Agent provided detailed and comparitive assistanceOur Tank Type Water Heater "failed" and we needed urgently to obtain another water heaterThe assistance provided in RC's presentation and explanation was applaudable in convincing me to switch to a Tankless Water Heater even though the cost no doubt doubles the cost of a Tank HeaterIn the final analysis on my part, the Tank type Heater due to increased diameter and having to do repositioning of a portion of a floor joist and revised framing for installation in the attic - it made better sense to get the superior hot water system(Navien/Flow-Tech) even though it was more expensive
