Donley Service Center

I have been a customer of Donley Service Center for over 25 years and I've never been disappointed in their service. Their representatives have always been friendly, courteous and willing to answer any of my questions. I am confident they will be able to handle any A/C or plumbing problems I may have.

We have been using Donley for over a decade. While we have seen interesting advertising and have had telephone solicitations it has never crossed our mind to change services - even if it sounded like saving money.

Ryan came to our home on the predetermined time. He was thoughtful enough to ask questions regarding parking as well as any special needs or requests which might have. He explained what the maintenance and repair service call entailed..

And, on occasion requested permission to move from room to room. Very professional and impressive. He even wore coverings for his shoes. My wife usually deals with vendors and services but I gained a great deal of respect od Donley by being the point person on this day..

Provided an extremely thorough examination during our fall/winter checkup. All services covered under our protection plan, and spent over 3 hours making sure everything was working as expected. Very conscientious of putting shoe covers on prior to entering our home, no matter how many times he went in and out of the house. Also was very conscientious about parking where it would not interfere with garbage pickup. Excellent service all-around.

Excellent! Third time we have used Donley and they have come thru every time. We lost our hot water due to a faulty valve the day before Thanksgiving. Of course as these things go, we were hosting large number of family and friends. We called in the morning and they came to fix the situation by afternoon. Thanksgiving saved! Our plumber was very detail oriented, a perfectionist and polite while saving the day. Third time will be 4th when we need something done. Thanks for the great service.

Same day service at my son's house was appreciated. I referred my son to Donley Service Center because I have been totally satisfied when they have completed work at my home. Quick friendly service even on the weekend

Donely has taken care of our heating and air conditioning at our rental house in Queen Creek AZ for at leat two years, and has done a good job. However, yesterday their plumbing division went out to the rental to do some work for us, and charged us almost $350 for a new kitchen faucet. This seems to be very expensive. We replaced a faucet in our home in Northern Arizona and paid no where near that price. We're at a disadvantage being three hours from the rental, and have to rely on honest business owners to do maintenance. Our total bill from the plumbing department to replace a faucet in the bathtub, one in the kitchen, and 3 filters for the reverse osmosis was $824.73.

I've used Donley Service service for at least 20 years they have always been responsive to our needs and have always had all the answers to our problems. If you have a air conditioner problem or a water heater problem these are the guys to use!!!

We have been customers of Donley Service Center for many years. We have always appreciated their timely and professional response. When our hot water heater burst and flooded our home recently, Donley arrived within an hour on a Sunday morning to assess the situation and returned the next day with everything needed to get us back up and running.

[redacted] was quick, neat, and professional. He fixed my plugged in-sink disposal in time for me to welcome my dinner guests without anything looking amiss. I called at 3 and he was here by 4:30.
