The following is a timeline of all billing events and conversations we have on record for Mrs [redacted] ’s account on [redacted] : 8/20/– Mrs [redacted] called to take responsibility for the service on [redacted] Service was backdated to 8/12/with her consent, and a mailing address of [redacted] **, Waukesha, was added to the new account 9/28/– First bill generated, due 10/19/15, mailed to the [redacted] address No payment received 10/28/– Second bill generated, due 11/17/15, mailed to the [redacted] address 11/4/– Mrs [redacted] called to close her accountThe rep who processed the request did not document any conversation, but if Mrs [redacted] had requested a backdated stop the rep would have responded that the owner would have to accept responsibility for the charges if the stop order was earlier than that dayThis may have resulted in the misunderstanding, “they told me that only the landlord could cancel the electric .” In order to backdate a stop order after service has been used we must have someone to bill for the service, and we cannot force the responsibility on a third party – in this case, the owner – without their consentAs there was no contact from the owner, Mrs [redacted] ’s responsibility for service was ended as of 11/4/15, the day she called 11/5/– Final bill generated, due 11/25/15, mailed to the [redacted] address 11/9/– Mrs [redacted] called and gave permission for her husband, Benjamin, to discuss the accountMr [redacted] said he wanted to confirm the stop date and asked if the owner had called yet to backdate their responsibility to 10/1/Our rep advised that the owner had not called, and confirmed the stop date of 11/4/ 11/25/(Final bill due date) – No payment received 12/23/– Account balance referred to collection agency and reported to credit bureau as past-due 1/13/– Mrs [redacted] called regarding the negative credit reportOur rep advised the credit information would be updated after payment was received 1/21/– Account paid in full All billing statements for Mrs [redacted] were sent to the address she specified when opening the account, and none of the bills were returned to us by the post officeBased on the contacts on 11/and 11/it is clear that Mrs [redacted] was aware there was an outstanding balanceThe account was past due when the negative report was sent on 12/23/15, and we cannot change credit information that has been reported accurately

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below While we had a conversation that gave promises of what they would do with foliage, which it was not, but equipment failure I have not heard anything back from them telling me this is resolved and they resolved it I would like to see that in writing We have elderly on this street and it is difficult to navigate these many outages-hauling water from the sump pump, manually letting up the garage, cutting off breathing machines, spoiling food in the fridge, etc I could understand if this was periodically in a major storm, but not every month or so They have started the trend they had a year or so back and has been ongoing since 2006, when we moved here Never have I seen such in any other area I have lived Regards, [redacted]

As indicated in our original response, we have multiple reasons to believe the previous account holder is still residing at the address in question and we require proof of residence (POR) elsewhere for that person before moving forward with Ms***'s service applicationIf Ms [redacted] can provide POR we would encourage her to contact us immediately so it can be submitted for review

This customer ordered online She ordered a pizza with extra sauce and no cheeseShe never explained what was wrong with the pizza I assume she meant to order Extra Cheese and No Sauce This is a common mistake by customers using the Internet ordering features.I personally made both pizzas She showed up at the store while the remake was being delivered She never explained to me what was wrong with her order, just that she wanted a refund No one hung up one her Our phones are old and have been manually repaired for years They sometimes disconnect in calls This is not an uncommon occurrence and we have to call customers back to finish orders quite frequently There were no women on staff inside that night Not sure which of my female employees she thought I was being rude too It's also not uncommon for me to dictate the actions on my employees This instance being and I quote "don't answer the phone just yet I need boxes posted." Which means to label boxes for items coming out to the oven Not an uncommon requests IThe customer was very rude and quite venomous She never explained what was wrong with her pizzaShe just called and said it was wrong I remade it and while it was being sent out she showed up at the store demanding a refund I was supervising the call that she was "hung up" on [redacted] did not hang up on her, nor was he rudeHe was asking me what to do about the situation and I was coaching him while making ordersHe actually said she hung up him Then she showed up at the store quite livid, despite that I had a remake on the way to her address delivery time during rush is quoted at to minutes, in very busy instances, like this night, delivery times are quoted at minutes to an hour There is a culture of customers here in Natchez that try anything they can to get free itmems In my few weeks on managing this store I've come across more cons and scams trying to get free food and even money than I've ever seen I can't fix something if I don't know what's wrong with it I gave her her refund and apologized for the issue, the issue that we were never made aware of We just assumed she didn't input her order online correctly and got something she didn't expect,nor realism that she ordered It was a pizza with no cheese That's what was ordered, that's what we made We were never told anything different from the customerGood day

I purchased a Motobecane Sturgis Bullet Titanium Fat Bike `from Bikes Direct about week ago, and received the bike only days after ordering it by UPSI have been riding bikes since 1965, and I can say without question, that this particular model, the Motobecane Sturgis Bullet titanium Fat Bike, is one of the highest quality bikes I have ever seen and riddenand that would be compared to other bikes at ANY priceI paid $for the bike, and the quality of this titanium bike would rival bikes costing to times as muchAlsothe Bikes Direct customer service was fantastic, both before, and after the purchaseI can recommend this company without hesitation to anyone looking to save alot of money on a high quality bike, such as the one I purchased

I turned and started on Medicare in May I went to my gynecologist and was told Medicare pays every two years for her visitThe doctor assured me that I would not have to pay this year since it was my first year on Medicare I received a notice from Medicare that they coded the billing wrong and would not pay for itI called and asked them to recode it properly They refusedThey use the code XXXXX instead of G
Being a medical coder for years why would they even submit a claim knowing Medicare would not pay for it? They did bill for GXXXXX which service I NEVER receivedI called them again and they girl in the office was very hostile towards meAs I said DrMassured me Medicare would pay for this

In Mr***’s original complaint he states, “I have been reviewing all of my prior power and gas usage and have noticed that my gas bill is not based on my actual gas or power usage, but actually a predetermined price estimate conducted by We Energies based upon what the average family would pay for light bill or gas bills as opposed to an actual bill based on the customer's actual usage.” We Energies is billing Mr*** on his actual registered gas and electric usage. Should he have concerns about his bill he can contact the customer service department at We Energies, representatives are available hours days a week to discuss any concerns and can be reached at ###-###-####We Energies is a regulated utility governed by the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin. The Public Service Commission is a governing body that regulates the rates and services of a public utility. They are in place to ensure the utility (We Energies) operates under the rules and regulations set forth by the Public Service Commission and Mr*** is welcome to contact them to discuss his concernsTell us why here

Ms*** *** resided at *** ** *** ** ** with Mr*** J***. While Mr*** was the primary customer on service, Ms*** called to change the utilities into her name. However, due to an attempted name switching Positive ID denied Ms***’s request for
serviceOn 4/29/Mr*** called requesting that Ms*** be added to the account as an additional customer; he was advised to have Ms*** call to complete the request. Later that same day (4/29/16) Ms*** called customer service requesting to be added to the account as a responsible partyWhen Ms*** re-established utility service, in her name only, at *** * *** ** *** *, Mr*** did not have active service. The unpaid balance from Hopkins ($2,613.31) was transferred to Ms***’s new account. Despite both parties being responsible this is a dispute between Mr*** and Ms*** and since she is the only party with active service the balance remains her responsibility and she would need to pursue any legal action against Mr*** for reimbursement and We Energies will not be a party to the disputeI spoke with Ms*** to let her know I am unable to remove the charges an she will be responsible for the past due balance, however, the account has been enrolled into the Early Identification Program with a fixed budget of $135, that includes current charges as well as any past due balance and will begin with the 7/20/billTell us why here

The Wisconsin Home Energy Assistance Program, or WHEAP, is a state-administered program funded by state and federal tax dollars, as well as a small customer fee assessed on each monthly bill for all utility customers in WisconsinUtility companies are required by law to assess this charge, which
is listed on bills as the “Low-Income Assistance Fee.” Energy Assistance funds are distributed to customers whose income is at or below 60% of the state median income, and the amounts awarded are based on household size, need, and projected usageEligible customers can apply for grants between October 1st and May 15th, which roughly corresponds to the heating season in Wisconsin, the period of the year with the highest energy bills With that in mind, we are unsure what Ms*** means when she says We Energies is abusing the WHEAP programIt is true that WHEAP dollars are paid to utility companies, but they are being paid for service that will be, or already has been used, by the customers who are receiving the account creditsWe are receiving payment for a service we have provided, not receiving government funds for nothingNor are EA dollars used, “just to fix their bottom line before the end of the year,” as Ms*** indicatesAs noted above, the program is open from October through May, and we encourage all eligible customers to apply any time we have contact with them during that period, not just at the end of the calendar year It is unfortunate if Ms*** or her daughter had difficulty during the WHEAP application process, but we would point out that it is a State-run program that requires significant income and identity verification, which can require additional documentation if the initial information is insufficientAs Ms*** has received over $from WHEAP in the past year alone we are sure she would agree that while the process can be trying, it is very worthwhile Finally, we are also uncertain what Ms*** means when she suggests we do not offer payment arrangements to customers who owe less than $We offer payment arrangements to any residential customer with arrears, regardless of the amountThis can be seen with Ms***’s own account, where she recently established a payment arrangement on a balance that was significantly higher than $prior to the posting of her down payment

This issue is not resolved. In fact far from it. I am actually quite furious. AS the landlord, these I can verify that these are new people that moved in This is absolutely ridiculous working with WE energies.
