Donley Service Center

In the middle of the Summer Heat Wave, [redacted] our Donley Tech arrived promptly and was very professional. Little things like booties to protect our wooden floors were appreciated but the efficient, effective and economical restoration of cool air were the capstones of our Donley Service Call.

I have used Donley Services for years: plumbing, HVAC. The service techs and the office support staff are the most professional in their industry. The are always prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Donley Services.

We have been customers of Donley plumbing for over ten years and have been impressed with their level of customer service and the ability of their technicians, I would never call anyone else. They do everything....plumbing, heating, A/C, main line repair. Totally the best around.

We appreciate the first class service done by Donley Service Center, in particular, their service technician [redacted] was very thorough with his preventative maintenance service yesterday and has always done a great job for us especially getting our A/C ready for another hot season.

I was extremely pleased with both [redacted] and [redacted] in helping to solve my "backing up" plumbing problems. They tried various methods to help solve the problem The main problem being the Sewer line. They helped me in explaining the problem to the Epcor water personnel. I have rarely seen such dedication to the problem solving. Employes like them are why I have been with Donley the past 30 or so years. Each person I deal with is both caring and dedicated to finding a successful solution.
When I am in need, I do not hesitate to call Donley and know that I will be treated professionally and fairly.

I've used Donley Service for years before they put new units on my house. Its now been years that I've had these existing AC units and they are still servicing our equipment. Great service means great company means great people.

Absolutely GREAT service on this call...and others I have had over the past many years. I have been a customer of Donley Service Center for 30+ years and have yet to have less than superior service. The service staff and the technicians are top-notch.

The entire process from diagnosis of the failing old AC unit to installation of the new was very smooth. The installing crew arrived within the pre arranged window and finished early. They cleaned the area in which they worked so there was no evidence of them except for the cool air coming from the new AC. I also appreciated the quality inspection the following week.

Great service they extended our warranty even though we had forget to renew it. Service guys always nice keep us updated on what's going on.

This was the most finest service I've received from a A?C service provider. The tech was very courteous and answered all of my questions very professionally. He advised me of any concerns and did NOT pressure me into making any unnecessary changes or modifications. I would highly recommend this company.

Today I had Daniel W[redacted] from Donley Service Center come do a Quality Control check on an Air Conditioner and Furnace that were installed in my house the end of November. I had a few issues and questions which Daniel corrected and answered satisfactorily. Daniel was very professional and courteous. At the conclusion of his visit Daniel went over everything with me again. I felt more reassured my system was properly installed and working correctly. Thanks Daniel!
The Donley salesman was a gentleman named Mike C[redacted] Mike stuck with me over several weeks time as I compared what Donley had to offer to several other vendors I invited into my home. I did extensive internet searches and reviews on various vendors and product lines before deciding on the brand name I wanted and who I wanted to do the work. I also read forums on what to ask and watch out for from whoever was going to do the installation. I called and emailed Mike several times to ask him for clarification to the product, installation, warranties, etc. every time I had a question. Mike always responded quickly, and took the time to ensure I knew exactly what to expect from Donley. Mike's salesmanship along with Donley's reputation of being in business over 35 years and a clean record with the Revdex.com and Registrar of Contractors helped me decide to give them my business. On the day of installation Mike showed up to ensure I was a happy customer and to answer any questions I might have.
