and discontinued service. You were contacted and advised you are responsible for the balance of $104.99 due by 8/24/17. You agreed and stated you
filed the complaint in case there was a possibility there was in error in the
company’s records. You agreed to pay the balance of $104.99 by 8/24/17 and

Good Evening Ms. **, Per our conversation today 4/27/16, you confirmed PECO's 3rd party contractor was at the property on 4/18/16 and assessed the work that needed to be done. You were advised you would be contacted directly by PECO in regard to when the work will begin in which you agreed.

PUC complaint on 9/11/15 stating payments made, but not posted.9/21/15 Report sent to PUC stating Company records confirm that all payments have posted to the account in the order in which they were received. The customer has failed to supply any proof of payment to support her claim that the company is not posting her payment(s) to the account.  Bills are correct as rendered. The account does not warrant any adjustments at this time. Multiple attempts have been made to contact the customer via phone and letter with no avail. PUC has yet to render a decision.  As of 1/14/16, a Decision is pending from PUC.

complaint and it was confirmed. Ms. [redacted] stated she and her child currently
reside at 1236 S 56th Street([redacted]) with her mother, [redacted]. Service is on and active at this property. She stated she is not
moving into 12 N...

6th Street, 1st Floor due to the fact
the property is being rehabilitated. When asked was she looking to move
somewhere else, she confirmed not at the moment. I advised her balance of $1,187.53
is eligible for payment terms to start new service with a down payment of
$49.48. Once received, service will be established in her name and the
remaining balance placed on payment terms in 24 monthly  installments of $49.84 in addition to current
monthly charges in which she agreed. She was advised to contact me directly
###-###-#### once she is has her new address and ready to make the payment. She
agreed and thanked me for my help.
 
9/27/17 I followed up with Ms. [redacted] in regard
to her request for new service at which time she stated she and her son are
still currently residing at [redacted] Street([redacted]) with her
mother, [redacted]. Service is on and active. She stated she is still
waiting for the property at [redacted] Street, 1st Floor to
be rehabilitated before she and her child sign the lease and move in.
Currently, she is not looking to move anywhere else. I agreed and advised her
