I am rejecting this response because it didn't solve my problem or address my complaint regarding the treatment that I received from the manager. I have no idea if I'll hear from the district manager, so until I know that steps are being taken to reprimand the manager for his actions on how he treated me, I will consider my complaint to be unsolved
