I purchased a coleman 22' x 52" pool on May 13 of this year. Last tuesday I went to set the pool up and discovered that the pool liner was not in the box and that a part for the pump hose was broken. I have contacted walmart in Johnsburg (3 times), Walmart corporate office, and coleman directly. None of them claim they can do anything for me except give me a refund. They no longer have that exact package at any of the stores within over 50 miles and the next package is over $300 more than what I paid. I planned a graduation party around having this pool and do not feel that Walmart is trying to make right their wrong. What can I do?

Items are priced (Vella Wine) at 12.97. Check out charged 14.97.
Store Mgr refused to correct transaction claiming it was illegal in Indiana to change a price on alcohol even though it was misrepresentedl. Mgr seemed unconcerned about correcting the price on display. I'm sure other people were duped that day without noticing it.

I was shopping at Wal-mart on the westside of Hamilton on July 19, 2015 around 2pm. When I was Leaving the store I came to My new Car and noticed a shoppingcart had slammed into my tail light. So I notified the Csr and made a claim. We was going over everything that happened to my NEw Dodge Nitro and I told him the shopping cart bay was way over full andthat may have been the leading cause to the accident. He agreed. Well I recived a letter in the mail saying they are not respocible for the [redacted] when I was aleady told they was going to replace my tail light. Now its to late to make a claim to my insurance being as I did not make a claim the day of the accident. I did not think I was going to have to make a claim seeing as I was told Wal-Mart was going to fix the problem for me since the shopping cart bays where full. So now being as I did not make a claim the day that I was told not to worry about it I have to buy a new tail light out of pocket. So Thanks Wal-Mart.

I am an avid user of your Walmart app. The app as you can see tells me I can pick up my television aty local store for $45.00. When I get to the store they would not do it and I asked to speak with the manager, [redacted], who gave me every excuse not to come out and speak with me. Finally after a while, he came out with a policy that had nothing to do with the ad. He then stated that HE would not sell me a tv for that amount. I didnt know it was up to him I thought that an ad, by your app in which you advertise for your customers to use, would determi e a price. At dirat the excuse was that there was a glitch but I have purchased items from your app before, was the price I paid for a glitch too? I was very reasinable and reapectful so there was no argument but it seems that your store manager is maki g his own rules. I have pictures and the add and will be reporting it to the Revdex.com for false asvertisement. I was told that it was on sale at my local store and the store will not honor YOUR walmart.com app
Please feel free to contact me . As you can see this is a snapshot of your add online.

The [redacted] at Walmart on Howell Mill in Atlanta, Ga was horrible. I ordered several dishes for my daughter's graduation reception and anything that could have gone wrong did. First, my cupcake order was completely wrong from the decorations to the flavor. I ordered 48 white cupcakes and got 24 white/24 chocolate. Because most of my guests, including my daughter, doesn't eat chocolate cake, we ended up giving many of those away. He grad picks weren't in the cupcakes, the wrong color icing was on them and the sprinkles were not. Moving on to my deli order...I ordered a 50 piece fried chicken and the employees totally missed that order. She was dropping chicken to sell at the deli but I had to insist she give me the chicken she had cooked. In addition, I ordered two trays of pin wheels...1 chicken chaser and 1 chicken bacon ranch but I ended up with two trays of the same type. With all of this, I ran late setting up for my guest. Probably worse of all, I called to speak to the customer service manager and after I told him the problem he asks me to hold but never returns to the phone. After 37 minutes of being on hold I finally hung up.

I SHOPPED AT THE WALMART NEIGHBORHOOD MARKET'S LOCATED AT 1442 S. PARKER RD., DENVER, CO 80231 AND 10400 E. COLFAX AV., AURORA, CO 80012 AND FOUND NUMEROUS OUTDATED ITMESN (GROCERY) BEING SOLD AT FULL PRICES. THE ISSUE'S WAS BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF MANAGEMENT OFFICIALS BUT THEY REFUSED TO TAKE ANY CORRECTIVE ACTIONS.

Horrible experience, Walmart in Secaucus NJ. I used to come here all the time but recently have decided to avoid it unless I have to, because of the lines and customer service, but recently their service has caused me to write this review. I don't normally write reviews but you must be forewarned, they cannot and will not deliver on their promise for same day pick-up. This past holiday season I needed a few items for a party I was having before Christmas along with some small gifts. I specifically selected items from the online store that said "ready for pickup today". I waited for the email to tell me that the order was ready it didn't come so I went into the store that night to inquire since when I called I was on hold for 25 minutes and no one was picking up. When I got there they said the order wasn't processed yet and they don't know when it will be, yet they already debited my account the money. I said can I please go pick the items myself and just write it off against the order but they said their system doesn't permit that. I asked to speak to a manager, the assistant manager came over to speak with me and she was dismissive and said too bad we are busy we will get to it when we get to it, it doesn't' matter that we market and push that we have same day pick-up we don't care what is said we aren't sticking to it that is not my problem, and told the CSR person at the desk to stop helping me and to move on to the next [redacted]. Luckily he was nice enough and told me there were another 50 orders ahead of mine. So I asked if it will be ready tomorrow and he said yes. It is now tomorrow and it still isn't' ready. I am again on hold for their pick up department to see if I can get my items that I already paid for.

I worked at Walmart 0781. Guess I should tell you all that I have experienced/endured since then, but I'll limit to the incidents that are not acceptable or break some kind of policy. Let us start with this one: It started in 2015 when I was exposed to the concentrated Clorox "blue" as they referred to it. I was given a paper mask, gloves a metal scraper, and was on knees removing wax buildup around registers floors- my eyes burned and teared but was told instead of cashiering I was still being paid so get to it. I ended up in the emergency clinic after work with a letter of poisonous chemical exposure and burns, and told do not go near it again by Physician Miller. They changed what they use after others got sick like me. My file at 0781 should have that paper.

I have CML- Bone Marrow Cancer (diagnosed 12/2015) , I got back from LOA this April- I've worked 4 to 5 hours with no break on my short shifts (no excuse given, other than Can't find merge code: oh, I forgot, you didn't come up on the PDA, oh-after 30 minutes you get erased/fall off my PDA. Sometimes just Ignored or sent 3 1/2 hours late to break on long shifts or not given last break and worked 4+ hours then went home for the day.
When I worked fabrics I was approached by the Zone mgr. Desiree and told to change my availability from 9am to 9pm to 9am to 10pm; I made her aware of my chemo therapy schedule being at 9:30pm and her response was "well can't you stop it or change it to later, my dept. needs someone until 10pm". I said I'd look for another dept that could work with my availability, since this was my life saving medication. Ms. Desiree said she would speak with upper managers if not, they would just override my availability to have me work until 10!? That same day within 30 minutes of above discussion Ms. Desiree sent me outside for a cart blitz!* Several employees that saw me panicked when I came inside due to my maroon skin that was radiating heat. I developed a rash for a few days.
On June 29th I was sent to break everyone else, but never got mine, by 2:30pm when I was sent to break it was my lunch time [3 hours 45 minutes]. I spoke to Manager Desiree and she just nodded and said "Ok [redacted], I'll talk to someone". I spoke to [redacted] before walking off for the day; he said he would take care of it. When I come back to work on the 8th of July and find out nothing was done, because and I quote CSM Heather "It was not the csm's fault, Store Manager Steve took the blame because he had his tablet (not a PDA) and overlooked it. Really? So taking away responsibility from the three CSM's that were there with PDA's does what for the employee?

The final inexcusable act was on the 12th of this month, I called for a restroom break for over 30 minutes and none came. By the time someone came and asked "what's your problem?" I had urinated myself. I was wearing a feminine pad, because we know what we go through up there. But I urinated myself! I was so humiliated and embarrassed I walked off the job crying. No apologies given by anyone to date, and those responsible or in charge- still hold their jobs. *They knew my limitations when I returned in April, They minimum sun exposure due to chemo, nothing over 25lbs. No handling of raw meats, yet they still put me at risk and exposed me to it all. If I asked why I was not allowed to be a hostess, got the run around and every excuse possible. Two CSM's were even upset at my "special treatment" as they called it- No special treatment given- just measures to ensure employee safety is the way I saw it. I expect something be done about this, and measures implemented so that none other endure these unacceptable incidents.

During my most recent trip to the Walmart on North Street in Nacogdoches TX, I was accused of stealing by a Walmart employee in the gas station. This employee was very disrespectful and rude to me during this time. I had gone in to get a fountain drink this past Friday along with me and my younger brother. After getting the drinks my dad told me to let the cashier, [redacted], know that my dad would pay for all four drinks after letting [redacted] know this he did not respond so I asked him did he hear what I said and he still did not respond. When walking out the door to get in the car, [redacted] stops me and says "Uh Uh where do you think you're going?" I then proceeded to turn around and tell him my dad was in line and he was paying for all four drinks and that I let him know this a minute ago. He told me that I was not to leave and to wait until my dad had purchased all four drinks. There were other customers in line who witnessed and saw this incident. My dad then stepped in and told [redacted] that he was paying for all the drinks and that I had let him know of this earlier. I have never been accused of stealing by any employee before anywhere and do not think the actions taken by [redacted] was right. I have spoken with the store manager about the incident and she plans to do nothing about it. I feel as if this incident could and would have been avoided if [redacted] had not been rude and ignored me, the customer when I spoke to him. This incident was uncalled for and ridiculous. All of this over four drinks. I have decided to avoid this Walmart altogether to avoid any future problems. However, I do not want to considering there are things like electronics I may need to buy in the future. What can be done about this incident? Please Reply

Experience in Walmart in Prince Frederick, MD 20678 was a disgrace! A Cashier held the line to literally check a see-through .97 item when I responded "it's .97" thinking she needed the price she responded "no I'm checking to see if there's something in here, you be surprise what people stick in these things". I was taken back by suggestions of expecting theft from my end. I voice my concerns to a Manager and he justified the unjustifiable. I then report to head quarters the disservice and get a call days later by a assistant manager [redacted] that had zero customer service speaking over me and grossly interrupting once again justifying stating Walmarts policy is to do exactly that, I said I shop at the .99 cent store and never had this happen! Walmart has cameras and a detector and they go through this length to treat their customers like criminals is inexcusable and I will not shop there again! We are giving Walmart our money this is not how you treat consumers!! Enough with profiling!

Walmart.com pickup order number [redacted] - I am highly upset and very disappointed with Walmart AGAIN! This is not my first bad experience shopping at Walmart. I gave Walmart a second chance thinking I won't be disappointed but of course they messed up again! Long story short, I ordered a Straight Talk phone online at Walmart (mind you, there was 6 phones available when I purchased the item at the time) I got charged and received an order number and 2 days later my order was cancelled. This was suppose to be a birthday gift for my mother who is a senior citizen.

About a month ago, I tried to have an oil change done after purchasing a couple of new tires. They told me they didn't have the filter for the 2000 Saturn LS V6 sedan. I bought the filter and oil and returned. Now, they told me that they cancelled my service because they didn't have the tools and it might damage the engine. The supervisor let Kian, the serviceman, explain the aforementioned to me. I told them the car had previously been oil changed here and it's just a simple change of oil filter. The supervisor and the serviceman remained the same uncompromising. What tools is that they were talking about to change an American car filter, I have no idea.

Automotive Battery Warranty Issues: If you buy a car battery and it fails before the replacement warranty expires you are likely to get a refurbished battery. If that battery fails (as in my case) after your initial replacement warranty (yes! the warranty for the first battery) expires you will not get another battery free of charge. The second battery does not come with it's own warranty! I was told by the sales person that sold me the first battery that a replacement battery would come with a new warranty. I spoke with the store manager and he gave me the run around and didn't return any of my phone calls. DO NOT BUY AUTOMOTIVE BATTERIES FROM WALMART!!

For much of the last 10 years I have been traveling arround South Texas and I regularly see the American Flag at Walmart stores dragging on the edge of the build roof in the sea gull doo doo and pidgeon poo. I call the stores or sometimes go in and talk to the managers. The flag will get fixed, but the next time they put it at half staff, it is dragging in the bird dung again.
I have pictures.
As I write this the flag at the store in Aransas Pass TX is dragging in the doo doo.

I went to Walmart on Old National Hwy in College Park GA on 6/16/2016. I went to the money center to cash a payroll check. I was instructed by the associate at the money center that I could not cash my payroll check because my valid South Carolina license was not from [redacted]. On Walmarts website it states that you need a drivers license to cash a check. I called corporate and was instructed by [redacted] that I would be able to use my SC license as long as its valid. I asked [redacted] was she sure, she placed me on hold . When she came back to the phone she assured me that she contacted the store and there should be no problems. So I went back to Walmart and was denied once again. I was not under the impression that each Walmart has their own criteria when it comes to check cashing. I called corporate back and spoke to another gentleman who stated he called the store and spoke to a manager named [redacted]. [redacted] informed the corporate rep that they will not cash the check with an out of state license. I have called the store to speak with a manager and was placed on hold for over a half an hour. I am totally disgusted with the College Park Walmart. Please let me know what business that discriminates to customers cashing checks if there license is from another state it is a government issued ID

The Walmart prepaid Visa card is misrepresentative and fraudulent of its uses. The packaging continuing the purchased card states "Can be used anywhere visa debit is accepted" however what they don't tell you is that if it is for an international purchase that you must wait in them to send you another card. This is revealed upon, and only upon, a call to the customer service department to inquire as to why your purchase is in a visa debit card that states it can be used anywhere has been declined. If one needs to make an immediate international payment and loads money into this card the only way to get ones money back is to call customer service and wait 2 weeks for them to refund your money. Again, this is not stated on the card. The card represents itself as fully usable out of the package. It is not. Fraudulent business practice.

The pharmacy lies! We ordered a two week supply 12 days ago at 51 cents/pill. Today, 12 days later, we picked up a month supply (60 pills) at over $47! That's 1.27/pill! Their reasoning? It depends on what bottle we take the pills out of. Really? Seriously? When we created the account we were told it would be about $28/week. Had we paid the same price as two weeks ago it would have been just over $30. Do you do this to elderly people living on a fixed income that depend on consistent pricing for their life-saving medications? How is this even legal? I will never step foot in walmart again, for anything. Nothing but a scam. Walmart does not care about you. Not only that, it was 5 hours between when it was called in and when I went to pick it up and they hadn't even started filling it. What a joke.

Walmart should be fined for false advertising for their same day pick up option! It is a joke!! On December 13th I placed an order online with Walmart for 3 items, all Christmas gifts. My email indicated that the item was AVAILABLE in store, and that I would receive an email the following day when my order was ready for pick up. Because I had placed the order after 8pm I wasn't surprised when it indicated pick up for the following day. But when December 14th came and went with no email, I became slightly concerned and irritated. Finally, December 15th I contacted Walmart's customer service line and was told that sometimes due to high demand it can take up to 48 hours to pull items off the floor. However, I was still assured that I would receive an email by the end of the day to pick up my item. Well that email never came. It wasn't until 12/17, 4 days after my initial order was placed, that I received an email from Walmart stating that the 2 out of the 3 items in my order was cancelled, and one would be delayed 5 days because they didn't have it. Which says to me FALSE ADVERTIING on Walmart's part because you clearly NEVER HAD MY ITEMS!!! How can you advertise same day pick up for an item YOU DON'T HAVE. Not only did you advertise it and claim to have same day pick up but you HELD MY MONEY FOR 4 DAYS while you attempted to find the item. One of these days I hope the Revdex.com holds you accountable for your practices. I am not sure how you have an A+ rating with 93% of your reviews are negative. Clearly something needs to change.
