Technician was very prompt, polite and business like. He performed a complete analysis of my A/C unit---found a couple of minor fixes and made suggestions for more A/C efficiency. My A/C is 13 years old and I fully expected him to tell me I needed a new one. Instead he made a couple of corrections, suggestions. All in all a very good experience.

[redacted] was outstanding. On time, clean, did what needed to be done, and the price was within reason.

Our technician, [redacted], called to let me know when he planned to arrive, fixed our air conditioning unit, double checked to make sure it was putting out the right amount of cold air and was very professional and friendly.

Donley has been servicing my air conditioning units for over 20 years. They always do a great job and when I need repairs they find the best way to do it and help me stay within my budget.

Plumber Josh was extremely knowledgable and capable. He explained everything clearly and kept me informed as he went along. He finished the job quickly and neatly. He had to replace a gas water heater, which involved soldering, etc.

Donley's plumber, Ricardo S[redacted], was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. He solved our problem quickly and had some good suggestions for the future. All of Donley's servicemen are top notch. Would recommend this company to everybody.

Donley responded within an hour to our call to replace our leaking water heater. Their technician, Roberto S[redacted], was polite, efficient, and well-qualified. We are a repeat Donley customer and totally satisfied with the work and products provided.

The service technician called to let me know he would be here at the time promised and showed up at that time. He was knowledgeable and explained thoroughly what he found and took the time to educate me on features of our solar water heater. A very favorable overall experience.

Donley Service was recommended to us by [redacted], after [redacted] notified us that our utility usage was running 20% higher than our neighbors in this community of new homes. The service technician they sent was friendly and knowledgeable, and suggested that perhaps our air conditioners were too small for the square footage of the house. He was unprepared to check, however, and he called Donley to set up an appointment with another tech who could perform the necessary measurements. It was clear, listening to him on the phone, that Donley did not want to send another technician (we would pay for the service call), because any repair work would probably be done by the builder's contractor rather than Donley. We were disappointed in Donley's attitude, and in [redacted] for recommending a company with that attitude.

[redacted] from Donley came because of a problem I was having with my air conditioning. Although the problem was not correctable, [redacted] got some coolness in the house and arranged for [redacted] from Donley to describe my options. The unit will be replaced on Monday.

Donley and their techs are honest and they perform the work without fail and/or complaint. We had struggled for years with a room that received little to no heat or AC. We asked several companies to look at the issue and provide a quote for repair. None responded. Donley came out, realized they would need to crawl thru the duct work to see the problem and while there, fixed it. The fix? The duct had become detached from the register. A simple fix but the Donley techs were the only ones who took any initiative to investigate and fix the problem.

Donley provides products with outstanding quality and service techs who go above and beyond what's expected, often providing free advice on periodic maintenance intervals and other tips that homeowners can put to good use. We've had plumbing repairs done that improve on the original installations, allowing easier repairs in the future as a result. Wonderful, extremely professional company that I highly recommend to anyone needing their services!
