It was a great visit. The technician was very professional and explained everything he was doing.

[redacted] was my technician on this visit and he
did an excellent job of checking my A/C and reporting to me and also drained some water from my water heater
as I asked to remove the calcium build up. He seemed
knowledgable and most pleasant, helpful. I have been
a customer for over 25-30 years and have always been
quite pleased with the service provided on the products
I purchased from Donley. I give them a high rating.

Have been doing business for Donley and predecessor for 40 years primarily do to the quality of their people. [redacted] just may be the best of a bunch of very excellent techs we have had the privilege of meeting through your company.

He explained and showed how the filters worked, and recommended a cleaning schedule. [redacted] also cleaned up all dust and debris. We are very happy with [redacted] and his work.
