Donley Service Center

I have been a customer of Donley for several years. Their scheduling is effortless and they work with you to make it convenient. The service technician was polite, on time, cleaned up properly and explained the service he provided.

I am very pleased with their overall service and will continue to use them and recommend them.

Always receive very good service from the technicians who perform the work. They're prompt, courteous, very thorough, polite and professional. Yesterday's technician, Ryan Utsler, did a fine job. The service scheduling and confirmation process is lacking however and not customer friendly. Also experienced a discrepancy in the record keeping of the # of remaining visits on our maintenance agreement.

I have used the services of Donley several times and have always been impressed by the individuals who have provided the work.

I have been a customer with Donley for over 25 years and they are a very professional and honest organization to deal with. They go out of their way to explain a problem and potential solutions. You know when they tell you something needs repair or replacement they are giving you the straight scoop. When we downsize from our current house I will be sure that Donley follows me to my next house.

I am pleased with the prompt response from Donley. [redacted] arrived ahead of schedule on a 110 degree day to get the A/C going. After a very thorough check of the system, and some parts replacement, the system is running again. I extend my deepest thanks!

The service representative came to our house last week. He was very prompt and courteous. No complaints. I do have one comment however and that is when Gary asked him about the possibility of a discount for servicing our rental home he said that it was not possible. Too bad.. I had a semi annual service check with Jose Felix. He was very thorough, helpful and polite.

Water leak between meter and house on hillside lot. I was referred to Donley by a General Contractor who had worked on my home. Donley service man arrived promptly on Friday late morning, diagnosed the problem, got another of their service men involved and worked all afternoon replacing the line. The were professional, prompt, courteous, diligent, and kept me informed every step of the way. Together they were able to finish the work before Friday dinner. Cleanup and landscaping was super. You couldn't even tell they had been there. I highly recommend Donley. Very pleased.

My experience w/ Donley was nothing but positive. [redacted] came to my house after I had a questionable appt w/ another A/C company. I wanted a second opinion on the $2K worth of work recommended by the other company. [redacted] showed me the ratings on the equipment vs the readings he was calibrating and explained what each one meant. He also assured me that the repairs recommended were not needed and the A/C unit was working just as it should be.
Perhaps the most surprising part of my appt w/ Donley was the follow up someone in their office completed w/ the competing A/C company. I can only assume Donley did not want to have another consumer experience the dishonesty that I had in my initial appt, because the competing company called me out of the blue to apologize for the poor service experience. They revealed that Donley had called them to make them aware of the situation. I have a great deal of respect for Donley, as a result of that.
I have since and will continue to recommend Donley to anyone who asks for A/C and/or plumbing service.

[redacted], our service rep, could not have been better. He called in advance and showed up on time. He was considerate and even instructed me on how I could better clean my filters downstairs. His work was performed thoroughly yet quickly. He even took in our garbage can from the street!
While I will try to ask for [redacted] in the future, I've had nothing but excellent service from Donley.
