Excellent Service!

We have been dealing with Donley for many years now and we have been completely satisfied with not only the work performed but also by the professionalism of everyone, either in person or on the phone. I highly recommend this company.

Our service technician, [redacted], was incredible. He communicated very clearly and was completely honest on the best course of action. We never felt like we were being sold. He even went out of his way to follow up with us even though he knew we had to choose a different contractor to perform our service. We had an amazing experience using Donley Service.

Service rep [redacted] arrived on schedule and completed repairs of replacing anode rod and drain pipe extension as authorized by me. Explained in detail how to keep up and remove water tank deposits by biannual replacement of anode rods and regular tank flushes. Very professional and pleased with his service.

[redacted] was excellent and diagnosed and repaired the thermostat issue very quickly.

Today Friday June 26, 2015 our air conditioner went out. It's 111 in Phoenix and after LOTS of comparison reviews tried Donley to ask for a service call on our unit which only blew hot air. [redacted] was the service technician and he was polite, clean cut and professional in his demeanor. He examined our unit on the roof and showed us a video he had shot on his cell phone where the Condenser fan blade could be turned but would not "catch" and run because the motor that drives that fan was burnt out. He gave us options for replacement part and we choose the "generic" brand which he had in stock on his truck. He climbed up and installed it and measured the air a few times after the AC began working again, trying to cool down our home in this heat that had heated the house up while the AC was out entirely. He was a credit to the Donley company as was the lady who answered the phone to begin with when I booked a service repair call with them early in the morning. Thank you for professional service!
