Donley Service Center offers a professional, friendly, positive experience and as a new customer all I can say is, thank you. Today, [redacted], the AirConditioning Technician appeared ready to do the job and he was friendly and explained more to me about our A/C units that anyone has ever done in the past. Plus, he did a great job and was polite the entire time it took to get the job done. I'm very happy Donley Service Center was recommended to me by a good friend.

Prompt response to emergency water heater failure. Friendly, knowledgeable technician offered several options for replacement. With water leaking onto my floor and in need of hot water, I did not have time to compare prices - but I think I was charged fairly by Donley. I accepted the tech's recommendation for a restoration service company.

We were very impressed with [redacted] the service person. He was very helpful and solved some cooling issues for us. It was a Saturday service call and he was patient and answered all questions that we asked.

Donley provides excellent service with friendly, knowledgeable representatives. I have been using them for years and have always been happy with their service and level of professionalism.

Yearly maintenance on my heat pumps was done by Ryan Utsler from Donley Service Center. I am very satisfied with the thorough, efficient and well explained service provided by[redacted]. He is well trained and has excellent knowledge of his field. He was very pleasant to work with. I look forward to working with him again.

Excellent company

The technician arrived within the specified time frame. He was courteous and professional. He examined my unit. During his inspection he showed me both the positive and negative issues and explained them very well. The one part I needed he said to print the current savings coupon and got $35 off. He did not try to sell me anything on the spot. Rather, he did say where there might be a problem and should be looked at in either the spring or fall of 2015.

I would highly recommend this company for A/C and plumbing needs.

From the first person you speak to to make an appointment to the tech's completion of the call, our experiences with Donley are always great. [redacted] and [redacted] are always personable and work to help find the best appointment day and time that is convenient for us. They always call the day before to confirm the appointment, which I appreciate.

This appointment was regarding the AC checkup and the tech was [redacted].). As usual [redacted] was on time, closer to the beginning of the window and "booties" for the floor protection in hand. He is so professional and really knows his business. He checks out the unit and let's you know right away what the condition of the unit is, as I hold my breath waiting to hear "good" news.

passionate about his work. You don't see that a lot. It makes me feel more confident in his assessment, especially when those 100+ days loom ahead.

Our first call for plumbing, heating and AC will always be Donley. Thank you.

RYAN U[redacted] - AC system maintenance 4/7/15 - Ryan is an EXCELLENT technician - inspected the air handler and the roof unit - also answered several questions about my operation of the system to my complete satisfaction.

CHRIS K[redacted] - 2 plumbing calls - replaced water heater and subsequently installed water line and shut off valve for ice maker - Chris is an EXCELLENT technician - will request Chris on all future plumbing calls.

MIKE C[redacted] - 2 system component replacement calls: spec'd replacement of AC air handler and subsequently spec'd replacement of AC roof unit - a true asset to Donley.

They are trustworthy and have a great response time. We have used them for years and will continue to do so.

Tech was polite and seemed very honest. Didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need.

My experience with Donley Service has been extremity positive. I normally do not write performance reviews, however, Donley Service has been exceptional. I was able to get same day service after 5:00pm during the month of June here in Phoenix. [redacted] the technician was professional and completed the repair. I would recommend and use this local company time after time. Job well done and I'm glad to have found this excellent air conditioning company.

Daniel Wilkie just completed my follow QC check on the new HVAC system. He did an outstanding job and completed it in a timely manner. I would recommend Donley to any one who needs HVAC or plumbing done.

Donley service tech said compressor was bad. Had home insurance company send out AC repair man. He said that the thermostat was set up improperly, i.e. nothing wrong with compressor !!!

without replacing the compressor. Speaks poorly for the Donley tech !!!!

I have used Donleys before with good results, but this is a serious mistake !!!

Donley was awesome as always. Honest Service and Super Nice Techs! I have never had a bad experience with them.

Provided an extremely thorough examination during our fall/winter checkup. All services covered under our protection plan, and spent over 3 hours making sure everything was working as expected. Very conscientious of putting shoe covers on prior to entering our home, no matter how many times he went in and out of the house. Also was very conscientious about parking where it would not interfere with garbage pickup. Excellent service all-around.

[redacted] and [redacted] from the plumbing dept excavated and replaced a sewer line. They were prompt, professional and hard-working. They explained everything to me and they cleaned up after themselves! When they left, my property looked exactly as it had before they began. Great service!
