There is no way that for me myself use the computer to buy the products which are limited by adidas to get one successfully. I urge that you guys release as many quantities as possible to eliminate this high visit situation and all of us without robots and software can get one without too much difficulties.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I spoke with Robin V[redacted], the District Manager and had a very pleasant conversation with her.  She assured me that Brett, the manager that I dealt with will not be working at the store for very long.  She told me that I wasn't the first one to complain about his actions.  She also told me that I would be allowed to exchange the slides that I had originally tried to exchange that day.  I feel much better about the situation now that I spoke with Robin.  Just knowing that she took my complaint seriously means a lot and allowed me to have a better perspective on how I feel about Adidas.  Thank you for helping me resolve this issue.

order as well as the billing information you included on the order form.Your credit card company not only verifies that the card is valid and that the amount is available, they also verify that the full billing information that was entered.If the card number is valid, and the funds are available, they put an authorization hold on the funds and return that information to us so the transaction can be completed.An authorization is a hold on the funds for a transfer of funds. This hold is temporary and if the transaction isn't settled it will expire even without any action. It is not a completed transaction and no funds are transferred at that time.If all of the information matches, and the bank authorizes the transaction, we will begin processing your order. Once the order is ready to be packaged and shipped, the transaction is settled. Only after the transaction is settled are any funds transferred.
