I have worked for your company and I am very did satisfied how things are handled at store 86 in Springfield no I was let go for a mistake on your part I had took a personal leave didn't know I had got denied I called personal to Ask they said I got denied I was told to talk to the store manager tell her I was denied I needed this time off I have been through a divorce and could not function long story short I talked to [redacted] told her I got denied what should I do from there she told me to talk to [redacted] my supervisor as to when I would. Be back I was not told those days off would count against me!!!!! So I got fired!! I also had no calls that is a lie! I always called in always u need to che k the computers BC I never had no call no show I'm very upset with this company I have no income now going through divorce with a. Child put yourself in my shoes store 86 is a joke of a friendly caring staff they act as if they care about u and they don't at all!! It is the messiest store in Springfield mo maybe u should talk to them about that to
I was at your store-265 N.Rte 73, West berlin, NJ 08091 on 5/13/2016. A young lady name [redacted] was very polite as I walked through the Garden department. I went into the store and came across several of your employees, NONE of them spoke, gave eye contact or even asked did I need assistance. This ate at me while I walked through your store, so I went to customer service and asked for a manager. She came and stated that was unacceptable and would let the store manager know. I decided not to spend any money at this Wal-Mart due to Customer Service. So on my way back home, I stopped at the Hammonton Wal-Mart and got better service. I wouldn't recommend this Wal-Mart to anyone I know.
On Sunday August 28th, 2016 I attempted to make a purchase of hygiene products. I had cart of 10 items. I realized I had left an item off and was about to retrieve it and pay for my purchases. As I was was attempting to double back with my cart to an isle at the other end from the cashier. The cashier started screaming at me to leave my cart and that I was not permitted to get the item with the items I had already retrieved. She continued to scream and rudely said you need to leave your cart if you want to purchase more items. I was humiliated by the cashier I front of customers to the accusation that I would steal these items or I would commit an illegal act. I was taken back considering all customers were doing the same thing and that I was single out. I am very well educated with a credit limit of over 5000 with this chain of stores. I called for a manager. She id absolutely nothing to assist me. I paid for my items and have the receipt with the Managers name. I am seriously thinking of canceling my account with this chain of stores and give all my business with [redacted] There I have a fair amount of credit as well and am treated with the most utmost respect at all times. The customer service at Walmart received by the its workers is completely unacceptable. Especially the store located at 1607 West Bethany Home Road in Phoenix Arizona. There has been many who have shoplifted and police presence at this location. The managers will assist you and the workers are clueless to where things are located and its policies on how to correctly exhibit customer service to the general public.I expect a formal apology from the Walmart Corporation and the store in Phoenix to where this occurred if Walmart would like to retain me as a customer.
I was a customer late May at The Walmart in Florissant Missouri when several employees had a strong smell og weed ob them I had my 2 year old grand daughter with me and I think a drug tests needs to be conduct or something thats wasnt acceptable at all .Im not sure if Ill shop at this walmart again I didnt feel comfortable. I hope this issue is resolved .

An emplyee at this store delegated a task to a customer,The cashier had asked me rudely to put the gallon of milk I purchased in the bag, "you can put the milk in the bag yourself" then walked away.

At the Attalla Alabama store #316 people need to pay attn. to prices of ideas ,the last 4 times in a row I been there things ring up wrong its not but .12 to .47 cents per thing but does add up if you are buying a lot. They did fix the price 3 of the times but on 4th didn't want to do her job and check the price.
First off I like this hometown store, I shop there all the time, but when it comes to check, debit or credit cards this place is absolutely nuts. First example, I purchased my bill with a bank debit card and there on after that date Walmart continued to withdrawal a $10.00 service charge out of my account every month. Thats just one example, now here goes another, I buy a Walmart Visa Gift Card approx. value $100. but they do not recognize their own card and cannot take payment or process my Walmart family mobile account like the text says. I am so pissed that I am behind on payment because of this and Walmart will not make a processed payment on that card for the phone or the prepaid service that I bought at that store.
