As usual Donley was excellent. They came very quickly and knew what to do. As we were expecting company, the technician stayed late to get a part and complete the repair. Donley may not be the least expensive, but they are worth the added cost.

[redacted] was very professional, very knowledgeable and completed the work order in good time. He explained things that I needed to know in a way that I could understand the technology.

[redacted], who has been with Donely for 24 years, was very courtesy, friendly and knowledgeable. His visit was an experience everyone should have when having service personnel in their homes.

Prompt response to emergency water heater failure. Friendly, knowledgeable technician offered several options for replacement. With water leaking onto my floor and in need of hot water, I did not have time to compare prices - but I think I was charged fairly by Donley. I accepted the tech's recommendation for a restoration service company.

From the first person you speak to to make an appointment to the tech's completion of the call, our experiences with Donley are always great. [redacted] and [redacted] are always personable and work to help find the best appointment day and time that is convenient for us. They always call the day before to confirm the appointment, which I appreciate.

This appointment was regarding the AC checkup and the tech was [redacted].). As usual [redacted] was on time, closer to the beginning of the window and "booties" for the floor protection in hand. He is so professional and really knows his business. He checks out the unit and let's you know right away what the condition of the unit is, as I hold my breath waiting to hear "good" news.

passionate about his work. You don't see that a lot. It makes me feel more confident in his assessment, especially when those 100+ days loom ahead.

Great company. Have all my a/c service done by Donley for the past 30 years. Also have purchased 2 a/c units from them.

Daniel Wilkie just completed my follow QC check on the new HVAC system. He did an outstanding job and completed it in a timely manner. I would recommend Donley to any one who needs HVAC or plumbing done.

The technician arrived within the specified time frame. He was courteous and professional. He examined my unit. During his inspection he showed me both the positive and negative issues and explained them very well. The one part I needed he said to print the current savings coupon and got $35 off. He did not try to sell me anything on the spot. Rather, he did say where there might be a problem and should be looked at in either the spring or fall of 2015.

I would highly recommend this company for A/C and plumbing needs.

My experience with Donley Service has been extremity positive. I normally do not write performance reviews, however, Donley Service has been exceptional. I was able to get same day service after 5:00pm during the month of June here in Phoenix. [redacted] the technician was professional and completed the repair. I would recommend and use this local company time after time. Job well done and I'm glad to have found this excellent air conditioning company.

Donley Service Center offers a professional, friendly, positive experience and as a new customer all I can say is, thank you. Today, [redacted], the AirConditioning Technician appeared ready to do the job and he was friendly and explained more to me about our A/C units that anyone has ever done in the past. Plus, he did a great job and was polite the entire time it took to get the job done. I'm very happy Donley Service Center was recommended to me by a good friend.
