This customer hired a handyman to install broken counter topsRequested that he do his best because the counter tops had previously been brokenHer claims that this handyman broke the counter tops and is responsible for brand new counter tops is falseClaims inspectors, in the fraud department, discovered that the customer took pictures of the broken counter tops days before the handyman was on siteThe meta data logged by her iphone proves that her claims are falseI have included a copy of the meta data

To whom it may concern, This customer hired a contractor from the contractor’s advertisement on the Done platform. In late Done connected the contractor that was hired to this complaint and he agreed to make a warranty call to the customer. The wires
could not be hidden due to internal structural beams in the homeThis customer has been refunded for the $charge to hide the wires well before the complaint was filed We have tried multiple times to contact the customer with the pro she hired Done.com is an advertising platform for contractors; Done.com does not perform contracting work nor employ any contractors. We do not perform any type of work, all contractors on the Done site have paid for advertising to appear on Done.com. This customer’s complaint that he hired Done.com to do the work is inaccurate; we do not provide any service other than advertising *** ***

We can not be held responsible for touch up paint matching when that was provided by the customerShe was offered a discounted price to paint the entire wall which she declinedHer claim is declined

I am rejecting this response because:Please revisit the written statements and pictures providedMy claim was not the handyman broke the countertopThe countertop was cut intentionally in order to replace new cabinetsThe previous contractor did not finish the job, and I had to find someone to complete the job.I contracted Done to install two cabinets and those countertops backI sent those pictures to Done prior to service appointment to ensure they have the skill set to finish the job. Done confirmed that they could do the job in a dayHowever, countertops were not properly installed and misaligned, and further damaged my cabinets and sink, which cost me $1,to redo the jobSince the countertops couldn’t longer be used, I had to replace the entire countertops including the sink My statements are true and I have evidence to prove the poor job that was performed

This customer to date has paid $to Done She is disputing the amount owed but has paid nothing to us, it is impossible to call it a scam when she refuses to pay even what she claims is the correct amountWe have tried and tried to work with this customer and are referring this to the
lien department.
This case has been sent to an attorney office to resolve dispute with customer, this customer many times has said she will pay $but we are unable to collect this reduced amount from this customerI am unclear as to how this is a relevant complaint since the customer was provided multiple days of service and she agrees to this but will not pay any amount
