Neat, professional people that know their plumbing. They cut right to the heart of the problem and fix it quickly. We had [redacted] out for a major water leak. Fixed within 15 min. Excellent!

Ruben R[redacted] was the technician, arrived early, did a great job. Of course the unit fired right up when he got here. He ran some test found the problem. He also discovered another issue which saved me a lot of money down the road. The drain tube was plugged and had to be repaired. This could have damaged interior walls. He Fully explained everything that was going on with the unit. He also sold me on the service package. Answered any and all questions, would highly recommend Ruben, and will ask for him next time I need service on the AC's... AC is working great!

My washing machine's hose sprung a leak so I called Donley, as I've always received expert, honest plumbing repairs from them. This time was no different. The dispatcher rushed someone right out as the water to my house was shut off due to the leak.

Plumber [redacted] replaced both hoses, gave free estimates on other repairs I want to have done, tested my house's water pressure, and advised me of a company to detect and fix any water damage. The repairs cost only $188. [redacted] was professional, personable, patiently replied to all my questions, and tested the repairs to ensure everything worked fine, which it did. Donley Plumbing is the BEST!

While it did take them a while to get here (our AC was completely broken), the were quick an courteous once they arrived.

The absolute best installation and service company I have come across in 20 years in Valley. Purchased 2-5 ton A/C and new Water heater on Monday, and installation started next day. Rebuilt platform on which air handler and water heater rested and all work finished in two days. Incredible coordination among plumbers, A/C installers, Freon excavation company, etc. I have never witnessed such service. Then to top it off, in one week Donley sent out a Quality control inspector who went over the installation, made a minor adjustment, etc.

[redacted] was very polite, and professional when he came to check out my air conditioning unit. He was able to diagnosis the problem and fix it in a timely manner. [redacted] explained the problem, presents my options and was then able to repair the unit. He also noticed problems with my water heater. I would definitely use Donley's again.
