Fedex did not deliver the package they were the ones who declared the package lost when the driver retraced his steps and did not find the package they issued me the claim number I provided (***)I have spoken with different fedex customer service reps each one have told me the package was lostHow can you tell me it was delivered and signed by me if that is so show me the manifest and proof of signature and we shall compare the signature to my new york state driver license signatureIf I am not issued a refund I will hire a small claims lawyer asap

I am rejecting this response because: The nearest adidas store to where I live is 2 HOURS from here in San Francisco driving distance.I no longer drive and public transportations would take over 3!! hours to get to San Francisco.  Please do not tell me you cannot writea check. adidas.com is an international corporation.  Do you mean to tell me $130 is so important to adidas.com that you simply cannotwrite a check for $130?  Impossible.  Unless you're bankrupt, of course then that may be the problem.  I worked for [redacted] formany years. I KNOW every major corporation can write a check.  Taking public transportation to San Francisco is not even the point. adidastennis shoes do not and will not ever fit my foot as I have been explaining for over 1-1/2 years to you.  adidas tennis shoes are too wide formy foot and too wide for my heel.  That is not something I can change.  So please, do the right thing and refund my money. Telling me you cannot write a check does not make any sense at all.  You are a legitimate corporation !   There are no excuses you can give me.  The shoes will never fit.  That will not change.
