Their level of commitment to their customers is admirable from the first phone call to the actual service(s) performed. And what makes this significant is their people. I've had Donley Service taking care of my A.C. & Heating unit for over 23 Years. I've never had a complaint about their service.

Good service although recommended capacitor change which had been changed recently Sometimes wonder if changes recommended are actually needed. Turns out capacitor under warranty. I had previous maintenance reports.

I've had Donley Service for many years. I went through two other companies before Donley and unfortunately spent a lot of money installing condensers when not needed. Donley has kept my system running...this is my second new unit. They were prompt when I called late at nite and had a new unit installed within two days. Very courteous with experienced workers. Salesperson very knowledgeable.

I would recommend Donley Service to anyone! I have a home comfort plan which was well worth the money. They have come out to my house on Sunday to fix my a/c at no extra charge or trip charges. For any regular service calls, you get the same person, so they get to know you and your house. You can't go wrong by choosing Donley.

Excellent Customer Service, came during the scheduled window, called before they arrived, performed the requested preventative maintenance perfectly and even helped me with a thermostat issue at no additional cost.
