This customer was refunded the trip charge as requested

This customer was refunded, and the appointment canceledThe refund proof was submitted, along with dates that indicate this happened before the customer filed the initial complaint We have nothing else to provide this customer

This customer hired a contractor from the contractor’s advertisement on the Done platform In late Done connected the contractor that was hired to this complaint and he agreed to make a warranty call to the customer The wires could not be hidden due to internal structural beams in the homeThis customer has been refunded for the $charge to hide the wires well before the complaint was filedWe have tried multiple times to contact the customer with the pro she hired Done.com is an advertising platform for contractors; Done.com does not perform contracting work nor employ any contractorsWe do not perform any type of work, all contractors on the Done site have paid for advertising to appear on Done.comThis customer’s complaint that he hired Done.com to do the work is inaccurate; we do not provide any service other than advertising [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It is true that I have filed a credit card dispute after not getting any response and as soon as I filed the dispute they responded back to me and even a scheduled an appointmentBut they did not keep the appointmentThey also responded to the Credit Card Dispute saying that the work is covered under warranty DONE.COM is a company that practices fraud and is non-responsive, It does not honor any warrantyI have all the recordings and text message exchanges between myself and the manager and will release it to the media unless the door is fixed and an apology issued to me Regards, [redacted] ***

The wire that was damaged could of been repaired for a service call of $Customer chose to replace entire wire at their discretionThere is also a charge of $for a one year membership in a service club that the customer chose to sign up for with this companyThe original charge of $was refunded on 02/07/We will reimburse $which is the non discretionary portion of the bill that was submitted

Great experienceI love this company I use them for my restaurant once or twice a month to keep it shipshape

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the statements submitted by the business is untrueI was never refunde did anything I paid with my debit card and never received a responseAlso statement that they have tried to contact me and have the pro on-call is untrue my phone number has not changed I spoke with them on several occasions and they never they barely answer the phone and when I would speak with a representative they would state that the person handling it was a claim they will send me all around without a direct person to contactDisco been given from the informationAs stated I was told that to submit the receipt from the garage company that did the fit and they stated could not prove that they caused the issue which they didThe process to reopen the wall and I stated that I had a garage representative coming out and he didn't want him to touch anything before they determine what the problem was with the garage and when it was determined that it was the sensors and it was the wire the wire to the sensor something was wrong with it that's what I knew that my servation was correct because the wires to the garage were in bed it behind the wall that he originally cutThe garage representative actually place the white the new wires outside of the wall intact it down so not to because he was not an expert and did not want to go behind the wall Regards, [redacted]

The terms of service that the lady agreed to when she booked her job stated that if there was an issue, we had first right of refusal to make any necessary repairs to remedy the problemShe chose to hire her own contractor and refused to allow us to hire a suitable contractor nor did she ever send any supporting photos of damage

We will send a provider to help determine what parts are missing from the kit so that the manufacturer can be contacted

Customer has indicated to us a $refund would be acceptable resolution for this claim We are willing to do this, please respond this is acceptable [redacted]

This customer to date has paid $to Done She is disputing the amount owed but has paid nothing to us, it is impossible to call it a scam when she refuses to pay even what she claims is the correct amountWe have tried and tried to work with this customer and are referring this to the lien departmentThis case has been sent to an attorney office to resolve dispute with customer, this customer many times has said she will pay $but we are unable to collect this reduced amount from this customerI am unclear as to how this is a relevant complaint since the customer was provided multiple days of service and she agrees to this but will not pay any amount
