I have no problem with the technician who did the work. I do not like not getting a paper invoice in my hand when the work is completed showing what work was done. I saw a work order on the internet, but I did not see what work was actually performed. I will need this in the future if I need to make a warranty claim. However, the work was scheduled for 4/25 from 3 to 5 and that didn't happen. I was then told it would be another hour. I said no, I had other plans. Work was set for the next day, but the technician wasn't informed. The customer should be called on the day of the work and told when to expect the technician. I had to call at 4:50 to find out.

Great service

We have been with Donley for years and could not be happier with the great service. They did us right with a troublesome, unit and replaced it at a substantial discount. We will always remain loyal to Donley Service Center. With that said, this last experience with a system spring check left something to be desired. The check was scheduled between 10AM and Noon. We received a call from the Service Center at about 11:45AM stating the the technician was running a little behind on his last call and it would be more like 12:30PM or so. Finely heard from him about 1:45pm stated he was about 30 to 35 minute away and we were the next stop. At about 2:00PM he is at the front door and I asked him in to come in to start the service call, He walk into the house with his shoe proctors in his hand and introduced him self as Rick. The first thing he did was try to upsell us a cleaning device to be installed inside the unit. When we asked how it worked he became confused and stated something like it sprayed hydrogen peroxide into the air. We declined to upsell and asked him to start to service the unit. He proceeded to get on the roof to check the unit. About twenty minutes later he was at the front door asking to check the thermostat. He came in, again with no shoe protection to look at the thermostat for. He looked at it for a few seconds. Then he walked into the kitchen and asked me to sign on his tablet. With him being two hours late may of put me in a bad mood for his visit but I feel he came on a little to strong with the upsell in the beginning and disrespected my home not taking the precautions shoe proction. This being only one incident out of many very positive visit from Donley I hope this was only a bad day for the technician. I well continue to recommend Donley to all my friends for there services,

Donley has always been trustworthy and performed quality work. Additionally they have been very timely - not asking customers to wait for extended periods of time for emergency work. I have been doing business with Donley for 10 years.

I highly recommend Donley for all HVAC & Plumbing work.

Professional, thorough, honest, polite.

One of our A/Cs went out Friday night (june 13) Called Donley about 8:30 am Sat. A repairman arrived about 10:30 which seemed very prompt for aweekend. After about hour, he indicated that he was having difficulty fixing it as problem was in electrical circuit. We were concerned about the reliability of unit that was 15 years old and whether it would last the full summer so [redacted] phoned and got on-duty salesman ([redacted]) here in about 30 minutes. [redacted] then outlined pricing alternatives and we came to a a satisfactory decision to replace the unit and got it scheduled for Monday 6/16, which is very prompt, esp. for a weekend.

As usual, Donley is a pleasure to do business with. From the time the service visit is scheduled thru the service call the staff is easy to work with and professional at every step. The office personnel and service people are courteous, always prompt and comfortable to talk with and have at your home....

Reliable and competent in all respects. A bit expensive, though.

[redacted] service two heating units as part of the semi- annual maintenance. He was exceptionally thorough, totally professional and kept me informed about the steps he was taking. in addition he completed a service call on a third unit from the previous day with out having to install a new part which had been the initial diagnosis. All in all, a totally pleasurable experience.

"**" [redacted] did a superb job on our winter service. He replaced a burnt contractor which could have resulted in our furnace not working. "**" is most courteous and experienced. It is a pleasure to work with him and Donley.

My service tech was professional and very polite. He was very informative and helpful.

I've had Donley Service taking care of my A.C. & Heating unit for over 23 Years. I've never had a complaint about their service.

Good, clear explanation and prompt service.

These people really came through for me in a pinch. My regular cooler service man was unable to service my system, and the temp was already in the 90s. Donley sent a crew out the SAME day, and on a Saturday to boot, got my system up and running, and didn't charge me weekend rates. Thank you very much.

[redacted] from Donley Service Center serviced our air conditioners as part of our Annual Maintenance Agreement. He was professional, courteous and punctual.

Very good service, prompt in taking care of our AC and got the cool air back going again with minimum time.

I cannot say enough good things about Donley Service Center. First - about the company. I find them to be one of the most professionally staffed companies in the Valley. Their level of commitment to their customers is admirable from the first phone call to the actual service(s) performed. And what makes this significant is their people. When I needed plumbing services, [redacted] was fabulous. Knowledgeable, dedicated and caring. I wouldn't use anyone else but him. For air conditioning service, I have worked with both [redacted] and [redacted]. Again, their level of commitment to the customer, an undeniable knowledge base and an unquestioned sense of honesty has proven to be attributes that has made me a loyal customer for life!! Kudos Donley. I will continue to recommend you - - you are a fine, fine company.

Great sevice, friendly, and quality products.

Good service although recommended capacitor change which had been changed recently Sometimes wonder if changes recommended are actually needed. Turns out capacitor under warranty. I had previous maintenance reports.
