Donley Service Center

Yearly maintenance on my heat pumps was done by Ryan Utsler from Donley Service Center. I am very satisfied with the thorough, efficient and well explained service provided by[redacted]. He is well trained and has excellent knowledge of his field. He was very pleasant to work with. I look forward to working with him again.

Donley service tech said compressor was bad. Had home insurance company send out AC repair man. He said that the thermostat was set up improperly, i.e. nothing wrong with compressor !!!

without replacing the compressor. Speaks poorly for the Donley tech !!!!

I have used Donleys before with good results, but this is a serious mistake !!!

Excellent Customer Service, came during the scheduled window, called before they arrived, performed the requested preventative maintenance perfectly and even helped me with a thermostat issue at no additional cost.

I would recommend Donley Service to anyone! I have a home comfort plan which was well worth the money. They have come out to my house on Sunday to fix my a/c at no extra charge or trip charges. For any regular service calls, you get the same person, so they get to know you and your house. You can't go wrong by choosing Donley.

Arrived on time. Usual good service. Left everything as clean as when he arrived.

Tech was polite and seemed very honest. Didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need.

We were very impressed with [redacted] the service person. He was very helpful and solved some cooling issues for us. It was a Saturday service call and he was patient and answered all questions that we asked.

They are trustworthy and have a great response time. We have used them for years and will continue to do so.

RYAN U[redacted] - AC system maintenance 4/7/15 - Ryan is an EXCELLENT technician - inspected the air handler and the roof unit - also answered several questions about my operation of the system to my complete satisfaction.

CHRIS K[redacted] - 2 plumbing calls - replaced water heater and subsequently installed water line and shut off valve for ice maker - Chris is an EXCELLENT technician - will request Chris on all future plumbing calls.

MIKE C[redacted] - 2 system component replacement calls: spec'd replacement of AC air handler and subsequently spec'd replacement of AC roof unit - a true asset to Donley.

[redacted] was very thorough and did a great job servicing my AC unit. He was both knowledgeable and courteous. I’ve been a Donley customer for some time now and have always been very pleased with the company and the service it provides.

I've had Donley Service for many years. I went through two other companies before Donley and unfortunately spent a lot of money installing condensers when not needed. Donley has kept my system running...this is my second new unit. They were prompt when I called late at nite and had a new unit installed within two days. Very courteous with experienced workers. Salesperson very knowledgeable.

Chris Kelley of Donley Plumbing came out to my house, in the early evening, on the Labor Day holiday and did an excellent job getting rid of a surprise drain clog in a very timely manner.

[redacted] and [redacted] from the plumbing dept excavated and replaced a sewer line. They were prompt, professional and hard-working. They explained everything to me and they cleaned up after themselves! When they left, my property looked exactly as it had before they began. Great service!

Donley Service Center, and in [redacted] in particular, are AMAZING!!! I called at 3pm, and he was at my house before 8pm. It took just over an hour for him to diagnose and resolve the problem. Thankfully, he had the parts already in his truck, so that helped. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in helping me to understand what went wrong and what was doing to fix it. Best of all, before he even left, my house had gone from 85 to 81 degrees. I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED with my service, and will always recommend this company to anyone in need of AC work!!!
