Dose of Roses Beverly Hills

I ordered a gift for my girlfriend from dose of roses on January 18, 2020, paid extra for "guarantee Valentine delivery" when I could've paid less and get there earlier. The package was delivered three days after Valentine's Day. The product quality was absolutely unacceptable felt cheap and had glue pieces all over it, seems like a big scam, hiding behind their "luxury" brand. Their return policy doesn't help anyone either because I can't get my money back. I've waited five days for a response from them but nothing, so now I will be disputing this with AMEX. Hopefully, this will help someone not get scammed by companies like this. Truly disgusting.

Horrible company. Just stay away. All this company does is takes your money and never sends you a product. I've been waiting three weeks now for my galaxy rose and it hasn't showed up yet. I haven't even even able to track my package. Complete joke I tell ya!!

I placed an order on February 7th in time for Valentine's day. I have yet to receive my order but I did get an email response after waiting 2 days for shipping information that never came. They gave me a discount of 15 dollars on my next purchase, with an excuse that they are under staffed. I responded with I will never do business with your company again, I need a refund... It's now February 17th and no email response, no product, and no refund. Not even a mention of anything. This company are thieves and I just got off the phone with my bank for a fraud case with them.

Never received the order nor a response after attempting THREE TIMES via their customer support email link. As others have stated there is no customer support phone number available, and they will not respond to customer support emails. I did receive an oder confirmation and a UPS tracking number for the order, but when attempting to track the package, I'n greeted with a statement that a shipping label was issued but the item has not been received by UPS for for shipping. While I ordered an "Enchanted Rose" for my wife, the only enchantment was how quickly they deducted the funds from my account and how quickly any semblance of customer service disappeared. Other have stated that they only refund in store credit. Makes no sense if they can't or won't even deliver the product in the first place. Very poor experience. I'm giving the review a one star rating because I'm not allowed to leave a no star rating.

purchased rushed shipping for Valentine's Gift, and now it's 3 days late. Can't get a response from customer service for a simple explanation.

Scam. I have not received my package or any additional correspondance from this company regarding an order that was supposed to be here February 14th. I have called as well as emailed and nothing. They have no sent my package, but they took the money.

Ordered product and still haven't received it. Paid for two day shipping and will be disputing on my card. When you call the number it says leave a message. Horrible Horrible. Ruined Valentine's Day period!

Dose of roses took 3 weeks to attempt to deliver my order, and when requested for a full refund they issued this response;

"How we can to you give full refund if your order is coming to you? Anyway you will get your gift and this delaying depends not from us we only can issue partial refund for this delaying. If you want full refund minus restocking fee, you need to sent back our items to us when you get it. Thank you for understanding. Have a nice day. Madeofrose team. "

Overall a very Frustrating experience, their 'Enchanted Galaxy Rose' Product is made from cheap materials and is not worth the price. You're better off looking for something identical on Ebay, at least there the response is comprehensible.

No item received, ordered 3 January for a 13 February delivery, nothing as of 16 February

I bought a new item from dose of roses yesterday. The real teal is something that really caught my eye when I randomly scrolled through the website. Can't wait for it to arrive.

Very luxurious and classy, my 24k gold-dipped rose is everything I ever hoped for. The delivery was very efficient too, by the way.

I finally founf the perfect rose bear for me. DOR's black rose bear is super on point, the petals are very rich in texture. I love it a lot more than I thought I should.

By far, dose of roses has the most creative arrangements of roses online. My recent purchases were divine, so clean and fresh. Love it to bits.

So worth it! I am so glad I had my orders delivered a day earlier that they came in just in time for my sister's bridal shower. It just adds to the charm of the open farm area we reserved.

Thanks for guiding me through my purchases here at dose of roses. There are a lot of colors to choose from, plus different types of boxes to come with it.

Aside from the quality roses I got last weekend, I got really fond of the cute boxes that came with it. I like how classy they look and how they are equally as pretty.

The new red rose bear that my boyfriend bought for me here at dose of roses reminded me of how youthful roses make me feel. It's such a plus that they smell so good too.

On February 8th, 2020 I placed a order with this company and had paid extra for rush processing and later that night on the 8th, I received a email from this company with a UPS tracking number. So, I'm like ok my wife might have a chance to receive the gift I purchased for her. As a couple of days has passed *** I checked the tracking number and UPS website said they haven't received the item in there system to track it. So I went to their website and press contact us button and simply requested a status update on if their was a delay or something didn't get a response from them only a email stating that they have received my email and that is it. I have sent them another email stating that if I didnt hear from them about my order either ship it or refund my money to my card or face legal action which I'm still waiting for a response.
