThe amount is in excess of $1,A monthly payment amount for $& a down payment amount for $1,used on a Barclay credit card
My husband and I became Bluegreen "owners" in July after being swindled into what was supposed to be a minute presentation by a staff member of the Choice HotelsWe were offered a discounted ($149.00) stay at one of Bluegreens top resort

My wife and I began our dispute with Bluegreen at the end of FebruaryWe have been owners since and began running into "issues" right away after our initial purchaseWe quickly realized, however, that they weren't actual issues we were running into rather, we were simply running into the hard truth of outright lies we had been told!
We have called numerous time to speak with representatives over the years and have been to countless meetings, all in attempt to resolve our problems, but this never happenedInstead, we were made to feel like everything was OUR fault
We continued trying to work things out with Bluegreen at every "mandatory" meeting we attended because we really did want a chance to actually enjoy our timeshare since we were spending hundreds/thousands of dollars on itUnfortunately, we were never given any, real resolution
Every time, we were told we needed to buy "additional" points to be able to book the resorts we wanted, have better control of our maintenance fees, and have better booking powerHowever, the truth of this was, even with the upgrades we were (forcefully) talked into getting because they were our "only solution," we could still never book where we wanted, when we wanted, our maintenance fees got OUT of control - even after being told, with upgrading, our maintenance fees would DECREASE - and we were no better off with our "booking power" than when we first purchased
Some Bluegreen representatives would take "particular interest" in us and would assure us they would be our "personal advisor" and would take care of us and put us in contact with other people (outside of Bluegreen) to make sure we were "taken care of"This never worked out, though, of courseOne representative even instructed us to NOT TELL anyone else he had offered such help because it was strictly against the rulesIt was like we were being bribed!
Our account ended up getting so messed up after all these "upgrades." It took us several months to get it all straightened outThen, once we got it all straightened out, we asked for our maintenance fee and mortgage informationWe were sent paperwork with numbers that made ZERO SENSE, and that's coming from someone who works in numbers as a living!
When we finally got a response from someone at Bluegreen regarding wanting to cancel our contracts - due to being timeshare fraud victims - we were told we would be receiving refunds for two of our contractsThe following representative was who we were speaking with:
Alan Goodpasture
Quality Assurance Specialist
Harbour Lights
Bluegreen Corporation
We were pleased because we thought Bluegreen was FINALLY doing something rightWe received Alan's first email talking about the refund on March 10thWe were in process of discussing which contracts would be refunded and how much of a refund this would be for each, etc., and then suddenly, Alan retracted what he said:
From: Alan Goodpasture
Sent: Thursday, March 22, 1:PM
Subject: Cancels

We were, and still are, COMPLETELY THROWN! Here is yet another, prime example of how Bluegreen will say one thing and then back out on their wordYET AGAIN, we are being punished for something that is NOT our fault, just because someone allegedly did not do their job correctly, and we are being refused resolution!
This is just the tip of the ice burg, thoughBluegreen has our letter and has been trying to contract us regarding our "concerns," but we are not interested in talking about "concerns." These are not concernsThese are lies that were told, misinformation purposely given, and fraudulent matters!
We will not stop until we get the resolution we know we deserveWe tried going through Bluegreen, but obviously they are not going to stop the fraudulent tactics, so here we areWe are seeking the Revdex.com's assistance to resolve this matterWe feel that, at this point, Bluegreen is just tossing our case to the side because we are just two, small people fighting with a big companyHaving you as an advocate will help us tremendously

So I got a call from blue green vacationsWhen they told me what it was I hung upSomeone then called my husband My husband hung upWell we got
We got a message from our bank saying bluegreen vacation charged my credit card but under someone else's number and address
Then they tried to argue and say it was me when I never made the purchase
Yall just scam people put of money and try to act like it was me who did it when I didnt authorize the transaction I made a police report ,a complaint and I made a fraud dispute with my bankNext time get your facts straight before telling someone it was them when I knew nothing about this transaction until I got fraud alerts from my bank saying yall tried to take out different charges

On 7/31/while on the phone with Choice Hotels, I was "invited" to purchase a vacation from Bluegreen Getaways I choose to purchase a vacation for their Las Vegas properties I was directed to check out the property online, and I saw their Club Resort I purchased the day/night stay for $with the understanding that if I listened to their timeshare presentation, I would get a $gift card I booked a stay for on July 7-9, to celebrate my birthday at their property with my family.June 19, 2017, I got a garbled message from them to call and confirm my reservation When I called, I was told that my stay would actually be at the Tropicana and the resort fee and taxes would be approximately $additional I asked what was my $for, and if there was some way I could actually stay at the Club Resort, or if there was some way I could get my $refundedMy family and myself have stayed at the Tropicana several times When I booked the stay, I expected somethi

We were baited and switch sold a Bluegreen timeshare product not as described
Purchased: Bluegreen bi-annual points at Tradewinds, St Pete Beach Aug 12,
Sales Agent: Unknown
Purchase Price $12,
Down payment: $
Amount Financed and Interest Rate: 11,
Current Loan Balance: (only one payment made)

When we didn't like the numbers presented, these "great deals" kept appearing especially when they learned I was military...until they gave us this
"unusual bi-annual deal" another couple passed ** and we don't want it to go to waste They said they would run the credit in Mike's name first but wanted my info tooFrom what I can tell via credit karma my credit was not run and his name was put on the financing
I believe there was something showing me as the co-borrower
My understanding when we went through the paperwork that I was signing as
co-owner was the financing was in Mike's name only as I

We took a night day vacation through bluegreen knowing we were required to attend a minute sales pitch for their vacation program The program turned into an over hour nightmare of pressure to buy They push and push claiming this is your only opportunity to buy in with a ridiculous interest rate of over 16%!!! Others we talked to were offered plans at 22%!!! Check reviews first! We did not and almost got this After reading reviews it seems impossible to then book your vacations except for more then a year in advance During the sales presentation they make it sound like you can just call a few days in advance I feel sorry for anyone who purchased this

My husband and I purchased points almost two years ago While we enjoy getting away and most places are nice, it is not worth the hassle of trying to find a resort at the time and points you want Unfortunately , it has also been our experience that their sales people lie about everything and anything just to make a saleAnd when you call and ask a question you can not trust what they tell you as one person will tell you one thing and another person will contradict that informationWe have come to the conclusion that we can not believe anything they tell youFrom the salesman to the managers I would not recommend anyone buy into this organization If we could get out of it we would

Full terms and additional fees not disclosed at time of purchase
On 6/20/I attended a timeshare presentation in StAugustine, Flfor BlueGreen VacationsAfter being presented with several options for timeshare purchase and resort rentals, I informed the sales repthat these particular resorts did not fit my needs and I was not interestedShe then advised me that I could purchase a "Sampler package" for $which was good for points, and that I could use these points for resorts or private yacht tripsShe told me that there is one particular yacht trip for days/nights from FtLauderdale, Flto The Bahamas for points per personI agreed to purchase the sampler package and entered an office to sign the papers and make paymentWhile signing, I was informed of one question in the contract that asks if I have any concerns that were not addressed in writing, and that I should address it now while the conversation was being recorded on audioI asked about th
