Unfortunately, with the information the customer has provided, we do not have any records of an order. We ask for the customer to provide an order number, which is listed in our Order Confirmation email.

I placed my order over 2 months ago and never received any tracking info or my package for that matter. I sent several emails and never got no reply

The order in question was placed on February 5, 2020 for our Single Galaxy Rose. After investigating the order, the item was shipped as of February 5, 2020, but unfortunately was lost in transit. We have issued the customer a replacement order of their original order. The customer will receive an email with the order confirmation.

I emailed them several times about this and got no response. They only responded when I filed the complaint with the Revdex.com. I fell like for the hassle they should at least compensate me for with a full refund or a free item

The order in question was placed on February 5, 2020 for our Single Galaxy Rose. The item in question was replaced April 2, 2020. We have reached out to the customer, offering store credit for the inconvenience of the matter. Unfortunately, per our policy, we can not process refunds to original forms of payment, although we can issue store credit immediately! Waiting for customers response.

I placed and order with this company and was told it would be delivered on time, that never happened, I order three things received 1.
I place a order Feb13, 2020, I was told that my order be delivered on time, then they emailed me and said that it would not arrive on time, I tried to call the company and requests a refund, however they don't have a phone number and make you email them, well I emailed them and twice in fact telling them that I wanted my order canceled. I didnt hear anything from them at all. Then they sent me another email saying that my order was going to be delayed further, which I sent another email saying that I didnt want the product and I heard nothing. Then a month later I got ei piece if the order and as of today im still missing two piece of the order and they have not responded to me. So I out of a lot of money and I never received the product that they said I would receive. Oh and to make it better they don't have a phone number apparently.

Desired Outcome

I am asking for a refund, I never received the product and i emailed the company immediately after learning that my product would not arrive on time.

The order in question was placed on February 11, 2020 for our Galaxy Enchanted Rose and two White Rose bears. After investigating the order, the Galaxy Enchanted Rose was shipped and delivered. The two Rose Bears, unfortunately was out of stock. We reached out to the customer February 21, 2020 informing the customer of the matter and provided store credit via email. If the customer prefers, we may issue an immediate replacement of our Red Rose Bears, as well as store credit for the inconvenience! Awaiting customers response.

The order in question was placed on February 11, 2020 for our Galaxy Enchanted Rose and two White Rose bears. We have created the customers replacement order of the Two White Rose Bears on June 1, 2020. The order confirmation will be sent to the customers email on file.

Ordered 2 of the Rose's a week before valentine's day and still have not got them. They stole 50 dollars from me and I want my product or money back.

The order in question was placed on February 7, 2020 for two of our Galaxy Roses. After investigating the order, unfortunately, the package was lost in transit. We have reached out to the customer on April 20, 2020 informing them of the issue and sending a replacement.

Ordered a battery powered "enchanted rose" in glass. Received it broken, haven't gotten any response or support after reaching out to business.

Received the battery powered rose in a glass case broken and not lighting up like the product details described it would. The switch does not power it on when batteries are added. I reached out the help/support email provided by company and never received a response. I reached out a second time to the company and was ignored again. I would like a replacement item that actually works free of charge.

Desired Outcome

I would like a replacement item that is functioning properly. And due to the lack of customer service, would like a gift card or store credit as well. Perhaps, my money back for the poor business and lack of attention and carelessness.

The order in question was placed on February 8, 2020 for our Galaxy Enchanted Rose. During this time, we experienced a high influx of orders due to Valentine's Day, resulting in a delay in processing orders as well as responding to Customers Concerns. We have reached out to the customer on April 13, 2020 regarding the issue. We have created a replacement order for the customer as well as issued store credit, per their request.

The item I ordered never shipped and the vendor issued me a gift card to use at the store instead of refunding my credit card.
Order XXXXXX placed February 4, 2020, via the vendor's online website for Marbleous Galaxy Bouquets Ã? 1 Deluxe large (70 Roses) / Black plus expedited shipping for total of *** This amount was charged to my *** The order should have shipped and been delivered by Valentine's Day (Feb 14, 2020). The order never shipped, the vendor never responded to numerous attempts to contact their customer service. On March 24, 2020, the vendor send me an email with an electronic gift card in the amount of the order instead of refunding my credit card as requested.

The order in question was placed on February 4, 2020 for our Galaxy Bouquet. During this time, we experienced a high influx of orders due to Valentine's Day, resulting in a delay in processing and shipping time. Unfortunately, at the time the item selected by the customer had run out of stock. We informed the customer of the issue and provided store credit. On April 13, 2020 we reached out to the customer and informed them we could have the original item replaced right away. Unfortunately, they did not accept the resolution. Per our policy, we can not process refunds to original forms of payment. We can send a replacement as well as have store credit issued for the inconvenience.

I recurved a Galaxy Rose for my birthday from my son. It does not turn on at all. We've tried different batteries, still nothing. My son has tried repeatedly to contact the company, but they have not responded. This has been going on since January.

Dose of Roses provided the worst buying experience I have ever received. Their customer service team is completely unresponsive. Ultimately they never processed my order, then cancelled it upon my request. At that time they never provided me a refund ($511.50). I had to reach out to my credit card company to dispute the charge. I would not recommend doing business with Dose of Roses.

They sent the wrong products that were cheaper than the ones ordered. I reached out multiple times to them with no resolution.
Purchase date was 02/03/20. I ordered 1 red rose bear for *** and 1 galaxy rose for *** Total *** and paid using a Visa credit card. Order #XXXXXX. I received the galaxy rose but never received the red rose bear. Instead, they sent a galaxy enchanted rose which is *** But they charged the entire original amount. I reached out to their customer service to request the correct item to be sent on 2/15/20. They responded once on 2/26/20 asking for pictures. I responded immediately and received no other replies. I sent another message to customer service on 2/26/20 and again on 3/2/20 but have received no reply. I then tried contacting them on Instagram on 3/12/20. They replied asking for my order number. I sent the order number and never heard back from them.

At this point I just want a full refund from this company. They have not responded to my numerous attempts at resolution.

The order in the question was placed on February 3,2020, for the Medium red rose bear and the galaxy rose. During this time we had a high influx of orders due to the valentines day holiday. The order was shipped on February 10,2020 and delivered on February 14,2020. The customer states that we sent the wrong order. Unfortunately, We are unable to fulfill the customer's request for a full refund since we do not issue refunds to original forms of payment under our "Returns and Exchanges" policy. What we can do is reship to correct item.

Deceptive sales practices
Placed order for product on February 8th, received a tracking number, auto generated, within 5 minutes and as of March 13 product never shipped. They have ignored all correspondence that includes text messages and email. They do not have a phone number. This company has no regard for integrity and/or respect for basic business practices.

I ordered flowers from the company. I received an email they shipped but when I clicked the UPS link it said my order was cancelled.
On January 28th I placed an order #XXXXXX. On February 5th I received an email that my order shipped. When I clicked the UPS link it said my shipment was cancelled. I have tried to reach the company three times for a refund without any answer.

The order in the question was placed on January 24,2020, for the Purple Rose Bear. During this time we had a high influx in orders due to the up coming holiday. The customers desired resolution is to receive full refund. Per company policy under "Returns and Exchanges" orders cannot be canceled at any time and refunds to original forms of credit cannot be issued, only refunds in the form of store credit. Under our policy, we cannot grant the customer's request for a full refund. By submitting an order with Dose of Roses Beverly Hills, the customer has agreed to all policies and our complete Terms and Conditions.

Paid for rush processing and item wasn't shipped fast. Paid for 2 day shipping and item was sent with different shipping method.

I placed an order with Dose of Roses on March 4th. I paid *** for rush processing. On March 10th there was still no movement on my order, so I sent an email to them. They did not respond but my order was finally shipped on March 12th. I paid *** for UPS 2nd Air shipping, but they shipped my item using Fedex Express Saver with a Scheduled delivery date for March 17th, nearly two weeks after I placed my order. I sent them another email wanting to know why they used a slower shipping method than what I paid for. They did not respond to any of my emails. I want a refund on the rush processing and the 2day shipping I paid for.

The order in question was placed on Feb 9, 2020, by the customer for our product of the Single Galaxy Rose. After investigating the original order that was placed, it appears that it was lost in transit, resulting in the delay in shipping. Per the policy we can send the customer a replacement or provide store credit for a purchase at a later date.

I never have to worry about shopping at Dose of Roses. I trust their delivery services now and the tracking number always works. 5 stars.

It's my first time to buy something from DOR and I really appreciate the working tracking number. A non working one is the last thing I want to see after I just ordered five rose bears.

I always leave positive reviews for shops that deliver on time. It's something I really appreciate as someone who hates waiting and making people wait. DOR gets 5 stars.

I thought it would take some time before I could use the discount I won and that it would be a lengthy process upon transaction. However DOR proved to be efficient in transactions and the cost was calculated properly upon purchase.

I love that the whole transaction with DOR has been easy. I'm slow when it comes to things like this. From setting up my account, to selecting a gift and including a personalized letter, everything was smooth and easy to understand.

I'm writing this review in the hopes that it encourages DOR to keep doing what they're doing in customer service. The replies for my queries have always been quick so I was able to buy just as quick. Some shops don't bother replying.

Quadpay is a buy now pay later thing and I really appreciate the easy set up and the availability of this service in the first place. I rely on commissions for a living and sometimes it takes a while for the money to get through, so I get short on cash for online purchases, but thankfully all that is fine now.
