Complete scammers! I have yet to receive an order that order for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day. Took my money already and are not responding to my emails.

Thanks for the fast delivery and quick follow ups. I love how easy it is to finish a transaction here at dose of roses.

They sent me plastic roses not glass blown. Now they will not respond to my emails to return them.

They haven't shipped my order no reply from customer service

Ordered over a week ago with 2 day shipping and still have not received anything. I have emailed twice with no response. My next step is to dispute the $208 charges with my credit card company. Horrible service

Never respond to my order that was supposed to be delivered by Valentine's Day.

Total scam. Ordered on February 5 and still have not received my product. They don't respond to emails either. Definitely going to dispute the charge unless they contact me.

The product is cheap. After reading reviews I attempted to cancel my order multiple times I tried to contact them. I received no response for 4-5 days. After they shipped the product I received a response that they do not cancel orders, and returns are only given store credit, minus any shipping fees.
This company is a scam.

Bought a Enchanted Galaxy Rose and received a defective product. I emailed the customer support address and only received an automated response. It has been a week and still no further response. I sent another request through their website and again an automated response and nothing more. I replied to the first automated response in hope to get a replacement since they don't do refunds (prefer a refund). I'm very disappointed and recommend not to do business with them.

Broken glass, well packaged. I think they shipped t broken. No response from customer service. Crack from top to bottom.

I have tried to contact them multiple times via email and no response. Still have no received my purchase that was supposed to arrive 2/13/2020. I'm livid. This is a SCAM. Do not order anything from this company!!! They take your money and get nothing in return. I wanted to give them ZERO STARS.

I placed an order on February 3rd, 2020 and was shown that I would have delivery by February 11 and still have yet to receive any information on my order. When I emailed about my order I received a generic email stating the processing time and shipping time which had already been passed *** the item should have been shipped. I spend $115 with the anticipation that I would have a Valentines Day present and now I am left with no information and no present. Complete waste of time and money. Extremely unprofessional business and would not recommend anyone do business with this company.

Ordered on Jan 27, received Tracking notification on Feb 3rd. Item never shipped out until Feb 12th ground delivery and this was a Valentines Day give that never made it to Minn for valentines Day. Several emails to support/customer service and no response. this company stole my $$$$.

I purchased $300 with of merchandise two weeks before Valentine's Day. I received 1 item purchased for $50 on 2/17 (late) and it looks like a $5 item. I tired to cancel the order since the company had not shipped as of Valentine's Day and they declined to cancel the order. The remaining $250 purchase has yet to arrive. Wander if I will receive my valentines gifts...

Terrible Experience I ordered Feb 2 With the promise to get the Order before or on Valentines day, never got an item has been shipped email, I put in a ticket the day after Valentines day with no reply until I put in another Ticket, still no reply but after I put int he ticket the Second time the next day the Items are shipped It is Feb 18 4 days after I needed to have the Flowers, ruined a whole day for me and my girlfriend. Still No Discount or Reimbursement for my order being incredibly late!!!

I ordered the galaxy rose it never even shipped will anyone do something about this? They are a scam company if authorities need their contact info go to the Facebook group their address and phone is known "dose of roses scam" group, I will contest the whole charge with my credit company

If it were possible I'd give them zero stars. The quality of the product is absolute garbage it belongs in the trash. They sell items that shouldn't even be produced they're and absolute waste of materials and time spent manufacturing. So junk Chinese's *** from alibaba or a similar site. I received one part of the order I placed 2 weeks ago. The galaxy roses are cheap junk plastic painted gold on the stem and it's peeling off the flower part itself looks like sun faded garbage similar to an old soda bottle that's been laying in a landfill for 10 years. Maybe if they advertised that all their products where made from recycled garbed to clean up the planet I'd feel better about their ***. They're a complete scam in short don't waste your money

If I could give negative stars I would they scammed me of $200 Don't order from them they don't send a tracking number or confirmation number and there is no number to call

This company is a joke ordered stuff for my child and wife about two weeks before Valentine's Day and got nothing about shipping or anything else till 2 days after. There email stated they were behind and sent a $15 gift card. It's now the 17th I've called I've wrote emails and got nothing in response. Wouldn't recommend anyone using this company ever. No communication, obviously service is horrible... And who knows if I'll even get my products now.

I ordered one thing and received a fake sounding processing confirmation within minutes, but then two days later got an email stating that it would be processed soon. It has been 7 days and the tracking number still says that the package is getting ready, and after everything that I've read I'm upset with myself for not reading up on it first... but my girlfriend told me she wanted a galaxy rose, and upon googling that, Dose of Roses was the first to come up, so I figured it was decent enough. Ugh.
