I got my order on 3/4/2020. It did not work. They drilled a hole in a plastic base and stuck a broken rose in it. Not to mention, the base took 3 AAA batteries and they stuck the broken rose in the middle battery spot. Because I want to return the product because it does not work, they want the customer to pay for return shipping and you will only get store credit. Do you research before buying from this place

This site was actually recommended to me by a friend when I asked him on pointers on how to be romantic. The girl I have in my life right now is worth it and I'm glad I found this site. I can't imagine giving her roses that look better than this.

Our wedding was something we both looked forward to and I didn't want the magic and romance to end in just that one day. Buying her these roses really kept the mood up the whole time in our honeymoon.

There are so many different colors to choose from on here. They all look great so it was hard to decide at first about which one my wife would love most, but I've decided I'd match it to the occasion. Every occasion from now on is solved forever.

I give 5 stars to dose of roses for the quality service. The shipping is on time and it has not damaged the packaging and the roses at all. The product itself is worth the money.

My order was supposed to come in by Valentine's day and it was late so I bought another bear off Amazon Prime and it still came in quicker. After about 2 weeks, my bear and galaxy rose came in. The bear off of Amazon looked much better than this overpriced junk as there were patches with no styrofoam roses. The galaxy rose is literally a scam. It looks like a $0.85 cent toy made in China! It was pretty ugly as it was made from the cheapest plastic alive. From one boyfriend to another, please don't waste your time and listen to Instagram ads like I did.

This site is nothing short of a SCAM with many bogus reviews and followers to make them look like a thriving company, which they are not.

I have sent multiple requests regarding an order I made (#XXXXXX) and received a product that did not work (Galaxy Enchanted Rose) and still haven't heard anything back I returned the order to the address that they had on their site a couple weeks back. See here: https://d.pr/i/S6Flf9 - but this address bounced my package back to me and of course I had to pay for shipping. They since have removed this address from their site.

As it turns out, there are MANY people out there that are experiencing the same situation. You can find this online with a few searches on Google.

ordered January 14th, got a shipping label creation email and then nothing again. No reply to the customer support ticket I created on their site, and no general contact from the company. This is one of the worst. They advertised everywhere for valentines day and then they just rip people off.

The rose my fiancé ordered for me arrived in a scratched glass dome. We both contacted the company multiple times to ask for an exchange with no response, despite that he paid so much for it. Would never do business with again.

My order is taking longer than usual and I get no response when I try to contact the business.
Hello again. This is my 3rd email with no response. I am wanting to hear back about order ***. I order the "pink elegance medium 30 roses" on Feb 18th 2020 and I still haven't got my tracking number, let alone a response back to my emails. I would like to get my product or if not I would like to get my refund of $446.71.

I would either like to get my product and product information or a full refund of my full product.

The order in question was placed on February 18, 2020 for our Pink Elegance arrangement. The customer has reached out on February 27, 2020 regarding their order. After investigating the order the item was shipped and delivered on March 17, 2020. We informed the customer on March 25, 2020 about their shipment. We also provided options of resolutions. Waiting for customers response.

I ordered a Red Rose Bear for Valentines Day and didn't receive it until a week later. I asked for a refund before the order was shipped.
I ordered a Love Heart Rose Bear Limited Edition and paid for it in full, on February 5, 2020 and received a confirmation email that told me orders can take up to 1-3 business days to process + transit time (typically between 5-7 business days. On their web site it said guaranteed by Valentine's Day.
Shipping times not upheld and no direct contact for customer support.
On February 13, 2020 I received an email that said we're sorry! We experienced an extremely high volume. Unfortunately, there will be a delay for current orders. We want to give you a $15 Gift Card on your next purchase. After I received this email, I have contacted the ***. 2 times stating that I wanted a refund and there was no reply.
On February 15, I received another email with tracking number to deliver on February 21, 2020
I have contacted the ***. 1 more time and yet to receive a reply back from them. After I received my order on February 21, 2020 contacted the *** the 4th time and I still have not received a reply back.
At this time, I just want a full refund.

Desired Outcome

At this time, I would be willing to receive a $50 refund due to the order has been shipped.

During this time, we experienced a high influx of orders due to Valentine's Day, resulting in a delay in processing and shipping time. The order in question was shipped and delivered on February 21, 2020. We have reached out to the customer on March 25, 2020 informing the customer, per our policy, we can not process refunds to original forms of payment. We offered the customer store credit for their purchase. Waiting for customers response.

I ordered a rose from them and I never received it.
My order number was ***. Payment was made by debit card on February 6th at 7:21 am in the amount of $54.94 On Feb 6th I ordered the Galaxy Enchanted Rose. It was supposed to be delivered on the 12th of February. I didnt receive it so I asked my neighbors if they received a package with my name on it by mistake. All my neighbors said they didn't see anything. So I contacted the seller via email and all I got back was an automated email saying they will review my complaint and will get back to me. They never returned MY email or contacted me via email or phone. Few days went by I emailed them again with the same automated response. I have sent them 4 emails from the time it was supposed to be delivered till now and I still haven't got in contact with anyone about the problem. So the nature of my complaint is that they withdraw the money for it and never shipped it and now that I'm inquiring about my shipment they don't want to respond to any of my emails.

Desired Outcome

To deliver the rose I paid for or refund the money I spent on it.

We informed the customer their package was returned to our warehouse due to an invalid address. On March 9, 2020 we issued the customer a replacement of their original order.

They resent the package and I did receive it unbroke. They said ups said it was the wrong address and returned it to sender. They sent it FedEx this time and I got it without any problems.

I had placed an online delivery of the Rose Bear the week of Valentine's Day. I had never received it.
I made a payment with a credit card. I placed the order online. I deleted the email

I just would like it to be delivered. I not received it. I was giving it to my mom for valentine

The order in question was placed on January 6,2020 for our Pink Rose Bear. After investigating the order, the customer has not reached out or may have reached out from an email we do not have records of. According to our customers tracking information the package was shipped on January 6, 2020 and delivered on January 10, 2020. We have reached out to the customer on March 25, 2020 informing the customer of the situation. The customers original item is currently out of stock, we are awaiting the customers decision on the item they would prefer.

I ordered a product and never received it. I tried contacting the company but never got a response. They are stealing from people.
I purchased two roses from them in summer of 2019. They never came and I tried contacting the company they said they'd send them. After two months I got one of the two items I ordered. I emailed again and they never responded. The tracking number they gave me is in transit as of July 18, of 2019. They have stolen money from me and from many others judging by the reviews I have read.

Desired Outcome

I want my money back at the very least. Ideally they should be shut down and no longer allowed to conduct business. Someone should be held accountable for all the money this company has stolen.

The order in question was placed on June 8, 2019 for our 24k Golden Rose and a Galaxy Rose. After investigating the order, the 24k Golden Rose has been delivered and the Galaxy rose was not shipped. The customer reached out on August 14, 2019 regarding their order. We replied to the customer on August 17, 2019 informing them we were experiencing a stocking issue and a would be restocking the following weekend. Unfortunately, the item did not ship. We have reached out to the customer on March 27, 2020 about the issue and an option for resolution. Waiting for customers response.

Ordered online and paid for item but NEVER received Item in mail. Item shows Pending Pick Up by USPS. Item was paid and posted from Bank account.
I went on line and ordered a Galaxy Enchanted Rose for $49.95 from their website https://www.dose-roses.com. on February 07, 2020 and Chase Bank Posted payment on February 10th. for $54.94, (shipping $4.99 by USPS) and does state to allow 5 to 7 business day for delivery. I have received an email on February 8th saying shipment is on the way. I also have written 2 emails to the customers service support asking about my order and never got a response. My 3rd email requested a refund due to not receiving the shipment and I still have not received a response from that.

I ordered a couple of things on Feb 8. and it still hadnt gotten here. I paid with my credit card, $135. My order # is ***. My things should be here & theyre yet to come, I just want a refund & I emailed them 5 times and they havent responded.

After investigating the order, it has been confirmed as shipped as of February 27, 2020 and delivered on March 2, 2020. We have reached out to the customer on March 20, 2020 informing them their order has been confirmed as delivered. We also let the customer know purchases can not be refunded, per our policy. We provided resolution options of have the order reshipped or accepting store credit for their cost. Awaiting customers response.

Product was purchased February 4th for a significant other for a Valentine's Day present. No product has been received and there has been no effort of communication or updates. Order #*** $149.40 was charged to my debit card after promotional discount, tax and shipping & handling fees.

Desired Outcome

To resolve the matter I would like the products I purchased shipped or a full refund; not a store credit as their website states.

After investigating the order, the package was determined as shipped as of February 8, 2020, but unfortunately became lost in transit.
