I am rejecting this response because: As a former law enforcement official, there are no laws which prevents the disclosure of information to aid in the identification and/or locate person(s) of interest for fraudulent purchases to an affec[redacted] cardholder. This means the only policies preventing the disclosure of information are those of the adidas corporation.

I am rejecting this response because:Your team needs to try to research this issue even further. I just tried to access the unsubscribe link in your latest email with the subject "adidas newest BOOST arrivals" (http://t.adidas-news.adidas.com//r/?id=h525ae948,9c14d442,9d2b56c1&p1=Q8381ZZE8... and I got to the webpage, hit unsubscribe and was yet again brought to a white page that said :"An Error has occoured. Please Try after some time… Thanks for your patience". I have tried this from MULTIPLE WEB BROWSERS on DIFFERENT COMPUTERS on MULTIPLE WIRELESS NETWORKS (Work and home) and BOTH OF MY IPHONES running DIFFERENT VERSIONS OF iOS on DIFFERENT WIRELESS CARRIER mobile networks and on wifi network. Please have  your team try this from some other devices because given the fact that I have tried this from at least 7 different angles, I highly doubt this is just an issue with my emails

I am rejecting this response because: The adidas tennis shoe does not and will not ever fit my foot, as I have been explaining forover 1-1/2 years to adidas.com.  My foot is very narrow, adidas tennis shoes, I repeat again, are wide tennis shoes. All of them are made for a wider foot than mine, none are narrow!  It's a shame a major company that size will not back up their own reputation by doing the right thingfor potential customer. That's just common sense! It doesn't take a genius to know that. This is all so childish and unprofessional, it's hard tofathom. Does adidas.com really need $130 that badly they are willing to alienate a customer? I reject the refund since I cannot wear their shoes. Period.  Thank you for your attention.
