I've used ARS for appliance repairs for many years, but today was the best ever! I have a 43-year-old Maytag washing machine that has never needed a repair (best investment ever!)But it sprang a leak, a huge leak, and I once again called ARS, hoping that they could still fix this antique Sure enough, repairman Jerry [redacted] knew exactly what to look for and had it fixed in less than a half hour! A new machine would have cost me $easily, but for $I had a machine that was good as new and with a year warranty

Luis [redacted] was extremely cooperative and attentive to my needsI had some A/C work which they messed up and I called ARS to finish the plumbing partLuis has helped us before and I highly recommend him to anyone with drain problems

Avdyl [redacted] with ARS Rescue Rooter installed a new toliet and removed the old one He was very kind and honest in his conversation at the beginning of the job, explaining everything and treating me as a personal customer, not just another job to do I was impressed in his work ethic, manners, and overall conduct I give him a 10! Scheduled an attic evaluation. Gina came out and was thorough in detail and quite personable. She went over her recommendations. We chose a partial solution (solar powered attic fan). Installation was scheduled for the next day. Installers arrive exactly on time and were careful and considerate and finished the job in the allotted time (about an hour). When the time comes for more insulation, we will definitely give ARS a chance to compete for out business.

Never thought I would be able to use my shower again until Luis [redacted] came out from ARS Rescue Rooter to unclog the drainsOver hours later, and it's unclogged! Thank you so much for taking the time to get to the "root" of the problemI know who to call from now on!
