Horrible, horrible, horrible service I opened a request with them to schedule someone to move a 200lb grill from a driveway to a deck They recommended using two guys - which I was happy to schedule Date was set for Apr 2nd On Apr 1st, they called and said they had a scheduling problem and wanted to reschedule We established a new date of April 7th at 2pm They never showed I called and after a period of time and calling them twice, finally got a call from a manager He could not locate his worker, and couldn't say what they could do I pointed out that it should have been people, and he had no answer for why his ticket only showed one They NEVER resolved this So - I will NEVER use them again Steer clear - they are terribly unprofessional and unreliable

They make it appear easy too get your job done but no one shows and they reschedule and cannot guarantee that any one will show up

The customer stated there was a repair issue that caused a wire to the garage door to become damaged. We offered to send a technician to assess and correct the situation immediately after the customer contacted us at no additional chargeThe customer stated that the issue had been resolved with a garage door specialist.A receipt was requested from the repair company to verify that the wire damage was related to the sheetrock repairThe receipt provided read "miscellaneous repairs" We made a second request for documentation stating that the repair was related to the sheetrock repair completed by DoneThe customer was unable to provide this documentationWe agreed that the garage door company could even call us to verify the scope of the repair they completedTo this date the customer has failed to provide and documentation stating that the garage door issue in question was caused by the Done facilitated sheet rock repair

To whom it may concern, This customer hired a contractor from the contractor’s advertisement on the Done platform. In late Done connected the contractor that was hired to this complaint and he
agreed to make a warranty call to the customer. The wires could not be hidden due to internal structural beams in the homeThis customer has been refunded for the $charge to hide the wires well before the complaint was filed We have tried multiple times to contact the customer with the pro she hired Done.com is an advertising platform for contractors; Done.com does not perform contracting work nor employ any contractors. We do not perform any type of work, all contractors on the Done site have paid for advertising to appear on Done.com. This customer’s complaint that he hired Done.com to do the work is inaccurate; we do not provide any service other than advertising *** ***

None of the questions were answered from previous responseWarranty claim is rejected because the customer was only charged a discounted price for a service callKohler should have been contacted because the toilet came with a year warranty *** The provider did not have replacement parts onsite and made adjustments which justify the service call

Revdex.com:To correct the business personnel responding to my complaint, I made several attempts (after being ignored (via phone and email) and hung up on) to contact the business PRIOR to June 14th in regards to the faulty 'quote' email they sent prior, to no availIt was then on June 13th I made my complaint to Revdex.com in reference to such, and I then received this response from *** at 11:pm (Eastern Standard time) with the corrections being made and professional quote being sent over on letterhead, along with their company insurance policy attached***, overall, is NOT a professional company and I have since seen numerous complaints about their lack of professionalism and low class customer serviceI will accept this response as I now have what I need, thanks to Revdex.com, and I have closed out all dealings with *** since receiving said email correcting the issue. This complaint can now be closedThank you for ALL you did Revdex.com! ***I urge you to clean up your practices and revamp the manner of which your business is ran and employees who are hired*** provides a great service and can be lucrative, but one interaction with your company seems to leave a bad taste in the customer's mouth which leads to bad word of mouth and non-repeat customerslost income.

We called this company from San Antonio to paint our house to get ready for renters They gave me the not-so-handyman Mario's phone number and said he would call me the night before He never called so I called him He showed up late and I had bought all the materials for a paint job After day one the house was 1/painter He talked trash about Done.com and insisted that he could get this done on day and we could just pay him directly because he wasn't coming back if it was under their contract We were leaving the state the next day and were stuck He came the next day and still didn't finish and insisted again to come the next day We paid a friend to let him in and out of the house After the property managers showed up the next day, we got the dreaded pictures of how this jerk let the house...half painted, paint on the dark wood blinds, all over the baseboards, over the wall plugs, everywhere His mess was in every room Some rooms had one wall painted and one not Some hallways were not touched at all We called him and he was drunk and lied about the time he spent there and again blamed Done.com for not paying enough to the workers We lost $1,to Done and Mario and now have to pay $to get it fixed I'm so done with SA and glad my Son is out of there!

We are working on replacing the customers glass Resolution should be coming soon

This customer was refunded, and the appointment canceledThe refund proof was submitted, along with dates that indicate this happened before the customer filed the initial complaint. We have nothing else to provide this customer

I was debating on listing this a experience or a scam I contacted Done.com in Virginia Beach, VA to replace a piece of wood and paint the exterior of my rental property The repairman did a good job on the workHowever, the original quote for the job was a little over $and the final bill was $ The repairman called throughout the process and I authorized overage up to $ The work was finished on May 19th and on May 22nd Done threatened to take out a Builders Lien I explained that I needed until the end of the month because I have not budgeted for the unauthorized overagesHad they exceeded the quote be $would I have still been expected to pay once I received the billBe careful with this company
