The wire that was damaged could of been repaired for a service call of $80.00. Customer chose to replace entire wire at their discretion. There is also a charge of $199.00 for a one year membership in a service club that the customer chose to sign up for with this company. The original charge of $99.00 was refunded on 02/07/99. We will reimburse $80.00 which is the non discretionary portion of the bill that was submitted.

There does not appear to be a requested settlement, just a complaint. Is there a desired resolution?

I am rejecting this response because:Here are the requested photos. [redacted] also has photos he requested and then did not do anything with.  I had sent them to him via his email address at [redacted].  Here is the first email to him:[redacted],Here are the pictures from the job that was done for me.Picture 1:As you can see it was cut short and left a gap.Picture 2:Some of the middle members not screwed in fully, the railing has notched out areas for these members to go intoPicture 3:Some more of the middle members not screwed inPicture 4:Again same as aboveI actually had to help do most of the work. The bottom brace for the up and down 4x4 at the end I actually had to anchor to the cement step myself.  I gave the worker tools to use as it appeared he didn't have much.  He spent more time walking around and starring at the project then he did working, it also appeared that he was intoxicated.  I am to say the least not happy and it was not worth $249 I paid.  Any questions let me know.  Thank you.[redacted]
I did not get a response.So here is the second email with his response:Hello,I emailed you 9 days ago with the issues I had with the work done at my house. I have not received anything telling me what your going to do to fix the problem. Now it's painted and I paid to have that done. Are you going to do anything or should I just chalked it up to I chose a bad company to go with? Either way I will not recommend you guys to anyone as I have been left hanging with no response. [redacted]

This customer prepaid for a service when he booked the service, we have a warning on the page that notes payment is not due until after service.  The page states.......................... "You are about to pay for the service, we do not require payment before service so if service has not...

been completed payment is not needed."The appointment time the customer picked was not available and the appointment was moved to another date. This customer called in and the prepayment was refunded the day the customer requested it.On top of this the customer used very inappropriate langue with the customer service representative who was handling the issue. The customer has been refunded as can be seen in the screenshots attached and the appointment has been canceled by Done. Audio files of the customers interaction with the customer service representative can be attached but the file type is not allowed in your upload selection.

We will refund the paid $79 to done. The cause of the fan dropping was a...

faulty electrical box at the customers home, we will not pay for the small scratches on the fan but we will offer to install it for free by offering a $79 refund if this will resolve the issue. The scratches are minimal and on the top of the fan that touches the ceiling, and the fan falling was not an issue with the installation but the structure of the customers home. [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I advised the company that they could call the company. I offered the repair persons name and the business stated they would not call. Done.com has made it very hard to resolve this issue.

Check was cancelled and a replacement check was express mailed to the customer. Customer was emailed the tracking number.

I have never in my life experienced customer service this bad. The guy was late to mount my TV on my wall, when he rang the door bell, I said hello, I asked if he had a business card, or a business license, he said no and said no with some attitude. I welcomed him in. He took down my old TV and took the new mount out of the box, he held it up on the wall, and asked me, " how's this look" I said im sorry sir I don't know, are you going to measure? he told me I was being rude and acting like a [redacted], he said he was going to leave. I said fine, I think its better if you do leave. SO now, I have 2 TV's on the floor and nothing hung. I called the company right away. They said a manager would call me back in 20 minutes. When the manager called me back, he said the soonest he could get someone out was Wednesday evening ( mind you today is Monday at noon). I said that not going to work, it needs to be today to fix what your company did. he said he couldn't, and hung up on me!!! I will never ever use this company, I will never ever tell anyone I know to use them. I will tell the new company that comes over to help me, what the name is. I cant believe this company is in business!!

Please send me photos of the foundation.

This customer was refunded, and the appointment canceled. The refund proof was submitted, along with dates that indicate this happened before the customer filed the initial complaint.
 
We have nothing else to provide this customer.

Great experience. I love this company I use them for my restaurant once or twice a month to keep it shipshape.
