I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
However, I just received an email from Adidas America, FINALLY!!!First time got something from them, worth celebrating! HOORAY!!! Even more ridiculous, they just CANCELED my order!!! can't believe this happened right after my complaint on Revdex.com!!! A really job well done! Adidas America!

I am rejecting this response because:You as a company are absolutely responsible for making sure I get my package! If you are not why would anyone want to order anything from you guys? FedEx is also reaponsible since they either stole my package or delivered to the wrong address! Thanks for nothing!!

Although I find the bit about how this is a one time situation unnecessary seeing that I will never purchase any item related to Adidas, I will accept the response at this time. I also truly hope that Adidas train their representatives better than they have thus far to prevent such situations. If Marshall from Oregon wasn't so rude, I wouldn't have had to push this so much. Regardless, I truly hope I never have to reach out to Adidas again.

I am rejecting this response because:  I called fed ex .. they stated to contact adidas to get this resolved.  I called in on 8-16-2017  And the person I spoke to said they seen that they would forward that to the supervisor and the refund would be issued in 30days.  How is this my fault?   I have asked for other shipping methods.  I have called in many times about issues with your company.  I never received my order I called they stated there would be a refund .. Ok cool .. Now I call again and no refund .  How is this service?  How can I get told by one rep one thing and another rep another thing?   Seams like I was lied to huh?   Please review that call and let me know what was said.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because... if they are in good condition, last more than 1 day, and are my custom ordered shoes done specifically the way I want them I wouldn't even need to return them. However if that's not the case (if they were not done to my specifications) then I will return them in that case. Either way I still have not received them, and they are now in Japan. It takes 2 weeks (at least) to get an item from Japan. You've sent them late, and now they will take almost a month (at least) to get here. It only takes you guys 2 weeks to make a shoe, and you sent it out practically on the day it was suppose to arrive here. You said 5 to 7 weeks to get to me, and it's looking more like 3 months at least.Sincerely,[redacted]
