I always have a great experience with your company. The techs that are sent to to house are always professional and friendly. My wife and I only call your company for all of our plumbing and AC needs. It's always a pleasure doing business with people who care.

This company went above and beyond to fix my problems. My ac had been out for 2 days and they came right out and fixed it. I would recommend this company to anyone. Great service and knowledgable staff.

I have used Donley for years and am very happy with them. On this trip, they came out to do maintenance on my solar water heater. The technician called shortly before he was to arrive, he arrived exactly on time, he explained what had to be done and completed the work quickly. I was very happy.

Service person was [redacted]. He was very polite, and worked efficiently when doing our annual heat inspection. Recommended a surge protector on one of or roof units to protect from lighting/power outage surges. We have been customers of Donley for more years than I remember. We have always found their work to be reliable and quality work. Service people very pleasant to deal with.

We hired Donley to put in a new gas line for my dream gas cooktop. We wanted someone with experience and trust.[redacted], our technician did a great job, worked quickly and cleanly. The permit and inspection process went smoothly as well.

I have used Donely Plumbing and Service for over 15 years. My husband first used them over 20 years ago. We have always found them to be honest, professional, polite, and fairly priced. When they worked on this last property, it was for a client of mine (I am a Realtor) who has a rental property. The guests have had another "handyman" service person in the house doing other repairs, and they said that the Donley representative really knew his stuff, and was professional and courteous and got the job done right. The rep went to the house after 5 PM on a same day service call, and called the owner back to tell him his options, and completed the repair most likely after dark. We refer all of our friends and clients to Donley.

I have been a loyal Donley customer for many years and every service technician maintains the highest level of professionalism and integrity; technicians that go far and beyond what the job calls for. I call on them for ALL of my plumbing needs, from small to large jobs. Donley is also the company that installed my A/C unit in 2011 and I wouldn't trust any other company for my A/C needs.

In recent years I've had Dan, Chris, and RJ helping me with my plumbing needs and each delivering excellent service.

Donley Service Center did a summer inspection of my air conditioner. Ruben did a check and found it to be in good shape. Ruben was on time and was very professional in his work.

this was a call back. In spite of the positve review I gave the initial visit, it stopped working after 24 hours. A small adjustment that should have been performed initially was not done. I guess we will see what happens. Disapointed

This company is outstanding. I rave about them every chance I get. When I call they are so helpful. The technician are honest people they don't invent problems. If you have an issue they explain to so you can understand what the problem is and how they would fix it.
