I went to Walmart Pharmacy in Live Oak, Fl and I felt as if I entered a bad neighborhood. The Pharmacist named [redacted] which I will later provide her photo escalated a poor customer service situation. This person demonstrated in every action she made that customers don't matter. I asked her a simple question. "Why don't you call customers if you decide not to fill there medication." The pharmacy decided since my insurance did not cover a twenty dollar medication they will not fill it until I show up to pick it up. Once you are there Walmart procedure is to ask you if you want it or not. Even though I told [redacted] months ago to fill all meds. [redacted] responded that she has over six hundred patients and I responded maybe you need less and I walked away. Then as I walked away from the situation [redacted] laughed at me. I then asked her " Did you laugh at me?" [redacted] said "yes" because I walked away. I ignored her behavior then moments later [redacted] threw up both of her hands. She minus well of said thug life. She threw up her hands probably because I was watching her. The last time I turned my back [redacted] she mocked me. I transferred all my records to [redacted] knowing anyone is better then [redacted] poor customer service. Also, I was told by the corporate customer service representative I would receive a call within forty eight hours and I have no record on my caller ID. Wow, Walmart seems to make a bad situation get worse.

I'm writing to complaint bc I just had the worst experience in Walmart on foxon blvd new haven Connecticut for me to be in order to buy the infamil formula I had to wait for a employee to open the cage they was at I was waiting for more then 1/2 hours for the lady to open the cage by the time she show up that like I said 1/2hour later my girlfriend was already in the car waiting for me to go somewhere else I live around the corner from Walmart and I had to drive all across town bc of this but the worst is that the employees no one act it like they care one employees said one thing the other another thing I would like for them to place people more reliable on certain department like where's the formula is at.THANK YOU

After my husband William's eye exam it was discovered that his prescription hadn't changed. We proceeded to go next-door to the vision center so he could get new frames for his existing lenses. After standing around for about 15 minutes finally someone came to "help". My husband explained to [redacted] that he just needed the lenses from his old glasses put into a new frame. [redacted] seemed baffled by this request. While smearing his greasy thumb all over the lens, he told my husband he wasn't sure if they could do that. My husband then asked him if he would call someone to see if they could do it. The look on his face was that of a deer in headlights and he proceeded to explain to my husband WHY they couldn't do it. He told my husband they would have to send the old glassed and new frame to the lab, to which my husbands responded OK. Then he said that they couldn't do it and that my husband would have to do it himself. My husband, looking puzzled, said really? [redacted] said yes because we cannot do it here we would have to send it to them to the lab, To which my husband said AGAIN okay. Thinking that [redacted] was trying to say that there would be additional cost involved, I joined in and said that didn't matter because his work would reimburse him since they were safety glasses. My husband said yeah, but [redacted] insisted they couldn't do it. Feeling completely frustrated at that point we both got up and went off leaving the other products on the table that we were going to buy. I looked at [redacted] and told him, you can put things away yourself! What an it!!!
I'm thinking this is a good time to start buying our eyeglasses from Costco.

My wife was robbed in this store yesterday. A friend of ours was shot with a bb gun in the parking lot last year. We believe the staff may be involved. My wife is 9 months pregnant. She put her purse down to look at some items , turned around and her purse was gone. The staff was unwilling to assist. The Manger of the store ,[redacted], refused to allow us to review any type of camera footage that would help determine who had robbed my wife. He was cold, rude, inconsiderate, and very standoffish. I called yesterday and was told that I would get all the help I needed. [redacted], the manger of the store stated "I run a multi-million dollar business and our company policies are in place". Is this the type of manger that we want in our city or our stores. A person who is there to protect the criminal elements working his store. He should be ashamed for envoking company policy to protect a criminal. Either he is working with the criminals or he is to careless to be working at a "multi-million" dollar company. Crime has been a big problem at this walmart for many years. I have seen fights, drug use and sales, and basic disregard for general cleanliness at this store. Please beware of this place and watch out for the general manger [redacted] as I believe he is there to protect criminals!

I will never shop at Walmart again based on a horrendous experience at the Willow Grove, PA (Store# 3564) location. I ordered a product from walmart.com on 7/17/2016. I received confirmation of the order and was advised that the product would be available for pickup at the Willow Grove, PA location on 7/21/2016. I also had the option to have it delivered directly to my home on 7/22/16 but I opted to pick it up at the store.
I checked the app on 7/21/2016 and it said that my product was delivered. I arrived at the store on 7/21/16 at 7:00PM ET and stood around for about an hour as nobody could find my product. The main person that I worked with was great. She did her best but none of the managers provided her with any support. Finally, she tracked down a manager who told me that the product was still on a truck that hadn't been emptied yet and that it would be ready for pick up tomorrow. While still frustrated, I said that's fine. I'll pick it up tomorrow.
On 7/22/2016 I called the Willow Grove, PA store to confirm that the product was ready for pick up and they advised that it wasn't at the store. After being hung up on multiple times and asking for managers that never picked up the phone and waiting on hold for 10-15 minutes at a time I decided to call the 800# where I was advised that the product was shipped via FedEx and not on a truck. After wasting another hour on the phone with the Willow Grove store they still couldn't find and told me the order wasn't there and that I would receive an email when it arrived. After such a horrible experience with employees who simply didn't care I gave up, called the 800# and canceled my order. This is the worst Walmart store ever.

I bought an [redacted] one s from Wal-Mart and it kept freezing up on me. I thought I was doing something wrong since they don't supply any instructions with the system, I had to get them off of the internet. When I did I found out that other people have the same problem. Which means that Wal-Mart or [redacted] put misleading reviews on their products because they all said it was a perfect product. When I went to return it they said they won't because it was past the 15 days. But on the wall it says refund or exchanged for 90 days. Then they said if I would have bought th extended warranty it would be exchanged. So if they can't sell a product that lasts more than a month they should not be in business.

I received service from the autocare center at my local store in sikeston mo store #9. On August 20th I took my car in for an oil change. I didn't realize until today August 26th when my low oil light came on that I would have any problem considering im a frequent/loyal customer. I return back to the store asking question and was told it was nothing they could do and was just brushed off. My main concern is that I didn't get the work I paid for. I want to know if there is a warranty? If there anything that can be done? I wasn't told on my visit if there was any problems such as an oil leak so how can my oil be low when it's was stated 4.0 quarts of oil was added. It's a shame I have to contact outside sources for answer. I feel as a paying customer they could've at least look at my car or even responded in a caring manner.

I intend to post this review anywhere and everywhere possible to deter as mucg business as possible from them after ther experience I had, and intend to spread the word to my friends and family in the area as well.

Worst experience with a retail manager I have ever experienced. [redacted] the assistant manager is the most vile and disrespectful management I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. And [redacted] the store manager cares so little about customers that he refuses to even call me to rectify the actions of his staff. I purchased two tablets for my business, tried to take them back a few hours later because apparently they were the wrong kind for what I needed, and they refused to accept them without a piece paper that came in the box. Seems a little ridiculous, but alright, that's policy, I can understand that. I'm not unreasonable. What I can't understand is being so directly disrespectful to a customer who spends thousands at your store on business supplies and technology that when he asks "so the paper cost me $500?" For you to respond "Yup, sorry about your luck". And cut them off when they're talking and trying to explain saying "no, no, no". I will NEVER do business with walmart again due to the complete incompetence of the management,and their inability to follow back up with me, attempt to reach a resolution, or show virtually any concern for their customers. How [redacted] got to be the manager of anything when he can't even manage his own attitude is beyond me. Keep your attitude to yourself!

Bought a straight talk phone card from Wal-Mart Dover, DE and the card was no good. Wal-Mart refused to reimburse me the $45.60. Contacted Wal-Mart Headquarters twice and they refuse and/or ignoring the situation and won't return my phone call. Not happy with Walmart ripping me off. Be very careful when shopping at Wal-Mart.

Walmart recently fired 20% of their staff due to a computer update that made availability exceptions for absences due to weather or sickness no longer valid. They lost their entire cart crew and most likely most of their front end. If you ever get the chance to work here, don't.

The management is the worst I've ever had the displeasure of having to deal with in my almost 2 years of working there, and their policy changes are erratic and detrimental. I suggest, if you really need a job, apply somewhere like target or, well, anywhere else honestly. This store is not worth the ground its built on.

I ordered something online through walmart.com. It was listed as available for "same-day pickup" at this location. I received an email a few hours later with an estimated pickup time. The next day the item still was not available for pickup. I called the store and they had "no record of my order. " They cited a glitch in the system. I asked to speak with a manager as I needed the item that day. I was put on hold for 26 minutes. I hung up and followed up with an online representative named [redacted]. He assured me the order was still processing. Some time later I arrived in person at the store. They did not know where my item was or what had happened to it. I canceled the order at that time. My money has not yet been returned and there has been no email confirmation of the cancellation. Instead it still reads order processing. I believe the claims of same day pickup at this location to be false advertising. I could have ordered from [redacted] Prime same day delivery without this problem. Very poor customer service and failure to deliver on an advertised feature.

On November 26 2015 I was at the [redacted] Walmart inMartinez Georgia, at around 6:15 pm I was knocked in the head by an employee as he lifted a large tv almost knocking me down but most importantly he hit me on the part of my head where I have a hearing implant device and knocked it off and has not been working since. We claimed an accident report on sight and was told they would call me in the next few days. I did get a call from a manager named [redacted] and told me that I would get a call from their insurance people. I have not heard from them ever since and every time I call it get put on hold and no one ever answers. All I want is for them to replace my hearing device which I cannot afford to go see the specialist who would be able to order me one. I live in Ohio and visit the area a couple times ayear. I would appreciate a call to get this situation fixed since I have no hearing out of my left ear. It is just not a hearing aid but a cochlear hearing implant which was infused into my skull. Wal-Mart Assistant manager ([redacted]) and Manager ([redacted]) were very unprofessional in an attempt resolve a simple issue. My shoe was destroyed due to the store not keeping the area around the jewlery counter clean. We I asked for assistance, I was given bogus information and the run around when I asked to speak to the manager. When I called the manager he was rude and rushed me off the phone. Still no resolution.

The waynesburg Walmart didn't hire me because I'm bi sexual and that I have a criminal background in wv. They have made threats to me and called me a fg saying we won't hire you because your a homosexual

I went to Walmart at 450 Highland Ave in Salem Mass to get a refurbished computer they had listed on line as pick up at store, The Electronics Manager refused to look for the item that was listed on there website. He was rude and very unhelpful, All I have is his first name which is [redacted], I will never shop At that store again, Management there is just beyond awful, I dealt with manager in Jewelry a while back her name is [redacted], Had a bad experience with her Also was looking for a necklace got no help what so ever,

Walmart 10727 gateway west el paso texas vision center, 10:20 am Mar. 4 this was our first visit to the vision center. When we approached the counter there were two ladies engaged in friendly chatter, one a Walmart employee the other I suppose a vision employee, we were totally ignored for about five minutes till they finished their friendly conversation. Finally one came over and asked if we needed help. My wife and I decided to go elsewhere. We received 100% better service elsewhere. You can contact me at [redacted] for any further comments

I am a 68 year old man recently diagnosed with Pneumonia. My doctor prescribed Levofloxacin - quantity 7, strength 750 MG. This prescription cost $15.00 at [redacted] Russellville, AL. A second round of this drug was needed and prescribed by my doctor, [redacted] Lung Center, Florence, AL. This time I requested the drug be called in at Walmart in Russellville, AL because I was being driven by a friend and she needed to make some purchases at the store. I was also prescribed Predisone. When I paid for the drugs the cost was $145.18

It had been years since I bought drugs other than the first round of the antibiotic from [redacted] and I was shocked at the cost. I assumed the high cost was for the Predisone. Later that night I decided to look at my receipt. Incredibly the Predisone was only $11.04; the Levofloxacin was $134.14! The prescription was exactly the same in every respect as the one I had originally purchased at [redacted]

I called Walmart the next morning, explained the situation and asked if I could get some relief on the price since it seemed obvious there was a mistake in the cost. I was told no. The pharmacist said the cost of the drug was correct, that it cost Walmart a lot and they would not refund any money.

The next time I saw my doctor I told him about the cost. He was angry saying no, no, no!. He said something needed to be done because he was hearing too many stories similar to this.

I have the receipts both from [redacted] and Walmart and would be willing to send a copy of either or both if needed.

I would like to express my concern regarding the updated policies displayed by Walmart on their corporate site - http://corporate.walmart.com/policies. They have apparently completely done away with their corporate price match policy so the consumer has now way of knowing what their policy is other than checking your local store. How can Walmart not have a policy that all consumers can rely on?? Further, their new refund policy appears to give the store manager the final say on all refunds whether the customer has a receipt or not and appears to be inconsistent with other policies such as their time frame policy. It is my opinion Walmart has gone from bad to totally unacceptable with respect to their polices and customer service.

I was rejected the service of check cashing. [redacted] from the Chula Vista Walmart at 1150 Broadway said she could not cash my check because it showed initials for the first name. I told her I have cashed my payroll check there many times before. She then asked for a second ID because my Driver's License showed a PO Box. I provided her with a second ID and she still refused to cash the check stating that Walmart does not cash checks with Initials for the first name. I told her that all 200,000 state employees checks are written that way and she said she would not cash State Employees checks. Is that where Walmart stand on this or is this [redacted]'s own policies? Many State Employees shop at Walmart and I feel we are being discriminated because an orthographic issue. Is this an issue that SEIU would be best suited to handle? I am very disappointed with the way we are being treated by Walmart after providing valuable service to the State where we reside.
