I am rejecting this response because: the statements submitted by the business is untrue. I was never refunde did anything I paid with my debit card and never received a response. Also statement that they have tried to contact me and have the pro on-call is untrue my phone number has not changed I spoke with them on several occasions and they never they barely answer the phone and when I would speak with a representative they would state that the person handling it was a claim they will send me all around without a direct person to contact. Disco been given from the information. As stated I was told that to submit the receipt from the garage company that did the fit and they stated could not prove that they caused the issue which they did. The process to reopen the wall and I stated that I had a garage representative coming out and he didn't want him to touch anything before they determine what the problem was with the garage and when it was determined that it was the sensors and it was the wire the wire to the sensor something was wrong with it that's what I knew that my servation was correct because the wires to the garage were in bed it behind the wall that he originally cut. The garage representative actually place the white the new wires outside of the wall intact it down so not to because he was not an expert and did not want to go behind the wall.

This customer prepaid for a service when he booked the service, we have a warning on the page that notes payment is not due until after service.  The page states..........................
 
"
Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; background-color: rgb(242, 222, 222);">You are about to pay for the service, we do not require payment before service so if service has not been completed payment is not needed."
The appointment time the customer picked was not available and the appointment was moved to another date. This customer called in and the prepayment was refunded the day the customer requested it.
On top of this the customer used very inappropriate langue with the customer service representative who was handling the issue. The customer has been refunded as can be seen in the screenshots attached and the appointment has been canceled by Done. Audio files of the customers interaction with the customer service representative can be attached but the file type is not allowed in your upload selection.

My understanding is that there was not a new flush kit onsite and that several adjustments were made during the visit. Is this correct? I also understand that the toilet was flushed over 30 times and only acted up a couple of times. Is this correct? I also understand the the independent contractor...

repaired an another outdoor faucet while allowing the toilet to rest for a few minutes. Is this correct? I understand that the invoice was discounted from $114 to $71.10 because of the intermittent issue with the flush valve. Is this correct? I also understand that the contractor agreed to comeback the following day and replace the entire flush system free of charge if you would reimburse him for the cost of the flush valve. Is this correct? I understand that the contractor was injured and had to go to the doctor and missed the appointment the next morning and attempted to reschedule for that afternoon and you told him he was fired. I apologize for the contractor missing the appointment but sometimes accidents happen. Our minimum service call is $99.00 and your invoice was discounted due to the intermittent issue at the time of payment. Adjustments and other work was performed which justifies the service call.  Why do you feel that a service call for $71.10 to repair a faucet and make adjustments to the flush system is not fair?

This customer filed a credit card dispute thus voiding all warranties and guarantees per...

the Done.com terms of service. This customer was issues a credit from his Credit Card company and thus has not paid for service and does not have a warranty with Done.com Done.com/TOS [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I was unable to attach the pictures of the damage to my dining table to this message. I have sent a separate email directly to Mr. [redacted] at done.com and also to Ms. [redacted] at Revdex.com with pictures attached. As you can see in the pictures, the table is one solid piece of wood. Even though the damage was only to one area of the table, the entire table needs to be refinished to repair the damage. This was noted by all three of the companies I had give me quotes for repair and also noted by Tom (a handyman sent by Done.com to look at the table for repair).  Regards,[redacted]

screen it was all documented by there employee they set to hang the tv bracket on the wall again

We will send a provider to help determine what parts are missing from the kit so that the manufacturer can be contacted.

We are looking into this and will update the complaint once we do.

Sir, this is a separate process. Once this process has started, I am required to contact you through this platform. I understand from the notes on the work order that you travel extensively.  Please provide a 3 day window when you will be home and available.

Please provide photos of issues and respond to messages that have been left by Done.com's project coordinator. His name is [redacted].

This customer to date has paid $0.00 to Done.  She is disputing the amount owed but has paid nothing to us, it is impossible to call it a scam when she refuses to pay even what she claims is the correct amount. We have tried and tried to work with this customer and are referring this to the...

lien department. This case has been sent to an attorney office to resolve dispute with customer, this customer many times has said she will pay $950 but we are unable to collect this reduced amount from this customer. I am unclear as to how this is a relevant complaint since the customer was provided multiple days of service and she agrees to this but will not pay any amount.
