Adidas.com, I was still upset about waiting so long, so I complained to Online Rep guy named Matt, he said he couldn't do anything, and asked me to deal with FedExBefore I had my problem resolved(I wanted refund), this Matt guy just closed my chat box and ended the conversation, that was so rudeI was saying I have waited long enough, so I didn't want to wait anymore to deal with FedEx or something, before I said I wanted refund, he just closed the conversationI am very very very angry about this actionNot to mention I have bad online shopping experiences with Adidas.com that I placed orders online, one of them they shipped me the wrong shoes, after I reordered that, they never shipped my shoesNO ONE EVER responded my emailsI want you to handle this Matt guy issueI want Revdex.com to have this on file that Adidas has every bad customer service.Sincerely,*** ***
