This is not what the customer service representative told me over the phone on Nov 23rdHe told me specifically that he could not change the size but he could cancel it for meSo I said "please go ahead"Also I confirmed with him whether the order is cancelled or notAnd he said "YES"He also asked me to just replace the order and that I can do it right away!" I listened to him and made the new purchase
If your customer service representative made a mistake, it is not the customer who should be punished! I am simply following what he told me! And as a business, you should not expect the customer to know that the policy is different than what the customer representative said!
I am very disappointed with AdidasYour reply tells me that you did not even bother reading my email

I am rejecting this response because: once again adidas is not addressing the fact that two of their employees who could have informed me that if I did not return the items to the store and mailed them in that I would only receive a gift card for the amount of purchase Since I did not know this I mailed the unworn, in the original box, shoes and socks (also unworn with original packaging) back to adidas WITH the original receipt of purchase expecting a refund They also did not address how their employee who called himself a "returns manager" hung up on me Now adidas is refusing to credit my credit card for the amount of purchaseIf a company as big as adidas cannot access their own stores' transactions, how do they pay their taxes and know what revenue their stores are generating and what items are selling in their stores? Again this is the year so the response adidas is providing does not make any sense, nor is it good business This David vsGoliath mentality does not work for me and is also not good business adidas continues to dodge responsibility for their poor customer service and one-sided returns policy and keeps reading the same script I am a human, AND a customer, NOT A ROBOT, and I would like to be treated with respect and adidas should credit my credit card for the shoes and socks I returned to them $is a drop in the bucket for a company the size of adidas, but $is a lot of money for me I want my money back, not a store credit via gift card.Sincerly,

a complaint against adidas the issue was a miscommunication on my end and the issue was resolved Im sorry for opening the complaint and the company is a excellent company in which I sop a lot with I had mixed up a tracking # and that caused the issue I would like the complaint closed and no action taken and this was a mistake on my end and I apologize for thisThank you again and sorry for the issue .The assigned ID # for the case was *** Again I would like the case closed and no wrong doing was done by the company

I am rejecting this response because:As I have done everything required by you Including forwarding the police report and notifying my bank and still have the charge indicated on my check statement and when I called to confirm receipt of the police report email informed it was never receivedAnd the beginning a fax number provided by to you to hurry things along does not work so this took time to straighten outA multi- billion dollar company with a fax phone that doesn't work along with disputing my $charge pretty sadMany inconsistencies and information from you is making this a very difficult process. I want that bogus charge eliminated and have someone find that police report that was sent and verified by email and fix your fax phone

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because the item in question still has not arrived, and will not for quite some time if at allAlso because of this I have yet to inspect the quality, and durability of the productIt was suppose to be shipped weeks ago, and arrive at the latest last Friday the 6th of MayAs you can see they did not ship it allegedly until last WednesdayI actually received the tracking information this past Saturday minutes after contacting the Revdex.com right after the Revdex.com contacted the businessThis leads me to believe they did not ship the item (if at all) until I contacted you about itThat is too short of time to make, and ship custom shoesI gave them weeks to make them, and by the looks of it I will not get my custom shoes but shoes that are not customThat is if these shoes ever show up.
