I have placed a call order for the customer service manager to call this person back

To began this process we will need pictures different shots of every damaged area along with a computerized statement of cost for the damaged item, and a notarized statementfor the insurance company to process this claim.All damage must be stated caused by the provider and insurance investigation
will take place once these items are submitted

I am rejecting this response because: It is true that I have filed a credit card dispute after not getting any response and as soon as I filed the dispute they responded back to me and even a scheduled an appointmentBut they did not keep the appointmentThey also responded to the Credit Card Dispute saying that the work is covered under warrantyDONE.COM is a company that practices fraud and is non-responsive, It does not honor any warrantyI have all the recordings and text message exchanges between myself and the manager and will release it to the media unless the door is fixed and an apology issued to me

Not true at all was no membership and wasn't just a wire all new wiring and jump box had to be installed so a Complete circuit was ran and electrician was here for at least hours repairing the damages done by your employee that was sent to do a job he was not licensed or qualified to doI'm not trying to get anything more than what I deserve and that's all my money back for your companies wrong doing and not to mention the fire hazard in my attic that my family lived with and thank god we never had a fire the reciept shows complete amount for the job I would like all my money back

This **stomer hired a handyman by the hour to do painting. This is the description given by the **stomer at booking.   [redacted]Paint Job[redacted] (** could not provide approximate measurements) 2 rooms, big living room, entryway kitchen, hallways, baseboards, trim, 2 doors and 2-3 closet drawers, 3...

heater ducks - regular ceilings 8ft high. ** would like ** to go out and assess things first hand, take measurements and advise on what material to pick up. ** Aware of $59 per add hours, $379 per add days and $30 trip charge. Please contact ** prior to service. This is a major job of painting an entire house. Any reasonable person knows you have at least a day of prep and then painting. The **stomer wanted the house sprayed so that took a lot more prep time than if brushes or rollers we going to be used. Textured walls have seepage under tape and the corners have to be **t in after spraying or rolling.  After 21 hours of labor and the **stomer getting 85-90% finished they started complaining. At the end, the **stomer never paid our company 1 cent. They could have stopped the job at anytime and waited until after 21 hours of labor to complain. We worked on several solutions but none were agreeable to the **stomer and both parties decided to walk away. This **stomer never had a warranty claim because the job was not allow to be complete. We offered to stop the hourly rate and finish the touch up for free if the **stomer would pay for the time up until that point but the **stomer declined. Thank you, [redacted]

Customer has indicated to us a $75 refund would be acceptable resolution for this claim.  We are willing to do this, please respond this is acceptable. [redacted]

This business is completely unreliable. I contracted with them to hang a television and two ceiling fans. The service guy showed up without the mount (which I had paid for) and without a ladder sufficient to hang the fans. We agreed to reschedule. I called immediately and rescheduled for the following Monday at 9:00. No one showed. I called Done.com at 9:30, and was told that I was not on their schedule. The "manager" would call me back immediately with an explanation and a solution. It now is three hours later, and no call has come from anyone at Done.com. There are far beter options, and I strongly recommend seeking them out. This one is a loser.

I enclosed the invoice as a PDF. The membership is highlighted for the customer to see the membership that they purchased. I will reimburse the customer for the invoice amount less the membership that they purchased.

Please forward pictures of the work. Please explain how the work was done poorly.

I am rejecting this response because:the toilet was not under warranty any longer I was informed by the guy that installed it. Done.com was told to send a plumber with the kit and number which they did not do.

404-File or Directory Not found". As I stated in the initial complaint, I had sent photos to [redacted] at done.com via email in the past. I am happy to re-send them to the Claims Department but I will need to know where to send them and to whose attention or how I can send them through the Revdex.com website.Regards, [redacted]

The terms of service that the lady agreed to when she booked her job stated that if there was an issue, we had first right of refusal to make any necessary repairs to remedy the problem. She chose to hire her own contractor and refused to allow us to hire a suitable contractor nor did she ever send any supporting photos of damage.

I am rejecting this response because: I, [redacted], filed a complaint #[redacted] with Done.com and they agreed to send me back the money I had paid for the repair they did at my home and I have never received the $75.00 payment they said they would send me.
