I purchased some gifts on a baby registry in a store in Gurnee, IL on Grand Avenue on 3/16/ After checking your website online I noticed the items were not marked as purchased by the cashierI then attempted to try to call the store several times, I was transferred, disconnected, and sent to voicemail I also attempted to call the customer service line who told me she was unable to help me and I would have to call the store I called the store again and was finally able to speak to someone who told me she was not able to mark the items for me and that I would need to have the person I bought the items for remove them off the list Workers at store were very rude and acted as though I was a bother to them with the exception of one nice man on the phone who went out of his way to be considerate of my needs and get me someone he thought could help me Maybe need to figure out better training for cashiers for registry purchases, if computer problems- have a back up plan, or give someone access to fix the problem and remove items from the list that were missed

Usually I have a wonderful experience at our local walmartHowever, today was shocking! Today 5/21/at approximately 9:30pm I stopped at Walmart in West Brownsville Pa for a few thingsI had my two younger brothers with meThey were laughing and carrying on my youngest brother sprayed some axe body sprayI told him to knock it off and act right in publicOut of nowhere the Assistant Manager *** said in a harsh tone "do it again and your getting escorted out of here"I immediately adressed the situation and he said "if you don't like it you can get escorted out of here too"I made him aware that I would be calling the store manager on MondayHe responded with "I don't care do what you feel you have to"I told him he had a poor attitude and that I spend a lot of money at his locationHe said "I don't really care, it doesn't matter to me"I told him without customers he wouldn't have a jobSuch a poor excuse of a manager! I checked out and leftAs long as he is employed by Walmart I will not be shopping there

Walmart Pharmacy is my pharmacy of choice and have been getting my prescriptions filled at the Metairie, LA XXXXX location for years On Friday January 6, I went in to update insurance information and to get a prescription filled that had been called in by my physician *** waited on me initially I did not have my new card so she wrote down the info she needed and I told her I would step aside while I contact my insurance carrier Once the info was received another associate had opened the 2nd booth and I proceeded to allow her to wait on me *** was very rude from our initial contact She was having trouble putting the info in and kept asking me to repeat it I offered to give her the paper as I did not have my glasses and I may not be reading it incorrectly She very rudely stated that she could not see the info without even looking at it I then asked if she would like it faxed to them as the insurance web page was giving me that option She very rudely advised that it would be too small I advised that it would not be the size that was on the smart phone and it would be much larger she again advised very rudely that I could do what I want At that point I asked *** was she having a bad day? She asked "why you wanna know" I advised that because you are being quite rude She then advised and I quote "If I am so rude then let some body else help you" and walked off and left me standing there She proceeded to talk to a pharmacist, *** for a period of time clearly in a rude manner and going on and on while I stood there and just watched After a period of time *** walked over and apologized for her behavior but did not offer to assist me By this time *** was free and she offered to help She was very apologetic and clearly embarrassed by the way I had been treated I provided her the same information and it went through with no problem She was an awesome example of the type of employee any business would love to represent them I am a business owner and I would never allow any of my employees to treat any *** for any reason the way I was treated by *** I felt humiliated, embarrassed, belittled, and upsetNot to mention no one addressed ***'s behavior I kept thinking what would warrant this type of behavior The only thing I could think of is because I was a black female that *** held little regards for Yes discriminated against I will be discussing this matter with *** the Pharmacy Manager on my next visit to Walmart As far as continuing to utilize the Pharmacy to get my prescriptions filled well I am not sure I guess it will depend on *** reactions

This store has the THE WORST tire place around I go in for new tires and come out with a wrecked transmissionThe mechanic decided to take my car for a "race" after having put new tires on it, does a neutral drop, and there goes my transmission I now am without a carThe bad part is that I was standing there watching as it all happened!! Just think what they do to cars when you drop them off and come back!

This is concerning the Walmart at FM Rd W, Houston, TX Worst experience at a Walmart everIt used to be a good Walmart but slowly disintegrated over timePlease see points below
Rude employees/bad customer service: Employees roll their eyes at customers and act as if they don't existOne time I had a receipt to return an item and an employee at customer service and the lady mentioned to go to another Walmart to do the return instead of doing it herself
Lack of security: At night people go around the parking lot asking for donationsProstitutes and truckers hang out in the parking lot No security cars are no longer in sight even though this location use to have them
Cashiers have lack of training: One cashier had charged me 4x for some cherries that I had originally ask her to remove from my purchasesInstead of fixing my receipt, she tried to charge me for her mistake
Bad management: In regards to #3, I went to customer service and told the manager on duty about the cashierThe manager looked at me stupidly and then walked off without correcting the cashier or correcting my receipt
Very disorganized: The signs above the aisles need correctionA aisle sign will state an item but that item will not be anywhere on that aisleI spent minutes looking for some canned fruitCouldn't find anyone to help me and it wasn't listed on any of the aisle signsI eventually gave up looking

I want to know why I can't use the credit option on my debit/credit card at
walmart storesSince I get cash back from my bank when I use credit, they are
keeping me from getting this money! I have the new and improved "chip"
card for security - and they FORCE me to use debit??
I guess my only other option is to QUIT going to WALMART since my
bank checked and told me its the way WALMART set up their system -
and the bank has nothing to do with WALMART's choice
As a consumer, it is MY choice to quit purchasing any material from
WALMART until they fix the PROBLEM!
I use the same card at other retailers in the area, and have had no
problems using credit, which, in MY humble opinion is MUCH safer than
using the DEBIT part!

We were shopping in Walmart with kids around pm Thursday October 13th, and were directed to a checkout counter that was filthy and drenched in chicken juiceApparently her name is *** When I asked her to use another register she said no , so told her it's unfair and our kids had school in the am she insisted I couldn't use another counter and said "you dumb *** I will kick your *** ***" I asked other associates for her name and they looked at me with a blank stareWhen I spoke to *** the front manger she rollled her eyes and gave me dirty looksThis is very serious I I will file a police report also

I visited the Austin Peay location on last week and I was cursed out by an associate, I still haven't been contacted by any above store leaders!This is totally unacceptable,this problem should've been handled last week when I originally calledThe bahavior that this employee showed toward me was totally uncalled for I literally stay minutes from this particular Walmart and I will never frequent it again! Poor Customer Service and it's sad that the employees know this "problem employee" by name

I had a online order I am suppose to pick up at Gratiot in Roseville, MIYou are usually suppose to get and email or text when the item is ready for pick up but I haven't been receiving the alerts so I decided to call the storeI have called this store several times and have been left on hold for 30-minutes each time I called and no one comes back to the phoneI would hang up and call right back and it would be the same thingI have even called customer service and explained what was going onThe representative tried to contact the store as well as was also told to hold on and no one ever came back to the phoneI know its the holiday season but this is ridiculous!

Walmart is knowingly selling tampered gift cards to customers & not compensating them for their lossI was given one of these gift cards valued at $from store #at Arroyo Crossing Pkwy in Las VegasWhen I opened the sealed packaging, the top half of the gift card was missing, which included the 16-digit code as well as the magnetic stripThe funds were never made available to me & there is no way to register a card without the digit codeI contacted customer service as well as management from this locationI also spoke multiple times with Walmart Visa customer service & Walmart corporateI also contacted Greendot who provides the product to WalmartNo one is taking responsibility & no one is compensating for the $that was stolen from me by this Walmart

I went to this walmart on 5/30/Unfortunatly I had lost my receipt to return the gate, when I walked tru the doors there was no one there so I went straight to *** ***When I got there the lady that was doing my return gift card asked me if someone gave me a sticker for the item at the door; I said there was no one thereI could tell she was furious by the face she madeShe made a phone call (i assume to the front door) but no one answeredShe said can I see your ID? I said I have my debit card with my name on it and I used to pay for the gate, she replied I can't use that (annoyed at my comment)I made a comment saying I've never had an assiciate ask me for my ID and she went off on me saying "meam I've worked here for 17yrs and I can tell you its policy..." I was so angry at her demeanor and attitude that I stopped listening and asked for a managerIn a very snide way she said "I can get you the assistant manager!" I started walking away because I was beyond upset! She asked me "where are you going?" In a very rude way I answered "where do you think!?" At this point I was done with her nonsence I went to my car to get my IDWhen I came back the assistant manager *** was smiling standing next to her; I directed my way and conversation towards him only saying "you're employee is very rude" the rude employee raised her voice almost screaming saying I have an eye witness I was not being rude" (there was a lady standing there with a stroller which I assume was her friend because she was just there having a conversation with her) I turned to her and said "I said your rude! Period!" At this point another associate was arriving to complete my giftcard refund she gave something to the new associate and said "good luck with this mess!" The assistant manager stood there the whole time smiling letting the lady practically yell and act the way she didWhen my transaction was finished I gave *** (the assistant manager) a few mins to see what he was going to say to me but nothing came out his mouth but a smile; so I said "good to know your just going to let your employee act like that" and walked awayI called the store to see if I could speak to the GM but due to the holliday I spoke to *** another assistant manager who pretty much told me I'll see what I can doI called walmart customer support which took notes of the incident and my phone number and said the GM whoud get in touch with me with in a week or soTo this day I have not received a call from the GM or an apology other than the one from customer support! This is ridiculous! How can this company let employees act in such a way! I get that the people at the front door made her job harder but that was not my fault! Unbelievable!!!

On July 5th My S/O went to the Walmart Neighborhood Market on Michigan RdHe came home and told me that a manager began taking pics of my kids especially my daughter which caused me to be upsetSome stranger has taken pics of my kids.When I called the store I guess her shift had ended and the manager that I spoke with said it was a few managers at that time and didn't give me any of their namesMy thing is even if they tell her it's inappropriate and she needs to delete them who is to say that she will or she hasn't sent them somewhereI ended up calling 1-800- Walmart to report the incident as the store manager would be out of the store for a weekI called and made a complaint about my "experience" but I'm waiting for someone to call meI just don't get itI feel so violatedI do not know this woman and she don't know meThis was a *** Walmart not a *** photo studioShe is supposed to be in there selling bread and not taking pics of ppl's kidsShe's not a modeli

missouri ave n largo fl Went to this walmart 4/8/at 2pm to be directed to the return line when I said several times it was an ONLINE purchase from my baby registry So at months pregnant I waited a half hour to get to the front of the line to be told I had to wait in the online purchase line!! needless to say everyone was RUDE The "online" person then comes to the counter about 5-minutes later to type in my initials of my first and last name ...like the other lady couldn't do that???! I was then turned away like that was the one and only thing that they could do to look my order up spoke to the supposed manager to tell us if they couldn't find it she wasnt going to be able to find it either we then call the corporate office to go round and round and round with him dont know his name but his number is 727-504- tells us he sees the order but its not paid for ...then he claims he needed an order number I sent him a text message with all order numbers on it he could only find 2! then says he was going to give me a gift card and have all purchases at the front counter waiting for us my mother in law was on the phone with walmart as well trying to accomplish the same thing - she was also told that the order would be at the front desk My husband now goes back at 6:25pm to pick up this order that is waiting waits in line AGAIN for min to be turned away again!!!! they cant find the order anywhere! call my mother in law again to explain the situatiuon we only got this order at 8:PM most ridiculous waste of time! what a joke this store is and the employees! they don't have respect for their selves and jobs so they treat customers like st I never received a confirmation email that I even had purchases waiting for me how was I to even know the order number unless the purchaser gave it to me??? they acted like they didnt even know that you could do a baby registry online I will NEVER return to this store maybe even never go to walmart again even if I have to pay more to waste most of my day off of work to deal with this bull!

I had recently got a tv from wal martI bought a inch *** smart tvThe assoiciate that had loaded my tv busted the topI had took it back to get a replacementI ended up with a inch Vizio brandThey would not replace the same television and was giving me a hard time to even get it exchangedI started to leave with and they kept saying no we will fix thisThis was a really bad experience for me and honestly I feel like I had been ripped off

Received a coupon for 10% off of my grocery order for Walmart grocery pickupSounded like a good idea I am very busy and thought it could save some time and hassleTook some time to place my order and went to schedule order for pick up that daySchedule pick up between and p.mRealized that it was for the next day I cancelled my orderWhy would Walmart not have same day service for grocery orders.? In typical Walmart fashion they are labor short at the expense of the customer we all know the lines whether they're busy or notThis is the way they do and will continue to do businessMeanwhile the order place on a Friday holiday weekend was billed to my debit card and money is being held still days later and it was even a Walmart debit card! Now with gasoline and groceries they don't put a hold on as long so now days later on Monday they still have my grocery money even though order was cancelledNow naturally they will offer a typical run around saying that the bank holds the money blah blah blah well they have not put the same thought as they do with gasoline holds into grocery money transactions! And it was their card and they are in League with the bankAgain in typical Walmart fashioned rolled it out too soon with not enough thought into the marketing and all the detailsThe bottom line is they flat-out don't careagain, walk into any Walmart store where they're not very busy and you will see long lines because they don't care about the customer they only care about their profits that's how you become the biggest company in the history of the worldGreat idea Walmart unfortunately you're too cheap and ineffective to roll it out properly

at the end of May my ex husband bought a air pillet rifle for my grandson which is only years old this rifle was not intended for a child so on aug I bought the rifle back to wal mart wanting a refund on a card so I could get my grand son a gift for his birthday the store was Pineville Louisiana #XXXXX manager *** *** the the girl at service did the right thing and called for her manager when the rifle came up She had to clear with manager because of the amount of purcashManager came up about to minutes and told she could not return my money because I had no recpecitSo I left the store still with a rifle I could not give my grandchildTwo days latter I returned to the store with recpecit in hand and was thinking I was going to get my money back on a card so I could get my grandchild a gift never did get to see manager Im was told that the days was over but the rifle had a year warranty that they could not give me my money backSo I left the store with no money card and no gift for my grandchild on his 5th birthdaythe rifle was bought on May and I tryed to returned on AugThe owhole issue was they did not want to return a ticket item for the rifle was never used still brand new

The worst experience I've ever had

This is the third time I've purchased chicken from this place and when I open it, it smells rottenThe dates where a week away from when they were suppose to go bad, so I think they're miss labeling them or whats going in but that third time will be the LAST time I buy chicken form there!

Went to return some items todayitems total, one I could not find my receipt forEven though I had a receipt for the others they still wanted to match it with the card I purchased it on, otherwise it would be given as store creditWay to make me and everyone else feel like we did something wrong by shopping your storeThe item that I did not have a receipt for did not show in their system as being sold within daysMy receipts are dated back to march so of course it wouldn'tEven still with that being obviously pointed out the person refused to do the returnNow I have to waste my time and gas to go to a further store to do the return on an item that cost 2.97! Avoid this location if you canHopefully they will either shut down or change their waysAlso I took a picture of the posted return policy in store that does not say any of their personalized rulesNothing on the receipt, nothing anywhereJust whatever they decide to do that day
