I was shopping at a Walmart store in Doral, FL, and received a cut on my arm from an unsecured clothing rackI immediately notified a staff member and Assistant Manager, who took pictures of my cut and completed a Customer Incident ReportBecause I was bleeding, the AsstManager gave me paper towel and a band aidMy main concern, which I expressed to the staff, was to secure the clothing rack so it wouldn't injure anyone elseThey wrapped up the rack with some tape, which I assume was a quick-fix, and hopefully they got it secured properly soon afterI was quite surprised, because the staff were acting as if I was inconveniencing them by filing a complaint of my injury; when actually the store was at fault, and should be held responsible to provide a safe shopping experience for customersI was further baffled when the AsstManager suggested that Walmart may not be able to accept the Customer Incident Report, because I was visiting the US from another country, and the forms were only meant for persons with US addresses to completeThis also shows a lack of inclusion and acceptance for the diversity of shoppers that Walmart hasDoes this mean Walmart only expects Americans to shop in their stores? I frequently travel to the US, and I usually always take time to shop at Walmart for the great variety and discounts they offer
I am now further concerned, as I expected that Walmart would at least have followwith me since I was injured in the storeIt has now been almost year, and nothingI have contacted the Walmart headquarters several times, and provided a copy of the Customer Incident Report, and pictures of my injuries and the unsecured clothing rack in the store, in hopes it will bring attention to store faults to avoid customer injuriesHowever, I've received no response to dateThis is very disappointing, especially I have been shopping at Walmart for more than years, and never had such an unpleasant experienceI would have trusted that Walmart would be more concerned about their customer experience, especially when the fault lies within their own storesI hope this helps them to be more aware of their stores' faults, and taking the proper action to rectify

I had a return with a receipt, and I was told that I could not get my money back, nor a gift cardpurchase no *** Fwas called times, and I had to wait minutes on this so called assistant manager to response, than he was rude and condescendingHe had the nerve to snatch a pen out of my hand, and he made mocking remarks to meThis is the type of service, and representation that Walmart is sending outTo have to wait minutes for this man, and than he is rude, like I am disturbing himThen he had the nerve to tell me that I couldn't get a store credit for which Walmart already has my money locked up, until it is released

I took my car for an oil change at Walmart a few weeks ago After taking my car, I started to notice that my car was leaking oil Then, the oil light began to come on, which it never does I had someone take a look at my car and they informed me that the bolts were not tightened, one bolt was missing, and my car didn't have an oil gasket I called Walmart and they claimed they were going to look at their video and give me a call back, which they never did I had to pay more money to have my car repaired This is not acceptable and I wanted others to be aware of this problem

Vandalia, IL Pharmacy in Wal-Mart has hours that state that they close at 7pm I walked up at 6:45pm and asked to purchase an item from behind the counter to which I was told they couldn't sell it to me because they were already closed and the money had been taken from them already So I asked to talk to a store manager to which they had me talk to the pharmacist which at least on his name tag, he was not listed as a manager

I am a loyal customer of the Walmart store located in White Plains, NY I shop at this store for several daily needs There has been a recent issue regarding the packs of candy ringing up at the incorrect price There are some that are indeed $1.96, while others are $1.50, but ringing up for $ I've had to have a manager/supervisor adjust the pricing on a few separate occasions I was at the store on Friday 6.3.16, buying this product I explained the issue to the cashier; he then replied that its ringing up that price, therefore I explained again At this point, he called the manager (Tonisha) on duty to the register While I tried to explain the situation to the manager, she spoke over me and replied "yea okay" several times She was extremely unprofessional and did not show any soft customer service skills She advised that maybe it's the smaller size, after I told her about the issue She told the cashier to move forward with assisting other customers She then walked away without making me aware of how she was going to resolve the problem I stood there and waited almost minutes for her to return When she did come back, she began adjusting the price of the candy on the register She did not apologize for any inconvenience or assure me that the issue would be fixed in the near future I asked her when will this issue be resolved with the system, she replies "it happens", instead of treating and speaking to a customer with respect and confidence I advised her that I will be filing a complaint; she replied "well that is your decision to make" Termination or suspension is not the direct importance of this complaint, but to simply make the corporate staff aware of how customers are being treated I work in customer service at a major medical practiceI strive to provide excellent customer service to internal/external customers

While shopping in the garden section at the Olathe, KS Wal-Mart on Alden street on Saturday Afternoon July 16, the Department Manager *** had the sprinklers revolving around the entire garden centerAsking him to move them or turn them off so I could get the plants that I needed, he told me he couldn'tI said it's very inconvenient to have them on during the afternoon of a SaturdayHe then told me that they were hiring so if I wanted to change it I should apply for a JobI told him that I didn't need his sarcastic Attitude, he told me that he didn't need me as a customer and told me to get the *** out of his storeHe then proceeded to talk a out me in front of other customers and associates while I was still thereThen turned around and said "I thought I told you to get out of my store"On top of which, I left my phone in the women's restroom and when I realized it, they had closed it off for cleaningI asked if I could go in a get it and the associate told me that I was out of luckI have spent the last 1/hours dealing with customer serviceI have located the phone on my home computer and it is as the address, however when I told customer *** that it was there I was told no it wasn'tThey didn't even look, just told me noI was so upset at being treated so terribly I have leftI have spoken to the store manager and told him again what happened and that I can see my phone is at his store and need him to find itI am currently waiting for a call back on my daughter's phone for an updateI have never been treated so terribly, especially by associates who are in the customer service industry

I went to get an oil change at the Alliance, Ohio location and they cracked my oil pan and refused to pay for the damages THEY causedOverall it was the worst customer experience of my lifeThe ~$it cost me for the tow and repair is the most expensive oil change that I've ever paidNot to mention the inconvenience of not having a car for days as I took my car in Friday evening and it isn't going to be repaired until later today
I recommend for anyone to pay the extra few bucks and go anywhere, but Walmart for an oil changeThis was my 1st time going there for an oil change in 4+ years and at the end of the day I'm stuck paying more than what it cost me for my last oil changes combined

I went into walmart to buy couple things I was in a hurry I had to get food for my wife she was hungry so I gathered somethings and when I went to the line there was only lines open and peoplee waiting I looked over to the self checkout and saw the manager I guess emptying the money ...but my issue is the other walmart close to my house only shuts down half the self check out so people can still some what express check out I asked the manager witch name is Leslie if she can open the side that she isn't on so people can check out and go its late ...she said no she won't open them until after mind you its so I said but the other walmart does half at a time so people won't wait an hr at the check out ..and she very rudely said well this isn't the other walmart ...I put my stuff down and left ...that is ridiculous what ever happened to the customer is always rite this was the manager ...and she flate out told me ..you don't like how I do things then beat it I think walmart needs to retrain there employees on how to talk to customers ...thats unacceptable ...I want here to be told to only do half at a time I go to this walmart a lot and the walmert used to do that also but they stopped that

Refund for DVD Portable Player deniedI purchased a portable DVD player on August 5, for approximately $not including tax at Walmart Store On August 21, 2016, I attempted to return the DVD player at the same WalMart Store (00277) cause the sound quality is extremely poorThe Customer Service representative who I presume her operator number is (000177) from the receipt stated that item was day outside of refund timeframe and that she would need to get a manager to override the exceptionShe contacted a manager named ***, CSM, and attempted to get him to make the override and he informed her it was outside of the return periodShe apologized to me and so not to hold up the line at customer care, I told her to go ahead and handle the other customers and I waited to speak with this manager after he returnedHe knew I was waiting to speak with him and he did not return for another minutesSo I asked this manager *** to show me on my receipt where it tells the consumer this item is only valid for returns until a specified time periodHe stated its not on the receipt and he pointed to the small return policy at the registerAlso there is a huge return policy display behind customer care that states days refund/returnHe also stated that I could find it online as wellSo I asked ***, if the cashier clerks are trained to let consumers know of the specific exclusions that apply to returns for electronics, etcHe stated he did not knowI informed him that the cashier never stated that this item was only returnable within a specified frameIf you look at the receipt from Walmart which I can *** as exhibit A, it does not state on the front or back of receipt, the return policy that Walmart states consumers should knowAs Exhibit B, I can submit my Target receipt, which not only states the return date on the top of receipt but also the return date for electronic items under each item you purchaseFurthermore on the back of the Target receipt it states the return policy as well as the url to goto and view the full Target return policyWalmart by telling consumers they have to view the return policy online is not geared for customer satisfactionWhat if consumers don't have access to internet, low income families, elderly, etc, what are we saying to this specific demographic part of societyI asked *** one last time since I was only a day outside the exchange period would he take the returnHe stated NOI informed him that they must have done it before cause otherwise the cashier would not have even requested a manager to override the exception if it wasn't done beforeWell, I would like a full refund of this merchandise

Their entrance and exits pose a danger because the customer do not follow the signs to enter and exit the doorsThe danger is that you can collide with each other because of the improper way a customer goes in and out of their storesThis happens in all the locations of Walmart I have been at

Someone has fraudulently opened a Walmart Family Mobile T Mobile account with my husband's information, and he had received a bill in September He reported this issue to our local Walmart mobile store in Belle Isle Blvd in Oklahoma City, trusting that your company would take care of this matter To our surprise, he received again a bill this month This has to stop! We called the 1-877-760-8760, and we spoke with an agent and a supervisor We were promised that the fraud agency will try to resolve this issue within days, but they could not tell us what resolution(s) is(are) to be made Clearly, our first complaint did not work How could we possibly trust Walmart company that our second complaint will stop this fraudulent act? I suggest that Walmart provides a closure to people like us with a timely notification, stating the actions made as a result of their investigation, specifically stating steps made (or to be made) to prevent similar issue in future

I went to the location on Bowman to purchase some juice for my daughter I walked out of the store without them and realized two hours after I got home It was late so I decided to call Wal-Mart to let them know what happened I told them I left the juice and the receipt was in the bag with the juice I was told to come back the next day in order to speak with a manager
When I got there I spoke with Phyllis who was standing outside I told her what happened and she went and got a manager I explained what happened to her I can't remember her name They were able to assist me and I was able to get the juice I was very impressed by their awesome customer service and willingness to help me for something that was clearly my fault Not all Wal-Mart experiences are bad and I want to be able to share this story with others If you are nice and kind with your request trust me they will be willing to work with you in getting any issues you may have resolved

On Christmas Eve the store advertised they were open until They received a truck in that had Nintendo NES on them and they stocked the shelves at 4:Someone sent it to me and I immediately left my house to drive an hour to get thereUpon trying to enter at 5:a huge, rude employee yelled they were closedThis is advertisingI took a screenshot of the ad so can prove they said they were OPEN until 6pm

Employees are very rude and no one is helpful

On July 2016, my son a college student took his car to Walmart store #located in Harker Heights, TX for an oil changeAfter services, he noticed that the passenger side rear window was down because some one had tampered with itHe tried to bring the window up but has become in operationalHe the file a complaint requesting to know what had happened because he was not told of this failure even though they had annotated on his inspection sheet about other discrepanciesIt was at this time that I became involvedWe then spoke to one *** the co-manager that refused to give his last nameHe said that the window was down when the vehicle arrived the shop and that he would review the camera tapeAnd that my son should get at least three estimates less than $and that anything above that, the Walmart insurance would then take overOn July 20016, my son went to the store with estimates*** in the company of another Walmart worker, *** then said that the tapes were reviewed and that the window was down prior to entering their shopI then requested to see this tapeHis reply was that this was for internal review onlyI would like the store to show the tape or own up to their fault and to pay for whatever it takes to fix their mistake

Incomplete battery replacement service at Walmart located Cleveland Blvd, Caldwell, ID Wires were not secured properly to battery terminal
SERVICE INCOMPLETE & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
On June 13th I purchased a battery and installation at Walmart located at Cleveland BlvdThe installation/replacement was performed by Walmart associates at the Auto Center
While waiting for the installation associates asked me to step into the shopThey showed me that they had difficulty removing a wire from a terminalI asked them why they are showing meI'm the customer and paying them to replace itOne of the associates responded: "well this is Walmart what do you expect?"
6/26/16:
days after they replaced the battery I opened the hood to check the oil and noticed both wire leads were not secured properlyThe copper lead of each wire was touching the terminal but not secured or even attachedI will attach pictures to clarifyThe pictures are time stampedRight click the file, select properties, and select the details tab to see when it was taken (6/26/16)
I was busy with work and life to drive back to Walmart that day and have them correct their incomplete installation/mistakeI work M-F 6am-4:30pm
I also did not feel confident in their serviceBecause it was a hazard to my safety and vehicle my father and I repaired it the same day (6/26/16).I decided I would call Walmart to complain at a date that is convenient for me

I called Walmart located in Caldwell and spoke with the store manager *** *** and the Auto Deptmanager *** (last name unknown)*** said she would call me back after she looked at my work orderhour later *** called and said he could not find any informationI had the receipt and work order and was reading the information to him over the phoneRegardless he could not find any record of work performed on my vehicle in their systemAfter minutes I asked to speak with *** again and she successfully found the information/record on my work order
She asked me what I expected and I told her I expect a refund and/or an apologyInstead of offering a resolution she rhetorically asked: "why did you wait month to call if it was such a big deal?"I told her I am the customer and it was more convenient for meI fixed the terminal and prioritized my scheduleI had the receipt and work orderIt shouldn't matter if it was day, week, or monthI asked if there was someone else I can talk to and she said no with no explanationI called corporate and they provided the district managers phone numberI'm expecting a call from him
Though I suffered no damages the incident caused stress,frustration, and time wastedIt was a hazard to my safety and my vehicle
