will receive a confirmation email stating that your order is processing. This email is sent the same day an order is placed, so any consumers who successfully placed an order on Feb 19 should have already received their confirmation email. This email will be sent to the email address which was used during checkout. If you did not receive an order confirmation email, your order was unable to fully complete.
Questions about Charges: adidas does not collect payment until we ship the corresponding order. In the event that you see a pending charge on your payment method, rest assured the charge will only be completed if your order is successfully shipped. Any pending authorizations that are connected to an unsuccessful order attempt have been reversed and should be reflected in your account as soon as the financial institutions can process them. Your financial institution can provide you with more details about their authorization removal timelines. After the authorization is reversed it will appear as if the transaction did not even happen.

rejecting this response because:  I did not receive a written apology for the absolutely [redacted] experience with adidas.  I requested a refund AND a written apology.  I've contacted you numerous times and only received a response once I contacted the Revdex.com.  I would like a formal written apology as I cannot get the VAST amount of time I spent on this matter back.Really, you refund my money with no apology?  There is some serious re-training that needs to happen in your customer service department.  Consider my written apology a start.  As it stands right now, there's no way I'd purchase anything from adidas, even from another business.

I have now bought my 7th ball that ranges from 45-75$ from adidas. This has been one of the worst experiences of my life. These soccer [redacted] do not last more than 2 months without a panel ripping or pulling up making the ball useless. I'm a competitive player and shouldn't have to worry about adidas quality holding up for more than 2 months. Every time I have an issue , they say I can't return it because it is wear and tear. Wear and tear is not 2 months playing with a ball. Wear and tear is longer than that and if that's what adidas is saying then they need to honestly look at their quality products they are putting out there.
I would like my refund plus the $12 I spent I shipping to have my ball rejected and sent back
