I will be shopping at other stores from here on outWal-Mart has been FALSELY ADVERTISING their products and prices on multiple thingsEach Wal-Mart are all under one Corporation but prices are completely differentThe stores are not allowed to do store to store price matching, which is ridiculousThen once you contact customer service, some of their reps talk down to you or become very rudeIt's a disgrace

I used to work at this Walmart back in the automotive section and have always brought my cars in for tire work because of the pricesI have brought quite a few cars here and the service is getting worse and worseI went there on May 8th requesting a flat repair about 5pmI took note of how there were cars in the shopAll the bats were empty and the workers were sitting down relaxingI went inside asking for a tire repair which takes about min to doThe employees that were doing nothing behind the counter told me they couldn't do it because they are going to close at 7pm which was in hoursI asked again if they could check to see if they could get me in because I needed the cars tire repairedAnother employee instantly said no in a rude mannerI'm sick of going to this Walmart waiting hours for my car to get done, watching walmarts employees have rude attitudes towards customers, and sick of how lazy these employees are never wanting to do any workI will not be returning to this Walmart ever and will be sure to inform friends and family of the lack of customer service at this storeI definitely think management needs to do something about thisI am positive Walmart is losing income and service having lazy and rude employees

When ever I purchase things, I usually use my card as a credit card, I don't prefer to use as a debit card, even though the payment comes from my bank account Every time prior to yesterday, I would always get a credit back to my account Yesterday, Walmart's customer service employee, told me I only could get cash back That is not the way I paid for the merchandize and I didn't want cash back If I wanted cash, I would have used my card as a debit card I also contacted a bank manager and he said the register determines whether one gets credit back to their card or cash Also, I believe that Walmart's products are getting more expensive than some grocery stores, it doesn't seem to be a discount store as it claims I am a very disgusted customer and I may just choose to shop elsewhere from now on If I am supposed to get cash instead of credit if returns are made, then in should be denoted on the original register tape, no where on the tape does it reveal that

I when to a hour Wal-Mart to get a sim card adaptor for a *** galaxy phone for straight *** When went on Wal-Mart appIt said it was in store when ask for help the employees in electronic said they did not know anything and id have to come back in the morning to get helpThat they weren't trained on the the night shiftSo I bought a straight talk bring your own phone kitBut it didnt have it in thereI went back in to the Wal-Mart store to get a refund and they told me customers service was closed and that they cannot do a returnBut I was never told at the check out that it could not be returnedAnd tell me after I buy a kit that I cant use is ridiculous

I have a problem with the way your pharmacy runs out of medications on a regular basisWhat's so hard about ordering more stock when you see you're getting close to running out!! That's it, I think I'll just change pharmacy's and give someone else the opportunity to make me happy

This was my FIRST & LAST visit to this particular WalmartAs I began to pay for my products I informed the cashier that I wanted to pay for my purchase with gift cards and I would then use my Debit card for the remaining balanceI was then instructed to swipe the first gift card and it was declined; then I was instructed to try the second gift card that was also declined at this time the cashier began to ask if I was paying with a LINK cardI said NO and the cashier asked at least three times if I was sure I didn't have a LINK cardAt this point I asked for a manager; that did come to the counter but wasn't any help at allI was then informed that at Walmart you aren't able to pay for a purchase with a gift card that won't cover the entire purchase unless I knew the exact balance on each gift cardBy this time swiped my debit card for the purchaseI was not only insulted but felt disrespected by the cashier insisting that I must have a LINK card and NOT a gift cardWould the cashier have insisted I had a LINK card if I wasn't African American?

This is in Regards to Gift Cards purchased for me as a Birthday Gift on 3/from both my Mother and sister purchased at your Comstock Park , Walmart store, both purchased on separate date prior to my birthday when I received these
3/tried to use the First one at Taco Bell , a $Gift Card , go thru Drive Thru and surprise $Dollar balance , so proceed to use Second Card same day at Burger King a $Card and $Dollars available on that as wellHow embarrassing
Returned both cards to my Mom and sister they took to the Walmart store 4/explained to management and they treated my Mom and Sister with the most disrespect telling them they have nothing to do with the Gift cards and to call the 1-number on the back of the Gift CardsHow can you say that , You sell the cards it is your responsibility to make sure they are properly activated and treat your Customers with the Utmost Respect !!

Poor customer service, poor online site, poor email notificationI ordered rca tablets with keyboards on 11/29/15, recieved email that would recieve items on 12/10/on 11/30/On website saw that the tablets were now dollars cheaper a piece, mind you I just bought and a kids guitar spending over $on your siteCalled you customer service and basically told tough luckCould not even cancel the order even thou it has not been hours since I placed said orderI will no longer be a walmarts customer, I will no longer spend my money on a company that does not value it's customersI will pay the extra for any christmas items from now on that I purchase from other companies, because even with those other higher priced companies they allow 24-hours cancellationThis is in very poor taste that you treat your customers in this fashionI will be spreading the word to my friends, family, and co-workers about how horrible your service is when dealing with customers

After I finishing shopping I was on the way out the storeI had a carriages with my items baggedA security guard reached his hands inside of my bagMY personal bag, to grab a receipt out of it without my permissionI grabbed his arm and removed it from my bagThis is unacceptableIt happened on October 24th, I called the store manager and reported it and I was supposed to have been contacted about the situation but that did not happenI'll be posting this on the Revdex.com shortly

This started at a simple neutral complaint about not selling alcohol to my husband and I because I didn't have my IDHe had his and is 49! According to their policy, if anyone looks near the age they have to card themSo if my teenage children were with me, I couldn't buy alcohol....per AndrewWho are Walmart to police if parents can have alcohol in the home

I am reporting that I continually receive a dissatisfactory answer from Walmart Customer Service Associates, Supervisors, Managers, and above at Walmart stores It seems they have a standard practice of telling customers/clients or anyone with question to go the Walmart website when he/she cannot answer a question
This answer is not satisfactory in that the very reason that I have gone into the store is to receive substantive assistance beyond a website
Why is the Customer Service Associate, Supervisor, Manager and above at the Walmart store if he/she cannot answer a question about the Walmart store? (We don't need them just a computer)
Why doesn't the Walmart store representative provide additional assistance, for example by providing links to the website that will help point the customer to his/her needs specifically? Why doesn't the Walmart store representatives have computer terminals to help show and help the customer at the store?
Some help is better than telling the customer to go home and look it up on the Walmart website

Online they advertised a TV for $That television was in stock, according to their dotcomBoth local stores were said to have themNeither did, despite phone calls directly to both stores to verify the online informationOnce at the stores, we were shown similar TVs for nearly double the moneySuddenly the online TV was out of stock and the $price was only for refurbished modelsComplete bait and switch/advertisementI have screenshots verifying my complaintAnd needing the TV for the upcoming Indy 500, we purchased the same model for $328...again, almost double the advertised price of $Employees at BOTH stores suggested calling the Revdex.com because this happens "all the time"That calling managers local will "get you nowhere"
I also complained on the phone only to be transferred repeatedly and ultimately hung up onWas asked for our email to send out our screenshots to prove our complaint, with no responseWas on hold until 9p...conveniently the time they close
We have been lied to over and over again from the initial television price, to it's availability, to who was going to help resolve this, to call backsIt's disgusting to think that the big giant department store wouldn't want to help one of their customers over a matter that has such an easy solutionJust honor what you advertise!! We were going to buy not one, but TWO of these for our houseWe were going to choose to spend hundreds of our hard earned dollars in their store...only to be essentially crapped on by themIt's not right, it's not fair
Why dupe the very people who makes you so successful???

I purchased my glasses from WalMart Optical 10/2014. They offer free cleaning and adjustments. I had an adjustment 5/20/16 and a cleaning of the lenses at which time the Optician [redacted] suggested a "deep" cleaning due to discoloration around the bridge of my glasses that would take "15 min". I chose to return for this procedure 5/23/16 around 5:45pm and [redacted] was on duty again. She took my glasses for the cleaning as I concluded my shopping. Upon pick up of my glasses around 6:10p I asked about more adjustment and the visible debris between the lens and the frame so she took them to the back and proceeded to remove my lenses and clean it. when she returned with them they needed more adjustment and I noticed what appeared to be fuzzy fingerprints on the lenses in my vision line. She continued adjustment and brought them back and I attempted to wipe the "fingerprints" from the lens and concentrated more on the adjustment fitting and left the store to go home. During this time I was wearing perscription sunglasses as my vision is -10.50 and -9.50 so I cannot be without corrective lenses. And since the daylight was still light enough I continued wearing my sunglasses during my return home which was around 6:30 pm when I switched out of my sunglasses into my regular glasses (I only have the 2 pair in the current rx) is when I realized their was a problem with the lenses now being permantely damaged. I phoned the optical department and spoke to [redacted] indicating the lenses were damaged and she said to bring them back in but I was out of warranty. I could not return that same evening and the next morning phoned her Supervisor [redacted], the Optical Manager, she set a time on 5/25/16 around 8 AM for me to have her look at them. When we arrived at Walmart close to 8AM the optical department was not open and it was dark, I then browsed and purchased a blouse and around 8:15am then lights were lit in the optical department and we approached the area and met [redacted] who looked at my lenses and said she did not know what it could be that damaged the lens because they only use water and asked if I had cleaned them with the wrong rag and not a microfiber cloth and indicated it was because my lenses were 2 years old and it was normal deteriation of the lenses, they are 1 year and 7 months old and I did not have any problems prior to that date with clearly seeing through my lenses. I was angry and cursed and she said she did have to deal with me if I cursed at her, and they were not going to do anything about this since "I am the "first" person to have this problem. You can visually see the crackled swirls which look like "fingerprints" now imbedded in the lenses. I am forced to purchase $250 glasses in an emergency situation as it affects every aspect of my life, for the past couple of days I am wearing old prescription glasses from 2009 which I can only see clearly 3 feet around me and everything else is blurry after that. I am trying to wear my prescription sunglasses that have my current prescription to get by until new ones are made for me at [redacted], I chose a 1 hours place but due to my high prescription my lenses can take up to a week to complete. The fact that Walmart isn't admitting to the mistakes really makes me angry.

WalMart, at the Self Checkout FORCES debit payments even if you SELECT CREDIT CARD MANUALLY.

This is a way to STEAL your 1% or 2% cash back from you.

Several employees that are there monitoring the self checkout lanes have said they get complaints all the time but "can't help it".

This may or may not happen at all stores. It has happened for at least 3 years at the Folly Road store in Charleston, SC.

This adds up to MILLIONS.

I am looking to start a civil lawsuit for damages.

I purchased a [redacted] grooming item doesn't work and it's missing a part. I went back to the store immediately but they refuse to honor any refunds inspite of having my receipt. They are nasty and rude. They take advantage of the consumers in the area because they don't speak well English. They are VERY DISHONEST AND UNETHICAL. the Store manger [redacted] is WORST.

In February, I purchased some jeans online from walmart.com. I received the jeans and noticed they were missing a belt loop. I have to wear belts with all pants. I contacted the company online. I informed them I am very busy and wasn't sure when I could make it to the store to return the item. They stated I could return the product at any time due to it being a defect. In June I made the trip to return them, only to be told it is outside the return policy and they wouldn't do anything about it. Here the jeans still sit on my dresser. Un-usable product. I tried as a last attempt to call them today, only to be told they can't do anything, even though the product is a defect, because I waited too long to return them.
