Order said it was shipped on 1/27/2020 and would arrive by no later than 2/11/2020. I sent 4 emails, no response and still did not receive item.
My order that was placed on 1/27/2020 was supposed to arrive by 2/11/2020 on time for Valentine's Day. As of today, 3/2/2020, I have still not received the item or a response from customer service. Since 2/13/2020, I have sent four emails demanding a response and eventually a refund. However, the only communication I get from them is further promotions through email and texts but none in regards to my emailed concern. Awful customer service and a huge scam that takes your money, does not deliver the product, then continued to solicit my email with more promotions and discounts to purchase more!
Originally I wanted the item, as it was a gift for someone. As of now, I want an explanation from company and refund for my order of $19.96. This company should be put out of business since it does not deliver or respond to customer inquiries. It's clearly a scam.

The customer has reached out on February 13, 2020 regarding their order. We have responded with information on their order and a resolution on March 25, 2020. We are currently waiting for a response from the customer.

Their response is untrue. They were not still awaiting my response when they entered a response here. Multiple emails have gone back and forth. I immediately responded to their offer of store credit and reshipment, stating that I would not accept that offer. I ended up having to purchase another gift instead of what I ordered from them after they didn't response to four of my emails in almost two months time. The tracking number they issued was inactive from the day I placed the order so it is believed that it was never shipped. The only solution is a full refund since I was forced to spend more money elsewhere due to their lack of professionalism and response in a timely manner, therefore I no longer require the item nor store credit. I do not want to do any further business with them.

I have already submitted a rebuttal. As I have explained multiple times, I agreed to their terms at purchase. But by taking two months to answer me, they did not respond to my inquiry or offer a solution until after a reasonable time frame had passed, thus voiding my obligation to uphold the policy of store credit only. I had to purchase a gift and spend money elsewhere because of their lack of response and therefore require a refund. It is against the law, as stated on the Revdex.com website to require me to receive an item this long after not getting back to me as to what was going on with my order.
Ordered roses on Feb 2,2020 and never received them and Dose of Roses will not respond to my emails. $186.75 need to be refunded to me asap

After investigating the order, the item was shipped as of February 28, 2020 but unfortunately was lost in transit. We have reached out to the customer on March 27, 2020n informing the customer of the issue and provided a possible resolution. Waiting for customers response.

I bought an enchanted galaxy rose on 02/06/20 for a gift and it's now 30 days later and they haven't even started shipment
On 02/06/07 I purchased a enchanted galaxy rose and paid for 5 day shipping so I would receive it before Valentine's Day. On 02/07/20 I was sent order confirmation and a tracking number of ***. Order number *** and debit card payment for $38.80
I have sent multiple emails since there is no contact number. It's now 03/03/20 and I have 0 responses from the company and nothing but a label has been done.
I just want what I paid for

On March 25, 2020 we have responded to the customer informing them their package was lost in transit. We have issued the customer a replacement of their original order.
Ordered flowers almost 1 month ago. Sent in multiple support tickets requesting refund with no response.
I ordered flowers for $249.00 on February 4th. Order #***. I never received the order, and have contacted their support 3 times, 2 of which were to request refund. Zendesk Ticket numbers (***) and (***). It is now March 4th and have received no refund or update or even contact from them besides marketing emails.

I'm about to propose to the love of my life and I wanted it to be perfect. I came across this site and was convinced with all the promises listed here. I have the roses with me right now and I'm grateful I took a chance. These are perfect.
There have always been cheesy lines like 'giving her the stars' or 'to the moon and back' that my girlfriend just loves. Now I can actually give her that sort of line with these galaxy roses that seem like they're a part of the sky.
I commend all the artists behind these beautiful products. I read that these roses were handmade and a lot of creativity and effort was put into it. The roses are gorgeous and I'd be sure to buy more soon.
Don't order anything from Doses of Roses. They will charge you for your order and never send it. When I try to contact them about not receiving it they want you to send them an email and respond with an automatic email saying they will review it and get in contact with you. They never got in contact with me and I have sent them 5 emails in a month. That's why you won't find their company phone number anywhere.
Complete scam. Ordered a valentine's day gift February 12th and still has not arrived yet; initial email confirmation claimed "unavailable until further notice" due to short supply. Contacted company via both e-mail and phone MULTIPLE times over the past month with no response and had to acquire a refund through my bank via fraud investigation. Stay away from this company at all costs.
When an occasion comes up, it's natural for my wife to expect me to give a little surprise. The surprise element would never be ruined now that I'd be giving her dose of roses flowers from now on. She doesn't know these galaxy roses exist.
I thought it was an exaggeration when your site mentioned that you captured these roses at their best, but seeing a whole bunch of them in my arms right now I realize you were right. Every single rose is at its peak beauty.
The marbleous roses I gave to her for our anniversary really highlighted the night. She was so happy and giggly the whole time. This result of course makes me rate your site at a full 5 stars.
I checked every rose for signs of wilt or damage because I worried about the delivery, but every rose was at its full bloom, undamaged and almost impossibly beautiful.
This scam is fraudulently using my company's address without authorization. My company, Global Business Centers, has nothing to do with Dose of Roses, and they are using our address, 468 N. Camden Dr. Beverly Hills, CA XXXXX, without permission nor our knowledge up until recently.
Thank you to those of you who have reached out to alert me to this fraud involving my company address. I have filed a police report with the US Postal Service Police division per recommendation from the Beverly Hills police department.
I have also requested that the Revdex.com take down the 468 Camden Dr. address that is currently listed on the Dose of Roses Revdex.com profile. I hope to be able to help everyone who has been scammed to get justice, given my company's unique form of victimization.
No product ever shipped. No replies to multiple emails and request for refund.
I just got married and we're about to start a new life together. I gave her the New beginnings white roses arrangement as something to commemorate our day one in our new home. She absolutely loved it and it was just perfect that it would last without much effort.

Order a Galaxy Enchanted rose rn February 7 with a debit card online for 40.89. Received the product on February 12. Put batteries in the rose - didn't work. Purchase new batteries - still didn't work. Contact the company 3x through email. No response. Used Facebook messenger. No response. Seeking replacement or refund but no one has been in contact.

While it took them over a month to issue a new product, they did send a new one. However, there was no message of letting me know. It was here is your rose. Their customer service is very, very terrible, but at least they replaced it.
The product I ordered never arrived, emails to the company have been ignored.
On Feb 7th, I placed an order for a galaxy enchanted rose. I got an email that day saying the order was confirmed, with the order number ***. Feb 8th my bank was charged 34.96$. Feb 8th at 8:03am, I was emailed by the company, they said the order was being shipped with the UPS number ***. At 9:01am the same day I received a second email from the company saying my order was being processed.
The UPS tracking says that the shipping labels was created on feb 8th at 6:02am. The website advertised that any purchase made before the 10th of Feb would arrive before Valentine's day. I had not received my product on the 14th, I waited until the 21st of Feb to reach out and emailed the company about my order.
I have not received any response from the company yet. On Feb 22nd I received an email asking me to review their product that I received. I told the company again that I have not received their product and attempted to resolve the issue with the company. Feb 26th I checked the status of the UPS tracker and saw that the company has still not shipped my product.
I want a refund from this business
Order was never delivered after almost a month of waiting.
My order was guaranteed to deliver by Valentine's Day. They took the money out of my account and sent me a shipment tracker, however it still comes up as they have not yet received the order. I have tried getting in contact with the business via email because there is no number listed on their website. However they continue to post on their social media.
I would love to have the item delivered to me, however I would settle for a refund.

Company shipped the order and the tracking number provided shows that the shipment facility has received the item and is set for delivery on Tuesday (3/24).
Haven't received my order and no response from the company
I ordered flowers on the 13th of february with the order number *** and of march 1st I haven't received it. I paid using my credit card for the total of 213.05
I would like a refund due to it being so long and it being an issue for so long.
