Start to finish, I was incredibly impressed with all aspects of Donley Service Center! [redacted] (the repair) guy and [redacted] (the "salesman") were absolutely awesome. Both were so helpful and professional and [redacted] made a difficult decision easy. You can tell how much these guys take pride in their work and the company they represent. The poor guys that installed my AC unit did so on the hottest day (so far). They were prompt, respectful, personable and did an amazing job. We have had a positive experience with Donley. They have been doing our air conditioning maintenance for several years and have kept our over 10 years unit running smoothly.

He was very pleasant and professional and explained everything he would be doing. He changed out the batteries in my thermostat for me and performed the servicing on my A/C.

Donley Service took better than the expected care of us. They went above and beyond.

The issue was at our rental property so it was nice to have [redacted] call us after he fixed the AC and let us know it was all taken care of. Not to mention it was after hours and 10pm, we REALLY appreciate having someone we trust to call.
