This customer filed a credit card dispute...

thus voiding all warranties and guarantees per the Done.com terms of service. This customer was issues a credit from his Credit Card company and thus has not paid for service and does not have a warranty with Done.com Done.com/TOS [redacted]

[redacted] we did not reach a settlement he has received picture 2 times now on my tv damage his own workers sent him pictures and so did I no settlement has been made have had no contact with them since the last email

I ordered 2 hours of a couple weeks ago to hang some pictures and put up a curtain rod. When I placed the order I did not know how much pictures I had but my husband and I estimated it will probably take 3 to 4 hours. We both decided we should have known better when my husband said to the worker (very pleasant young man) that he wanted the picture hung in the middle of the wall and he stood back and started staring the wall trying to figure out the middle of the wall. I had to ask him if he was planning to measure the wall and his response was oh yea but I don't have a measuring tape, no problem, we let him used ours. Now I must say that he did put a couple of pics up that we asked him to change but there is no way hanging 9 pics should take 2 hours. My husband got very frustrated when he just could not get the measurements right on the last 3 pictures. He had to remeasure and changed the picture hangers several times. That's when my husband said ! to forget it. Before I asked him to stop I called to find out how to handle it since he was not even half way done. I was told if we are not happy to ask him to leave and the supervisor will call me back. The supervisor did not call back, instead I received several calls from the handyman and of course he was not happy. I finally called the supervisor back and what I was really trying to figure out was how we will go about hanging the rest of the pictures. However Jack was actually very rude and unprofessional when I told him I am not refusing to pay I was just trying to figure out how to get the job done. He actually accused me of not wanting to pay "is always something when you do not want to pay". I tried reaching out several times to express my concern and frustration but I seem to be getting to the same people whose customers service is very poor and do not really care about their business! . I paid for the services but as it stands I can not recommend! d or use their services again.

We can not provide a refund to this customer as parts were paid for an supplied by the technician.  We can offer a partial refund of $50 to this customer

I am rejecting this response because:  First of all they called me to try and rectify it.  They blamed the computer and said the system messed up??  The person said we will take care of it and refund your money now.  It took a few days for my money to be refunded but the real problem is that they REFUSED to do the work because I sent a complaint to the Revdex.com.  They said they were NO longer going to work on it because I sent a complaint in..  That is called terrible service considering, I prepaid for the item, then they called me to say they will do the work, then they called me back telling me NO because of the complaint.  Lots of miscommunication and refusal to do the work should be ON THERE RECORD!!!  **How pist-off would someone be considering someone prepaid $114, confirming the APPT. then telling my tenant unable to locate someone to do the job and then calling me saying they will do it then calling me back and telling me NO because I sent in a Revdex.com complaint??  The company's business practices should be investigated and should be barred from doing business with customers when they received payment, not show up for APPT, then tell me they will do it, then call the customer back and tell them NO because I sent a complaint to Revdex.com..  Please investigate their business practices!!

I am rejecting this response because:This is not a duplicate complaint. I have filed one complaint regarding this issue. Last Tuesday, I submitted documentation to the business...

and have not received an update, estimated date of reimbursement for damages, etc. This complaint needs to remain open until the issue is resolved and all damages are paid.

We sent a different technician to this customers house and resolved the issues on 11/25/16.

Settlement was reached with customer.

Send photos of your complaint. Photos need to show the close up issue as well and the entire railing. Included a description of your complaint in each photo.

Keep far away from this company!! They sent me a man by the name of Doug to do work on my house and he asked for money upfront, never showed up when he was supposed to and didn't know what he was doing!! I I had to call the cops just to get him to leave my house because he refused to leave when I told him him I didn't want his services. I called the company many times to find out about his credentials,and if in fact he was bonded and insured like they claim,but they never returned my calls !! Horrible they don't care about their cliente. I lost $800 to that loser

It is true that I have filed a credit card dispute after not getting any response and as soon as I filed the dispute they responded back to me and even a scheduled an appointment. But they did not keep the appointment. They also responded to the Credit Card Dispute saying that the work is covered under warranty.
DONE.COM is a company that practices fraud and is non-responsive, It does not honor any warranty. I have all the recordings and text message exchanges between myself and the manager and will release it to the media unless the door is fixed and an apology issued to me.

The company had a representative come out in early December to review the bad work. At that time, the representative agreed...

I needed a complete replacement at no charge. I had already submitted pictures, and the representative took plenty himself. I shouldn't have to start the process all over again from scratch. Call me to schedule an actual appointment for a complete replacement.
