I dropped my son's prescription off on Aug 22. [redacted] the tech told me it would be ready on Thursday. Apparently she didn't release it to be filled until that Friday. O again I was told Tuesday. Tuesday Aug 302016 is here and I'm told that they might have his meds on Thursday if they have it in the warehouse. Furious I go get the script to take it elsewhere. On my way out the door I spot the [redacted]. Manager [redacted] I explain to him what went on and show the script. I look around, and says "the store manager will be here soon, he will talk to them and find out what's going on. Sorry this happened. "And the conversation is ended. Please explained to be how you are going to take care of it when you didn't even ask my name? I took it to my local pharmacy to be filled. Medicaid denied for noncompliance since several doses have been missed!!! Thanks Walmart!!!

The store refused to allow my husband to use a WIC voucher after he refused to sign the voucher prior to purchase, per the cashier, which WIC explicitly told us not to do. She then said she wanted proof he was even able to use it, which WIC said all he had to do was just sign the voucher because they have him listed as a proxy in their system. The cashier then took our unsigned voucher away from the register to talk to a manager, which is grossly inappropriate. It appears that the cashier retaliated against him.

I was in walmart and to make a long story short....I was paying for my items at self check out and used one my cards and proceeded to use my debit card for the rest of the purchase....the lady then walked over there and began yelling. I kept paying for my stuff because I knew I was not doing anything wrong. Well my usaa card was declined because I swiped it instead of putting it through the chip reader. So then I began to insert the card the correct way and the walmart employee snatched my card out of my hand striking me my hand as she does so. I then took my card back and asked her who gives her the right to take my personal items and what she done was assault me. She said I cant do a split purchase because the register will lock up. I said maam thats not true I always come here. And I called a manager and she picked up her personal cell phone and called a unknown man who did not work in the store.....he walked inside the store from outside and she began speaking to him and pointing at me and my mother as she was talking. We then told the manager we felt threatened. The manager said she would walk us outside and as she did the male followed and got in a red car as we got in our car. I know all of this is against company policy. This lady humiliated, embarrassed, assaulted, and made me feel threatened. And she discriminated against me as well. I have had to report this woman for her attitude before to same manager and I feel like she retaliated against me.

This review is about the worst service I have ever received in a Wal-Mart store.
I recently purchased some boots from Wal-Mart and found they were the wrong size once getting home and wearing them both. I had them 3 days until I had time to return and exchange them. I work Third shift so when I'm out its late. I arrived at Walmart in Murphy to exchange the boots. I walked to the self-checkout as all the employees were gathered eating candy bars and drinking soda and I found [redacted] the return "specialist" I explained the situation and let him know I'm returning these for a size smaller. Tags were still on item and a printed Wal-Mart price was even on the side of the box. I did not think to keep the receipt so I did not have it. [redacted] explained he would need it to do anything since he does not know if Wal-Mart sales the boots. The cashier let [redacted] know they are in the shoe Dept. she has seen them. I let [redacted] know it was important that I can size these down I have to work tomorrow. He refused to even look at the boots or even validate the price tag to see it was from Walmart. [redacted] made me feel like I had stolen boots from him and I was a modern day thief trying to get something past him. This is not the case I simply wanted a smaller size, no money or gift card just an exchange that I have received before with no issues. I let [redacted] know I would go to my nearby Walmart Blairsville Ga and they would take care of me , he said that he would call and let them know I would be coming not to take care of it without a receipt . At that time I asked him for his name and left the store. I then drove to Walmart 20 miles away Blairsville Ga and returned the boots for a smaller pair with no issues. I would suggest stay away from Murphy NC Walmart unless you want to be ignored and treated like a thief. I have lived near this Walmart my entire life and it has gone downhill more and more. I suggest the nearby Blairsville Walmart where you will be treated like a valued customer.

The walmart store located in glenwood ave durham, nc is by far one of the worse walmart stores ever. None of the employees know how to treat customers and do not know a thing about customer service. Every time we go to this location we always have a bad and negative experience. The managers are the worse part of it. They are lazy and incompetent. You should check wisely who is representing walmart because they are not doing a good job.

On Sunday June 19, 2016, I waited in the customer service line over 20 minutes when an African Lady and her mother jumped ahead of the line. Everyone allowed them too, none of the customers or staff said anything. After they were serviced, I approached the register at customer service and begin exchanging a shredded that stopped working. The African Lady interrupted the cashier to ask a question, after the cashier responded she begins asking more questions. I politely informed her that I had been waiting in line and she needs to wait her turn. When I told her that she needed to wait her turn she begins to yell and cuss at me. I informed her that it was not her turn and it was not fair that she interrupt my transaction when she already was serviced. The manager [redacted] told the cashier not to service me after I waited in line and I was told to leave the store. They decided to service the African Lady anyways, instead of me. I will never shop at Wal-Mart again and encourage my children, family, friends and coworkers not to either! Due to how the situation was poorly handled. I waited in line after the African family had jumped in front of everyone else in line twice and was serviced anyway despite she was yelling and cussing at me. This store has poor management and when I spoke to the manager and informed her that I will contact corporate in the morning, post my experience on your website, survey and face book page she said she DID NOT CARE. I have MBA and well aware of the importance of a company's reputation and good management and that was not the case. I will shop at Target from now on until the management improves at the Wal-Mart located at 1238 Putty Hill ave, STE 5, Towson MD.

On 11/24/15 I went to the Wal-Mart in Heath, OH. I saw a rug doctor carpet cleaner, the only one in the aisle, with the price tag under it that read $159. I get to the counter and it rings up $260. I explain to the cashier that the price beneath it said $159. She informs me she didn't even know Wal-Mart carried those. She calls for a price check and a woman comes back and says that it was the wrong price tag and that the manager said he would allow $25 off the price. I requested to speak to this manager because Wal-Mart has always told me there policy is that if the item is priced wrong then they would honor the price. Originally I was told it was in the wrong place and that he was NOT giving me that kind of a discount. So I asked him to show me where there were others and he couldn't do that. I then asked where the price tag was at that read $260. He wasn't able to do that either. He did eventually say he will check, but then left and never bothered to come back. I called corporate office and was told they would respond in 3 business days. I am waiting on the return call.

After thinking about this carpet cleaner, I did some checking and I don't think Wal-Mart sells that rug doctor in their stores. They do however sell it online. I am wondering whether someone bought it, changed their mind, and returned it to this Wal-Mart. I don't believe they actually had a price tag on it. So I don't appreciate this manager yelling at me that he is NOT going to give me a huge discount like that, acting as if it was me that made some huge error and not the employee who didn't price the item. As a matter of fact, I'm not sure where the $260 price even came in play because the online price was $259.

In the meantime, I go back to the store yesterday, 11/27/15. I purchase an item originally priced at $39.99 and clearly marked down to $25. Of course it rang up at $30, which I didn't realize until after I checked out. So I am now required to wait in line for customer service. They did give me the $5 back but informed me that it would take 5-7 days for it to show back up in my account. Even though it was taken out immediately. Ok, it was $5, annoying but not a big deal. Then I go to leave the store and the woman at the door yells for me to "stop" like I am some kind of thief! She would now like me to dig my receipt back out, wasted more of my time because "9 people already got past her this week". Now I get that they have to do their job. But you allowed 9 people get past you and you treat me like the criminal....

In those two trips I spent over $600. Each time I go into the store I leave and realize that I was overcharged for items. I don't usually go back because of the time and gas it takes, it isn't worth it. Its a half hour drive each way. So if they are ripping people off every day and getting away with it, they are making a ton of money. So yes, I am very upset that I have been treated like the criminal each time I go in.

FYI: These are only 2 examples of Walmarts prices being wrong. It happens almost every time I go. When I do take the time to fix the error, they usually make it right. But this time was ridiculous. So everyone should watch carefully and check their receipts because they are taking advantage of us every day. I will find a new store and hope for better experiences.

Walmart has turned into something to be ashamed of. They have sold me comforter sets with fecal matter on them and used items but tonight was the icing on the cake. They still me used food. I bought a box of donut shop coffee, brought it home, opened the box, and noticed that every single kcup had been used and placed back in the box. Then the opening "sealed" back up to which some incompetent walmart associate restocked and then sold to me. I am so disgusted and horrified at this that I will never shop here again and you can be sure that I will tell everyone about this. In the age of social media, something like this can travel a long way very quickly. I feel dirty and sure hope that whatever cheap sleazbag individual that returned this used coffee didn't transfer any diseases to me. Do I hear the word LAWSUIT? Possibly....

On December 3, 2016 at 4:00 am I placed an order online for same day pickup for the 12" Yamaha Moto Child's BMX Bike and the My Sweet Love 13" Baby with Wagon order number XXXXXXX-XXXXXX. I looked the order up and it read that I can pick the order up after 8:11 am December 3, 2016. I headed to the store Walmart Capital Plaza Landover Hills Maryland 20784 and stood in this long line for an hour I was then told that the staff didn't have time to look at the online purchases for same day pickup so the order is still processing and I should wait until tomorrow December 4, 2016. I called Walmart on the 4th of December to see if the order was ready the Customer Service representative told me that the order is still processing. So I waited until Wednesday December 7, 2016 called Walmart again they told me that the order is still processing and that I should canceled the order and reorder it again and that the My Sweet Love 13" Baby with Wagon order was no longer available.
The Customer Service Representative that I talk to replace the order for me for pickup on December 7, 2016 for the 12" Yamaha Moto Child's BMX Bike order number XXXXXXX-XXXXXX but placed the order to the wrong Walmart store it was sent to the Walmart store #100 406 S Walton Blvd, Bentonville AR 72712. It was supposed to be sent to Walmart Capital Plaza Landover Hills, Maryland 20784. The order had to be canceled again.
I am dissatisfied with Walmart your online services and Customer Service Representative because. I have already tried to resolve the problem by notifying your Walmart company several times about the long waiting process that I been through for my online purchase. I didn't receive no email or text letting me know that the order was no longer available for the My Sweet Love 13" Baby with Wagon. I'm also dissatisfied with your Customer Service Representative for placing the order for the 12" Yamaha Moto Child's BMX Bike and sending the purchase to another Walmart store#100 406 S Walton Blvd, Bentonville AR 72712 instead of sending it to the Walmart in Landover Hills, Maryland 20784 now my son will not have this bike under his Christmas tree for Christmas thanks to Walmart poor service. I reordered the 12" Yamaha Moto Child's BMX Bike again on December 17, 2016 thinking this time I might get better services but just my luck it happen again the order read that I will receive the 12" Yamaha Moto Child's BMX Bike on December 24, 2016 but I get an email reading that it will be delivered on Friday December 30, 2017.

My review with Walmart store 1494 has been the worst experience ever, went to store 8/21/16 to purchase a TV that was on sale and the item was not in stock or available to order but was still on display with special price and they checked on item they couldn't even find the product in their whse area in store, then I was to leave name and number there because they were going to call me on 8/22/16 to advise me of display unit that could sell at at a discounted price, well they never called me on Monday so I called them and spoke with dept manager of electronics and was told that they could sale me the display unit, but with no warranty or tv stand and no box or paperwork on that set because it couldn't be found but could give me a discount if went it and bought it, so the following day 8/23/16 went to store to get TV and now dept mgr was not in and everyone in that dept said they couldn't sell me the television now and couldn't offer me a equal size set at a discount or same price, I informed them that I was informed by their dept. mgr that they could sell me the set and now they can't ? I asked to speak to a store manager and the manager told me that the only that could do anything was the dept. mgr and they didn't know if he was coming in tomorrow. This has been the biggest joke from Walmart's customer service. THe store #1494 on staples street in Corpus Christi still has the unit on display and with the sales price still on TV. I mentioned to them that there was another unit on sale and on display and wanted to buy that one and they responded that the unit was no longer available either , but it was on display with special price also and this wasn't even on sale couple of days ago when I was there, This has been the biggest false advertisement ever by Walmart on TV sets and they don't even remove special price or labels from their display discounted units or care if the customer gets taken care of even offer a equal at discounted price, I have photos of TV's on sale with special price tags on them and nothing that states they are out of stock and Walmart refused to make their errors right to the consumer/s after they mentioned they sold the last unit 1-3 days prior to other customers, that shows me and all other customers that their inexperienced personnel just don't give a [redacted] on customer service. I want some service and a television that stills shows on sale or equal and that isn't asking for nothing that is out of Walmart's customers service that they so much advertise that they offer to their customers. Bought a snow blower and paid extra for extended warranty, Snow blower worked for the first winter when I purchased it, ran all the gas out and stored it in a shed all summer, next winter I pulled it out and it would not start, realized primer line from bulb to carb was torn. Was told it would all be fixed free of charge, brought it to local small engine repair and now am being told it needs a new carb, which it doesn't because I just had it running great, and the primer line is not covered and need to pay $160 out of pocket to get it fixed because walmart does not cover poor maintenance. Basically meaning because I did not use non-ethanol gas my warranty is null and void. Which nowhere did it say that when I purchased the warranty, I had to fight and argue with people on phone that the primer line should be covered and I was told they would escalate the issue and call back, but they never called me back. I had to call them and they side they did determine primer line should be covered but still refused to cover carb....ill never do business with them again

I am a former employee of Walmart who first worked for the company when it first came to Mount Vernon, Washington in its old location. On 8/3/2015 I was in the Walmart Supercenter in Mount Vernon,Washington with my fiancee,who has to use a walker temporarily. I went in to the store to find an electric cart so she could get in to the store easier. I had to check at BOTH doors only to find that there were NO electric carts available at either door. Not only that but, at one door, there were TWO other people waiting for a cart! I was told, by a CSR, that "one cart was broken and the other four were being used and they were trying to get them from customers." (their words not mine) After a bit, when I finally got my fiancee in the store, I was told that someone was outside looking for carts. FIVE carts between 2 doors IS NOT ENOUGH and that is not counting the entrance to the Auto dept. and the entrance to the garden dept. which have NO carts AT ALL!! this is not the first time this has happened either. There are times when I have personally seen people have to wait up to 30 MINUTES for an electric cart I know for a fact that this has been reported to the main office a number of times but it seems like they are not interested in fixing the problem! Another problem the Mount Vernon store has is not enough open checkout lanes during peak times. The Mount Vernon, WA. store has 26 cash registers but,during rush times, there are ONLY 12 of them open at the most. When I was there the last time there were only 10 lanes open and each lane had anywhere from 7 to 10 people in EACH LANE during the rush period. The customer service there is pretty poor.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with Walmart Pharmacy in Uniontown Pa. I've had several issues, over the course of a decade, where these pharmacists, seem to have no common sense. They have overcharged me on several occasions, they never put my insurance information in correctly, I've had doctors contact them to fix my issues, because they treat me very poorly when I try to resolve these issues with them myself. I've never been treated so poorly by any customer service rep in my life. I honestly feel that they are discriminating against me, and they give me these problems on purpose because of the medication I take. They know I'm dependent on it, yet they constantly make excuses why they can't fill my prescriptions. Once in a while, I have no problem, but 90% of the time, I can't even get vitamins from them without an issue.

The pharmacists are rude, some never "thank you, please come again, or do you have any questions about your medication?" I'm always rushed out, and if I have a question, I'm often told "I don't know, ask your doctor", but my doctor tells me to "ask the pharmacist". They have even blurted out my personal information loud enough for other customers to hear, scolded me like a child in front of other customers, when I'd try to fill my script a day early, simply because I was in the area, and shopping anyway. They could politely tell me that the insurance won't fill it until the next day, but instead, they scold me, and treat me like an inferior.

The managers are even worse!! I've tried to politely explain my problems, and they treat me even worse. I've only put up with it as long as I have, because it's the closest pharmacy to my home, have a drive thru, (which is closed off 80% of the time anyway) and they are open til 9pm. Now that I've completely had it, and no longer wish to continue doing business with them, I'll have to travel 15 miles out of my way and pay extra for gas, possibly pay more for my medications, wait longer, and it's an overall major inconvenience to me to go somewhere else.

But this is how strongly I feel, against this particular pharmacy. I've tried to resolve my issues with management directly, and have never been successful. They made it clear to me, that they do not care about my satisfaction or anyone else's, considering I've known several others with the same issues.

I'd be happy if that pharmacy would hire new employees, or atleast train the ones they have to be consistent, (I get the same meds biweekly, they know that, and still give me grief, and take over an hour to fill simple meds, when there are no other customers even ahead of me) obedient, (the customer is always right) informative, (please let me know if there are any major side effects, or atleast ask me if I have any questions, and if I do, take a moment to answer them, instead of telling me to ask someone else), compassionate, (they should have basic common curtosey, say please and thank you, and listen to what I have to say rather than blow me off) dress appropriately, (some dress provocatively, they don't look like pharmacists at all, but instead look like there at a nightclub, I like to dress fun sometimes too, but NOT on the job, pharmacists should dress professionally while they're at work) and most of all, use basic common sense, (which these pharmacists don't seem to have).

Since I highly doubt any of that will happen, a sincere apology would be nice. Although, I also doubt that will even happen. At this point, I just want a formal complaint to reach their office, to the main person in charge, or atleast human resources, I want them to know how extremely dissatisfied I am, and to work on these issues, so that they don't do this to anyone else. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this pharmacy as long as I live. But I am well aware, that this pharmacy will not go out of business over my unhappiness, I'm sure they will do just fine without my business, I'm aware of that, but they need to be aware of the grief they have caused me, over the last 10+ years. I'm ashamed I put up with it as long as I have, but I'm a nice person, I don't like to complain or cause problems, but I've completely HAD IT.

Whomever may be reading this, I appreciate you taking the time to hear what I've had to say, and I'd appreciate it if you could let the Walmart Pharmacy of Uniontown Pa, XXXXX know of my painfully disturbing experiences, in hopes that no one will ever have to go through what I have.

I was doing shopping at Wal-Mart in springdale every 2 days spending more than a $100 in every visit , during 3 years . Last week I grabbed some clothes but I remained that I didnt have enough money and I left them in another shelf from where they were. When I was ready to leave three security gays stopped me asking me if I have clothes in my purse that belong to Wal-Mart and I said yes but I paid them in another visit . They asked me to follow them to the office . Then while they checking the cameras they called the police .They accussed me for not paying the whole merchandise that I had in the cart for stealing batteries,shoes, clothes, make up and jewerly. After that they unsure about it taking out and putting back in my purse the stuff that I paid for . When I said to the mánager that after that very bad experience I wasnt going to Wal-Mart anymore he said oh no we dont want that to happen . Then he putted the money that I had spent for the groceries in a gift card thinking what with that he can fix the mistake .I finish in the jail because I didnt have the receipt for the stuff that I had in the purse. Plus all this ridiculous inconvenience I need to go to the court . And when I told them that I have my little child waiting to get in outside my home they didnt care about it . If something bad had happen to my child they had been responsable for that.They made me lost time ,money and put me in a stressfull situation that I didnt deserve . Now im already working to get back my clean record thank you to Wal-Mart .!!!!!!!

I've been arguing and getting the run around fromthis Walmart for a little over a month now I bought a mower from them May of last year and also bought the extended warranty with it it wasn't even a year old and the shaft that holds the blade on snapped and had my son not jumped out of the way it would have cut his foot off when the blade bounced and shot out of the mower. I immediately took it back to Walmart had my receipt and extended warranty papers in hand the floor manager automatically started trying to make excuses as to why they couldn't take it back I called the extended warranty company they ran me around and finally gave me a number to [redacted] which was supposed to be the manufacturer . I kept getting put on hold by an automated message for 20 minutes every time I called with no reply from a human voice or anything after a week of this I was getting aggravated so I called walmart back and got the runaround again so I called the warranty company again and got yet another number where I found out [redacted] went out of business in 2005 how is it I'm buying a brand new mower ( defective mower ) made from a manufacturer that doesn't even exist anymore and hasn't for several years . 2 more websites and 4 phone numbers later I got someone called a product specialist tells me at warranty was voided by a guy she called her expert who isn't even qualified in metals or small engines just a guy that's been working on them forever I offered for her to come see there wasnt anything in my yard that could possibly cause this shaft to snap and even got pictures I'm a 30 yr retired landscaper I know how to mow a yard especially mine but still no resolve I then called walmart back only to get attitude and anger and more run around Walmart policies for warranty and satisfaction guarantee are a scam the Revdex.com is my only option

Seems that Walmart picks the times it a wants to follow it's own policy rules. Atemptied to return a item that was sold be Walmart. At the time was refused and told two excuses why they wouldn't take the items as a return as stated in there return policy.

My daughter had an electronic prescription sent to the pharmacy at Walmart store 1434 in Colorado Springs. I went to pick up the prescription this morning (a Saturday) and was told it was out of stock. I called around town and found another pharmacy that had in stock, but when they called Walmart to have it transferred, the pharmacists at Walmart said it couldn't be transferred. When I called him to inquire as to why, he said the computer system wouldn't let him transfer it, he didn't know why, and there wasn't anything he could do to override the computer system. The only thing I can do to get my daughter her prescription is to wait until Monday, call her physician and have another prescription sent to another pharmacy, but this means she has to go two days without her medication.
I want an explanation as to why I could not get her medication transferred to a pharmacy that could fill it for me right away. I've never had a problem transferring medications TO Walmart, there's no reason I shouldn't be able to transfer them OUT, especially when it's not in stock. She needed this prescription today.

My doctor sent a prescription to the Wal Mart Pharmacy. I called them and gave them my credit card info and my address. A week later they charged my card, they then mailed my prescription to an old address. When I called two weeks later, they told me they couldn't do anything about it. Even though it was there fault, they wouldn't send me my prescription. I had two days worth of insulin left. They told me sorry, but we can't help you.
It was their error. Know I am out of insulin and have no way to get anymore.

I have worked for your company and I am very did satisfied how things are handled at store 86 in Springfield no I was let go for a mistake on your part I had took a personal leave didn't know I had got denied I called personal to Ask they said I got denied I was told to talk to the store manager tell her I was denied I needed this time off I have been through a divorce and could not function long story short I talked to [redacted] told her I got denied what should I do from there she told me to talk to [redacted] my supervisor as to when I would. Be back I was not told those days off would count against me!!!!! So I got fired!! I also had no calls that is a lie! I always called in always u need to che k the computers BC I never had no call no show I'm very upset with this company I have no income now going through divorce with a. Child put yourself in my shoes store 86 is a joke of a friendly caring staff they act as if they care about u and they don't at all!! It is the messiest store in Springfield mo maybe u should talk to them about that to
