I have been a customer of Donley Service Center for more than 20 years. I think that alone speaks for itself. Technicians have always been courteous, efficient and willing to answer any questions.

My washing machine's hose sprung a leak so I called Donley, as I've always received expert, honest plumbing repairs from them. This time was no different. The dispatcher rushed someone right out as the water to my house was shut off due to the leak.

Plumber [redacted] replaced both hoses, gave free estimates on other repairs I want to have done, tested my house's water pressure, and advised me of a company to detect and fix any water damage. The repairs cost only $188. [redacted] was professional, personable, patiently replied to all my questions, and tested the repairs to ensure everything worked fine, which it did. Donley Plumbing is the BEST!

First of all, your company responded on the 4th of July holiday. Secondly, you sent out your best man. Your company is tops with me. [redacted] was Courteous, Professional, Knowledgeable and efficient. he is an asset to your company. Thank you for having him on your team. Because of him, I will use your company again and recommend you to everybody I can tell.

Ruben R[redacted] was the technician, arrived early, did a great job. Of course the unit fired right up when he got here. He ran some test found the problem. He also discovered another issue which saved me a lot of money down the road. The drain tube was plugged and had to be repaired. This could have damaged interior walls. He Fully explained everything that was going on with the unit. He also sold me on the service package. Answered any and all questions, would highly recommend Ruben, and will ask for him next time I need service on the AC's... AC is working great!

Start to finish, I was incredibly impressed with all aspects of Donley Service Center! [redacted] (the repair) guy and [redacted] (the "salesman") were absolutely awesome. Both were so helpful and professional and [redacted] made a difficult decision easy. You can tell how much these guys take pride in their work and the company they represent. The poor guys that installed my AC unit did so on the hottest day (so far). They were prompt, respectful, personable and did an amazing job. [redacted]. performed my "quality inspection" and was wonderful also. I have absolutely no complaints about Donley and would recommend their service to anyone in the Valley.

Donley Service took better than the expected care of us. They went above and beyond.

The issue was at our rental property so it was nice to have [redacted] call us after he fixed the AC and let us know it was all taken care of. Not to mention it was after hours and 10pm, we REALLY appreciate having someone we trust to call.

We had occasion to call Donley for an emergency air conditioning situation with my daughter's home, We were so pleased with the service they provided we wanted to call them for preventative maintenance at our home. They checked all the units outside and the units in the attack. I am very satisfied with their work and most notably their service. They called the day before to verify the appointment and the technician arrived when they said he would. Our technician's workmanship was very impressive and he showed me everything he was going to do before he did then it. He explained the need for the work, obtained my agreement to perform the work and performed very professionally.

We plan on using Donley whenever we have a need for air conditioning or plumbing work in the future.

Donley Service Center has been taking care of my house since before I purchased it in 1999. They are extremely competent, professional, prompt

We have been Donley customers for over ten years. They always provide prompt, courteous and competent service.

One of my units was not working on Sunday morning. I looked online and saw that Donley made Sunday house calls. Contacted them and was told they could get a tech out before 5. Their tech, [redacted], called when he was on his way. He came in diagnosed the problem and had the unit repaired within an hour. He was very professional and did a great job of explaining the problem. I would highly recommend this company in the future.

I called Donley because my compressor shorted out while under warranty. They refused to pay for a new compressor stating they were not responsible for the problem. A supervisor showed up to diagnose the problem. He could not discover the cause of the short but Donley still would not honor their warranty because whatever caused it to short out, there was no way it was their fault. They were not competent enough to discover the cause and wouldn't stand behind their work. A licensed electrician has been called out to discover the fault and a formal grievance will be filed with the Registrar of Contractors.

Donley Service has usually given us great service. They sold us our A/C unit about eight years ago, and have serviced it well. One incident happened with their plumbing service that was disappointing. An under-sink repair was estimated to cost about $140. When the plumber was just about finished, he asked if I wanted him to plug in a new filter in a line connection. I asked him how much I would pay, and he said $150. I assumed that he meant $10 more for the part, since it took him about 2 minutes. When he finished, he said that the total price was $290, which was the original $140 plus $150 for the item he plugged in!!! He said that was the amount listed in the book. He said the cost for the extra filter was $150 whether he did it while he was there, or if he came out on a completely separate trip for that work. This is ridiculous. The part cost about $10, and he plugged it in while he was under the sink anyway. I complained to the company, and they cut the price of the extra filter to $75. Plumbers in general are highway robbers, but I had assumed that Donley was better than that.
