I am rejecting this response because: I would appreciate it if somebody would actually take the time to look at my account and my order and then responded because sending me a copy and pasted response that you spent absolutely no time writing this is the same information you would send to million other people you've already received the return back it's already been to days your system automatically sent me an email telling me that you'd received it back but I still have a received the refund so weekend with all due respect I need someone to actually take a few minutes out of your busy day and actually take care of the customer look at my account I'm expecting a full refund the product was damaged it was wet when it arrives and this is why am asking for a refund of the shipping and the merchandise that you got back quite some time ago

I am rejecting this response because:adidas did not address the fact that I spoke with two adidas employees who djd not make this policy clear or even offer the information that if I returned the shoes by mail, vsin the store, that I would not get a refund but a gift card If I had known this I would have returned the products at the store adidas also said they "recycled" the never worn, new shoes still in their original box...as well as brand new socks, and would not return the items to me so that I could return them to the store for a refund I'm not concerned about paying for the shipping, I want the money charged to my credit card for the shoes and the socks credited back to my credit card This is the year and adidas definitely has the technology to know what their own stores transactions are The original receipt was included with the shoes and socks I returned so that gave them information regarding the transaction as well When I called customer service I was read the same reply/script that adidas just provided in their response and told there was no one else I could speak with, "those managers do not take phone calls", and I was hung up on For these reasons and examples of bad business by adidas I am rejecting this reply from adidas
