I used the online grocery for the first time on August 23. Picked up groceries with my babies in the car. Everything seemed okay. A few issues but nothing worth bringing attention to.

Until I saw my debit card trying to be used in Arkansas on October 2. It was two transactions from Walmart.
I called and they said there's only one order under my name and that I should call my bank. So I did. This led me to close my bank card, pull the remaining money off of that account and wait for a new card while it's being investigated.

Come to find out, online grocery charges your card and when they do, it'll show up as Bentonville, AR. Not only that, but I was told that they have something called late billing that allows up to 90 days to bill someone. No business should be able to hold your debit card info and just randomly process it within those 90 days. Then the bill was broken up into two orders so it looked suspicious. Even to the Walmart employees that I had talked to. They told me to take it to the Revdex.com. It's almost like writing hot checks. Someone uses their debit card at that time because they can. I doesn't mean help yourself to process it within 90 days, that money may have not been in there which would then make me acquire fees for an overdraw.

I warn anyone who tries online grocery to be aware of this. I won't be doing it again at the Highland Village, Tx Walmart. Especially after reading about the fraud they have had through their online system.

I have been on the phone waiting to speak with a customer service rep from Walmart for 50min. When I first called, the system gave me an initial wait time estimate of 2 min. After 11 min, that was reduced to "under one minute". I've stayed on the line to see if the telephone customer service really exists, but no one has answered. There does not seem to be a way to speak with a human customer service rep. Very bad business practice.

Back in February I went to Walmart in Atlanta to purchase a set of new tires. They were fairly cheap. So SEVEN months later I go to get my tires rotated and the mechanic call me over to show me the WIRE that was showing on my TWO front tires.

I get back with Walmart because I was verbally told that I had warranty on my tires. Cool, so I get back with Walmart about the issue and they tell me that I do not have warranty. So I left the store and call cooperate, she tells the store manager of the issue. I was notified a day later by someone on the automotive department to come back down so they can check it out. Now, I do not live in Atlanta, I live approximately 30 minutes away. I go back back down there so the mechanic to tell me the same exact thing that the other mechanic said the first time, but he added even if you had this so called warranty it still wouldn't be covered. So I left and went about my day. Now it's Sunday and I have to go to work and my tire is extremely low. Although Walmart is the only place open today for that, I would never go back there AGAIN! Straight RIP OFF!

In two different instances, I was overcharged for items I purchased at the Wal Mart on Cattleman in Sarasota, Fl.
The first time I was overcharged $1 for a bottle of wine. At that time, I noticed, and immediately let the cashier know about the mistake, and it was immediately taken care of.
The second time, was about a week later. Unfortunately for me, I did not notice until I started to check my receipt as I walked out of the store. Consequently, I had to wait in line for over 30 minutes before the issue was resolved. I had been charged $6.97 for oranges, when the actual price was supposed to be $4.67. I was also charged $11.46 for each of two containers of nuts that were actually marked for sale at $5.73 each. On just those three items, I was overcharged $13.76.
If I had not taken the time to check my receipt, or wait what seemed like forever, I would never have been reimbursed.
When I think of how much money Wal Mart or someone from that particular store is gleaning from these kinds of mistakes, I am horrified. This Wal Mart probably has at least 1000 customers a day. If each one was overcharged just $10, someone would have taken $10,000 per day illegally from the customers.
I am not sure who else I can talk with or write letters to to help others avoid getting taken advantage of by this Wal Mart. Until I find out, I will continue to tell people what happened to me and to check their receipts and report any discrepancies immediately.

I was shopping at the Pekin Walmart on Sunday December 11, 2016 and they had a large display with numerous models of Norelco electric razors and on the display they had 25 dollar off coupons. We went to check out and they informed us the coupons expired on 12-3-2016. My wife and I went to complain to customer service and they were rude to us. They should of either removed the coupons from the display or given us 25 dollars off since it was their fault for keeping the expired coupons on the display. This is false advertising.

Went to Walmart for an oil change on 9/25/15 and the technician torched my plug and did not put the air filter in right. We noticed in our driveway my car started leaking in two different spots steadily. We drove the car back that same evening and after debating with the manager he agreed to pay for my repairs. Nevertheless my $49 oil changed turned into an $160 repair. When are vehicle was repaired Tuesday 9/29/15 the manager reimbursed our cost but never will I trust them with my vehicle again. I was very inconvenienced due to the technicians negligence. Everyone should know about their faulty practices and unacceptable customer service. Thank you.

This complaint is in regards to a specific Wal-Mart store in Lansing, IL that is advertised as 24hours but closes at midnight. This is my local store, however I have had to travel to a further location because the service does not represent the Wal-Mart experience.
I have been trying to track an order placed by someone other than myself on 08/18/16 from my gift registry that was due to arrive at the store on 08/31/16. I have contacted the store everyday for the past 2 weeks and get the same responses: busy signal, pick-up and hang-up, pck-up and told one minute then call disconnects, or constantly ringing for 10 minutes. One time I had such a hard time getting through I had to go to the store just to be told the item was not there and that I should wait for the notification that it has arrived. I have even spoken with a manager at the store on 09/05/16 that was supposed to check on this item and call me back that day, and I have not received a call back yet.
I have called the customer service line several times and the status still says "Shipped and invoiced" with an arrival date of 08/31/16 as of today. I have tried to speak with a customer service representative to find out where the item is, and have been told that they cannot give me any account information if I cannot verify the billing or email address. I have explained to the associate that I am not looking for account information, I simply want to know if this item has arrived at the store or has been sent back because it was purchased for me from my registry and I provided the order number for it.
I feel like I am getting the run around and when I ask ed to speak with a Supervisor or Manager, I'm told I can't. I have never had such an experience with any Wal-Mart store and am very disappointed with the service I have received thus far. From the associates I have spoken with, I feel like my issue is of no importance to them and that I am being a burden, and as a customer I should not be made to feel that way.

There site to store option is horrible
I order a toy 2 weeks ago (Dec 10) to be shipped to my local walmart to be picked up, with an arrival time to be between Dec 20-23. Now here it is Dec 23 and no toy. My toy is still stuck at a walmart warehouse one state over (Ga) which it has been sitting for the last three days that I have tracked it. I called site to store customers service to be told that my item want be delivered until Dec 27 and that I should have received an email explaining that (I didnt) also that it's has been on the news about the issue (sorry that wasn't on my local station) now I'm stuck with one toy that I'm sure my twins daughter are going to fight over. Thanks a lot walmart your site to store is horrible.

While checking out at Eastlake, Ohio Walmart today, I was publicly shamed and completely embarrassed by the cashier waiting on us. I was shopping with my 3 & 6 year olds & we went to check out. The lines were very long & our line was moving extremely slow. We were tired & my kids were losing patience. When it was our turn to put our things on the belt, my 3 year old wanted to help. He tossed an item on the belt & it rolled over the scanner & onto the bill of the person in front of us. Our cashier [redacted] was very annoyed. I apologized & she didn't respond & just acted more annoyed. I apologized again & said he's 3 & he didn't mean to do it. She then got very loud and began to shame me & my kids by saying something long the lines of: them beingvwild & throwing things all over the place. It was an accident. I apologized. It should have been the end of it. This person was so rude & unprofessional, I asked to speak to a manager. She said, again very rude, GO AHEAD! So I went to customer service & asked for a manager. I got the customer service manager & she walked over to our check out & the cashier was gone. She left the line & all the other customers waiting. When she walked back she told the manager she wouldn't wait on us. The manager nodded at her & gave her a look like she understood that we were the problem. She rang us out but at no time did she apologize for what happened. She also didn't listen to what I was trying to tell her. When I was talking, she cut me off & said it was OK. But it wasn't OK! My children and I were publicly shamed and completely embarrassed by this woman. There was nothing OK about what took place. I spend hundreds of dollars a month at Wal-Mart, I am an active Wal-Mart reviewer. After this, I will not shop at that store again.

Recently, at Algood,Tn I bought a 2 liter 7up that was the first soda product purchase from Walmart in the past years that seemed 0% urine, healthy, refreshing and made with good ingredients. Spanish/English writing and "the season of giving salvation army" is on the label. Upc says mb-1255.03316n. 07800000034.

I have lived in the Desoto area for about 2 years... The Walmart in Desoto Tx is ridiculous... The lines are always long and the service sucks... You stand in line for almost 10 minutes only to be told to move to another line..At that time you have to go to the end of the line... No kind of apology..The workers are not friendly and doesn't even speak. I will not recommend this Walmart to anyone store number 741 in Desoto Tx

Walmart Centereach now carries [redacted] 5gal water jugs. Be aware that unlike all the other stores they do not give you the $5 deposit back if you return the jug like all the other businesses in the area. You can only use the deposit toward the next 5gal purchase. I unfortunately made the mistake of buying too many over a few weeks. Walmart said it was [redacted] that is charging for it, when I called pure [redacted] they said it was Walmart.

was refused an oil change due to launch on hood being broke I have been plenty of places that gave me no problem and I went to another location in the past and they had no problem with giving me a oil change.

My husband and I went to Dunedin, Florida to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. We had a late flight coming in and the only store open happened to be a Walmart Neighborhood Market located in Dunedin, FL. We hurriedly dropped all of our bags off and ran to the store at almost midnight to stock up on some groceries. Upon checking out, I was off grabbing a bag of lettuce I forgot and the cashier carded my husband and rang up wine we were purchasing. When I arrived back at the cashier and added the lettuce to the conveyer belt, my husband indicated he was going outside to grab a Redbox movie and for me to pay for the transaction upon completion. After she completes ringing up the rest of the items, she asks me for my ID for the wine she previously rung up using my husband's ID in my absence. I explained to her that she already carded my husband and that I currently do not have an ID or anything with me as it was in my luggage that we dropped off prior to grocery shopping. She proceeds to tell me that she cannot in fact sell this wine then as my ID is also required. I was completely appalled as I am a 31 year old woman and with my HUSBAND. I told her that this was ridiculous and have never experienced this anywhere else when purchasing wine before. She refused to sell us the wine, even after he proceeded to come back in the store. Where is the logic in this policy? If a father were to stop in a local Walmart with his 20 year old daughter and grab wine for dinner with the family, would he also refused service because his daughter is not of age? How is this policy justified across the board? I have never been so embarrassed or angry in my entire life over something so illogical. I was initially impressed by the Walmart neighborhood market given the amount of items they carried while being so small. However, after this awful experience, I will never step food in a Walmart again. For the record, the next day we purchased wine at a Walmart competitor, Target, and did not once experience this issue.

I purchased two tires that totaled 166.61 from the Walmart(2107 Pyramid Village Blvd) in Greensboro, NC on 03/16/2015 at the time I purchased two extended warranties that totaled 21.07 but the cashier rung the warranties up after I paid for the tires. He stated at the time that the information could be pulled up without a problem. Fast forward to August of 2016 I went to Walmart to patch a tire that had a nail. I was advised that no one could locate the warranty by my phone number and the patch would be ten dollars. At the time I could not argue it was a Sunday and I needed my vehicle. Once the inspector looked at it he called and of course stated that the nail was too far in the tire and I needed a brand new tire. I paid for tire but when I got home I checked my bank statement and I was indeed charged. I went back to the local Walmart and spoke with a manager but he stated that I could only speak with the manager of Autoparts who was gone for the day. I have called the Corp number but was told to contact 479-277-2643 to locate the receipt. If anyone has ever called that number good luck because I waited my whole hour lunch and no one ever answered. My last resort was to dispute it with my bank and was sent a letter that my dispute was denied because I purchased the items through Walmart. At this point I feel that someone stole from me. My account was charged but no one can find any receipt information and I have been given so many loops to jump through.

this is a complaint for walmart #01527 of elizabeth city nc.I returned to walmart customer service and spole with the clerk and explained to her that when driving my truck the tires bumps and make noise.l she got a mechanic to check the tirs. whem I sople to him he stated that they was mud grip tires and when youl drive them they will bump like that, but I told him that the threads was uneven and I told him tht I did'n request mud grip tires and he stated"the only reason we put mud grip on a vehicle is when the customek has requested them" I told him that I did not request the mud grip tires.l I spoke with the assistant manager but she was not listening to what I was telling her that I did not request the mud grip tires. and what she said to me did not make any sense.. when you com to customer service and you give them the size of your tires that you are agreeing to whatever tier they put on your vehicle.I told her tht that did not sound right.I spoke to manager and he said that they could not replace the tires and that I would have to take it up with goodyear. to get my money back or replace the tires. I did not buy the tires from goodyear! I purchase them from Walmart! he said that if I had brought a warranty then they would have replace my tires, what is the road hazard for? I will never by tires from walmart again.

The associate showed a terrible attitude to me today. I guess walmart may consider to increase their wages, and then they can provide better services. I went to walmart store #5449 (9929 Hwy 6, Missouri City, TX 77459). I was shocked by one of the associate, [redacted] attitude and the professionalism. I guess I should go shopping from [redacted].

Denied purchase without cause.

This morning at 5:00 am, I woke up for work and browsed television deals, along with specific store pricing. I saw the specified store on Greenfield road as shown in the screenshot, displaying the price. I drove there, went to electronics, and confirmed the price matched what the Walmart app showed.

I proceeded to the front of the checkout where the cashier was, along with another Wal-mart employee. The television was scanned, and the price display, to which the non-cashier blurted, "OH HE** NO, NO, NUH-UH THAT'S NOT RIGHT" to the price. The cashier politely pointed out the manager would need to come by. The other employee walked away, commenting that she was going to "buy one for herself." The manager came by, and stated he would need to 'research' the price.

Twenty minutes pass, and he comes by curtly telling me, "Here's the deal. We're not doing this." The response took me by surprise, so I asked for clarification. He stated the price was a mistake and that the price was not advertised as 199.00. I stated I saw this price on the Walmart App, when their store is selected, and that the price also reflects in several other stores. I also said that I perceive the Walmart app as a form of advertisement, especially when the advertised price and the register price align. He did not respond to that. After further conversation, a second manager stepped in-- a co-manager by the name of [redacted] stepped in. He assured me the TV would be set aside while further research took place. I stated that in the context of being denied a purchase, the prior associate's comment of, "I'm going to buy one" comes off as contradictory and inappropriate. He agreed and gave my assurances that the TV would not be sold to anyone. He took my name and number.

Later that morning, about two hours later, [redacted] called me and stated he could not reach anyone in the home office, and instead of dragging it out, the deal would be honored. However, I was at work, so I confirmed that I could come through later that afternoon. He agreed. Later in the afternoon, I found a friend willing to lend me a vehicle to help transport the television, and he also offered to pick it up while I was at work. So, I thought I would call the store and inform them of my friend's name. I did so-- [redacted] works overnights, so I was transferred to a manager named [redacted]. I explained there was a TV on hold and I just needed to have a note added for my friend to pick up the television. She placed me on hold to find the TV. When she came back, she very curtly said, "I need to research something and call you back." I asked if there was a problem. She repeated herself. I asked if this was related to the issue I encountered this morning, and in the midst of explaining that [redacted] had given the okay for it, she interrupted me and very loudly said she needed to research something. I said that I am aware of that, but I wanted to know the nature of the research. At this point, she was in near shriek stating that I could either be put on hold or called back, but the answer to my question did not matter. I said the question did matter and I wanted to know what was going on. She interrupted me again, and yelled she was going to put me on hold.

Ten minutes later, a manager by the name of Leann picked up and explained that further research of the price was needed. I again explained that [redacted] had cleared this with me and I was told I could buy the television. She said that she did not know that [redacted] told me that, and they can't sell the TV until they were specifically informed that the price was not a mistake. There was a lot of discussion, but at this point I was being told for the second time I could not purchase the television, after a co-manager had told me I could. It seemed absurd, but I let her go and she told me she would call me when she knew more.

As it turned out, about an hour later she called me and said the price could be honored. That did wind up being true. I am sorry for the verbosity of this message, but it was a very befuddling experience that quite often lacked tact required when you're turning away a customer from what wound up being a legitimate purchase. Had I not tried as hard as I did, I would have been denied a sale under faulty logic.

College Dr., Baton Rouge, LA Wal-Mart gives terrible customer service. The cashier's are rude, the aisles are crowded and the Car & Tire Dept. is incompetent and uncommunicative. They kept my daughter's car for an entire day, inconveniencing many people because "they didn't know what to do" although she told them. It was a flat tire. How hard is that to figure out? A lame "I'm sorry was given" then, free service although the tires were still under warranty. I wrote them in April. It is the end of June and no answer.

An Oil Change was done on my vehicle without my consent. They didn't talk to us in advance or after the work was done. Nor dd they mention it to us after the fact. We found out a month later when I saw a note on the receipt stating that they didn't check the transmission fluid because the dipstick was broken.

It wasn't. They had ripped the goose neck dipstick tube off. They damaged my truck in an unauthorized service.

I spoke with the dealership that provides me with free oil changes and they assured me that it wasn't like that the month prior.

The associate manager, [redacted] (no last name provided), states that they told us bout the work before and after it was done. That is simply not true. He states there is no one higher then him I could talk with. Also not true as he isn't the store manager. They refuse to acknowledge the damage they did or that they performed an unauthorized repair.
